If you want to buy or sell a property in this area then HouseShop are definitely to be recommended, they are friendly and efficient nothing is too much trouble. We sold our villa through them and could not have been happier with the service we received. Our house was sold very quickly and HouseShop dealt with all the legalities including the notary, sorting out utility accounts and all the taxes that were due. They made what we thought was going to be a very stressful process very easy. They are very knowledgeable about the area and all the legal and financial things that need to be done to buy or sell in this part of Spain.

The service was good up until the point the property sold. Problems with Endesa account transfer to new owners, which HS promised to sort, did not happen. A year later, I ended up paying for a large energy bill which was not mine or being taken to court by Endesa! HS have now decided to ignore my requests for help to resolve!
