No puedo dar menos de una estrella porque no se puede. vergonzosa la gestión de esta "inmobiliaria". Atento a las letras pequeñas en los contratos de alquiler, porque se quedarán con parte de tu fianza así NO HAYAN DAÑOS. Cómo consejo final: contraten el mismo servicio de "limpieza profesional" para su oficina, que dejan mucho que desear.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Alcaidesa Direct enough! They truly go above and beyond. From start to finish, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Not only did they help me find the perfect home, but they also provided incredible support even after the sale. Their dedication didn't stop there – they went the extra mile by assisting with redecorating and ensuring the house was spotless. Thank you for your exceptional service and genuine care! Will definitely be returning.

All nice and fun until you leave the apartment and you need your deposit back. Dream on!

Overall, intentions from the members of staff seem good and are in a sense respectful. However, there's disorganization and lack of empathy at all to the rentals. You will be asked to do house work as part of a contract entering the house (We had to clean the house of dust and remove big and heavy items, like a Pool table in which we had to pay around 100 euros to get it removed), you won't be returned any deposits for damages (note that the damage claimed appeared after I left with two months of house viewing from the estate when I gave in my leaving notice). They will also over-exaggerate any minor inconvenience. In my case, the company admitted to have neighbors who seem to complain by every single person who moved into the house for renting. Despite this, I was given threats of "do not let me hear another complaint" due to dog barking or dog mess. Later on this was proven to be false but the negative experience was there and it was tiering for my self as well as for my partner. Neighbors will go out their rooms swearing and screaming, and then messaging the company. Obviously, I'd have to receive threat messages to not renew a contract and possibly being kicked out of the flat. All of this made me feel uneasy and nervous as I felt I was being monitored by the neighbor, who would contact the company regarding us. After announcing that I would leave, the company would give a tour of the house whilst I was at work (permission given) and after viewing the house multiple times, it all seemed okay. When I already had left, they announced they will not give me the deposit back as damages have been found (Yes, after 45 days of viewing). I went to clean the house multiple times, paid to get the pool table removed and tried my absolute best with the company only to be turned down. When I contacted a lawyer about this, they stated that the house was in a "dirty" state and that to replace a damaged door will cost 800 euros +. Obviously, this is either a lie or a huge missmanagement. Overall a bad experience, can't recommend it.

Disgusting people. Employees talk to customers with incredible arrogance and the owner takes it with a smile. they do not respond to emails or calls. Always with personal problems or sick, and absolutely not customer-focused. Give out incorrect information and when confronted will cut you off. I rented and they forgot to tell me that the property had already an internet connection, so I made a contract and now the owner wants me to pay for his connection. Paid upfront 200 Euros deposit for bills but it's never enough They do not answer their emails justifying that they have a technical problem. How can a business have problems with emails? Unbelievable. Avoid this agency!!!

We are disgusted with our experience with Rosalia, Rocio and Elaine at Alcaidesa Direct. We took a rental property out with them at the beginning of February and was sold a dream. All parties knew we had a small dog and was told we were allowed the animal on our property. They went out of their way to fence in part of the communal garden at our expense fully knowing what this was for. We have now been served an eviction notice with no warning from the landlord of the property for not allowing domestic animals! We are a family with a young baby (under 6 months) that are now going to be left homeless due to the complete negligence and incompetence of this agency. They do not even have the decency to reply to our calls or messages and have basically lied to our faces to take our money and not told the truth to their own clients (the landlord)! By far the WORST agency we have ever dealt with and will be commencing legal action immediately.
