Beautiful house in a great location, two minutes walk from the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby (recommend Marinero, Feduchy and Fontanilla). Andrew & Maria were brilliant hosts, always on hand to help and with lots of useful information. Hired bikes from Luz Bikes just down the road, run by Andrea, who gave us lots of interesting / fun routes to explore.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Africa und kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Haus ist ein Traum und perfekt eingerichtet. Der ideale Ort zum relaxen. Sauberkeit und Service absolut top, Andrew und Maria sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen, nur 10 Minuten zum schönsten Strand der Costa de la Luz und 2 Minute zum kleinen Supermarkt, in dem es wirklich alles zu kaufen gibt.

Wir haben im September 2025 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Roche im Haus Dos Horizontes verlebt. Wir waren 10 Personen. Das Haus hat 7 Schlafzimmer jedes mit eigenem Bad. Super Aussttattung tolle Küche mit genügend Geschirr. Weber Gasgrill. Alles sehr sauber . Grosser Pool zum Schwimmen. Aussenterrasse mit Lounge Möbeln mit elektrischen Jalousinen als Windschutz. Kurzer Weg zum Strand

Hemos estado de lujo toda la familia, 14 entre abuelos, hijos y nietos en la casa Dos horizontes. Vivienda inmejorable, muy cómoda con todo tipo de servicios. Porche espectacular, piscina muy limpia, jardín muy cuidado y amplio, balcones en las habitaciones, baños para todos, preciosa terraza con vistas al mar en la azotea, aparcamiento espacioso, sala de billar, varios salones, comedor, barbacoa... A un pie de la playa y el chiringuito de Roche. La estancia ha sido de cine y el personal de Dos Extremos muy atentos y amables. Recomendable al 100%. Ojalá podamos volver!

The whole family had a fabulous time staying at Bahari. From a highly demanding family this is really something! It has a spacious open plan layout and is very relaxed and comfortable with multiple seating areas. We loved the close proximity to the wonderful beach. The restaurants within walking distance were excellent with our particular favourites Coco Novo and El Cuartel del Mar. It’s also an ideal jump off point to explore Conil de La Frontera, Cadiz, Seville all of which we did as day trips. We will look forward to a return trip next year. The Kirrane family, London

The design of the villa was stunning, everything was spotlessly clean, and the information sheets provided excellent local recommendations. Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal für zwei Wochen in Roche, immer entweder in Aguasala oder in Aguadulce. Traumhafte Lage, Größe der Häuser erlaubt auch für zehn Personen extrem entspanntes urlauben. Wir waren mit 4 Paaren für 2 Wochen im Haus Aenea in Roche. Es war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. We had a great stay with the family in Roche. The house, Casa Almadraba, was a luxurious house with a nice swimmingpool. DosXtremos was very helpful in resolving some small issues in the house. All was very well organised and garden and pool well maintained. House was very close to the beach.

Llevamos ya tres años repitiendo estancia con DosXtremos en Roche y seguiremos haciéndolo porque no fallan! Casas espectaculares y cuidadas al detalle, y el trato y la atención de María y Andrew es inmejorable!

Hemos alquilado una casa preciosa y toda la familia la hemos disfrutado a tope: espaciosa, bien decorada y dotada con todo lo necesario en la cocina y en toda la casa en general. La piscina y el jardín un lujo total, y la barbacoa increíble. La casa está muy bien ubicada y cerca de la maravillosa playa de Roche a la que íbamos caminando. Por ponerle un pero diría que si bien es una casa con 6 dormitorios solamente 2 tienen cama doble de matrimonio y los otros están más orientados a niños ( camas individuales pequeñas o infantiles). El caudal de agua era escaso y hubo problemas con algunos desagües. No obstante, estuvimos cómodos y encantados. Una maravillosa experiencia y muy buen trato por parte de Andrew y de la atención de Dosxtremos.

Hemos estado 10 personas en la casa Aenea una semana. Está a 10 minutos andando de la playa, y no hay ruidos de bares ni terrazas. La cocina está totalmente equipada, las habitaciones tienen suficiente espacio para guardar la ropa y las camas son muy cómodas. Hemos podido disfrutar de la terraza y la piscina gracias al buen tiempo que hemos tenido. El proceso de reserva fue muy rápido y la comunicación con Andrew ha sido fácil y fluida. Como consejo, mejor reservar a través de la web de DosXtremos, el alquiler será algo más económico

Arena is the most beautiful spot for a relaxing break. The beach is a stone’s throw from the garden so you can be there first in the morning while no-one is around, and dip your toes in the water while sipping your morning coffee. Blissful. Wondering home along the beach in the moonlight after a delicious meal in a local restaurant is a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une semaine entre Noël et Jour de l'An 2023 dans la villa Aenea près de Cádiz. L'agence est parfaite, très réactive tant avant que pendant le séjour. Ils ont un large catalogue de villa toutes plus belles les unes que les autres. Nous avions trouvé la villa sur Abritel, et je suis très content d'avoir pu louer en direct avec l'agence car cela permet d'économiser de nombreux frais Abritel. Je recommande vivement.

Hemos pasado 15 días en Dar Albaida y no podemos estar más contentos con la casa, muy agradable, cómoda, espaciosa, también muy fresca por su configuración de cortijo andaluz. Otra ventaja es la distancia a pie a la playa y a las zonas comunes de la urbanización y para mi lo mejor que tiene es su porche y su jardin abiertos a un bosque de árboles que parece que es parte de la casa y que parece que no hay nadie alrededor.

My family and I just finished a week at Los Sentidos, one of Maria & Andrew’s many beautiful properties in Roche and the surrounding area. This is the second time we have rented a villa from DosXtremos, and yet again we had a fantastic experience from start to finish - the team were extremely helpful with details when we were selecting a property (we had many specific requirements due to our group), as well as immediately ahead of and during our stay. Maria & Andrew are always available, and their team of caretakers/housekeepers are wonderfully efficient and friendly. We can’t speak highly enough of DosXtremos - both their curation of their properties and their service are best in class - we look forward to staying in one of their properties again!

May/June 2023, we (3 adult couples and 4 grandchildren) spent two terrific weeks at the gorgeous, extremely comfortable Casa Leticia, an Andalusian-style home with a lovely, exotic central open-air courtyard. Everything about the house and its near the beach location worked very well indeed. Thanks to Andrew and Maria for helping make our vacation very special.

In June of this year I was on vacation with my wife for 1 week in a villa, which is managed and rented out by the company DosXtremos, directly on the sea on the Costa de la Luz. The villa was beautiful in a perfect location. The facility was very tasteful and everything was very clean. Maria and Andrew, the caretakers, were extremely nice and available at any time. Das Haus ist hierfür perfekt geeignet. Wir waren sofort Zuhause. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, piksauber, für Alles ist gesorgt. We stayed at the Golmar 13 residence in Cedeira, Galicia. Absolutely lovely week in a beautiful home in the mountains with spectacular views of the sea. We definitely will be returning. Andrew and María were great hosts and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend.

We stayed with Dos Xtremos is Roche this summer and can't recommend them enough. The house was stunning and absolutely immaculate. The location was fantastic and when we had a minor issue they resolved it quickly. Definitely hope to return soon!

We stayed in Cabo Roche at Enebros y Mar for one week at the end of May 2022. The location of the house is wonderful. We have seen many beautiful beaches around the world and in Europe and this is one of the nicest ones. The restaurants on the beach are great to have lunch or simply have a cocktail before dinner. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. The house itself is decorated beautifully and has all the amenities you need. It is also practical to have a supermarket just 10 minutes away from the house. You can’t beat the location if you want direct access to the beach, it is on a quiet stretch of the beach before you reach the hotels. We could have walked for miles on this beach without reaching the end. Its wide and the red sand dunes that borders the beach makes it a lovely sight. Every summer, we vacation on the beautiful beaches of Maine, and when saw the beach at Cabo Roche we felt like we had found a second home in Europe! The pool overlooking the beach is also a great addition since the undertow at the beach can get pretty strong. So, you can just relax at the pool while overlooking the beach and listen to the sound of the crashing waves. Also noteworthy, is that the house is located in a very quiet and lovely residential area but restaurants are still close by if you prefer the night life. We are already looking forward to coming back here. Thank you to Maria and Andrew and the team at Dos Xtremos. Dealing with you was easy and professional.

We stayed 3 times in Casa Encinar. We love the area, the house, the beach, the pool, ... Everything arranged perfect by Adrew and Maria. This year we are not able to travel, but hopefully next year. I'm already missing Roche. We strongly recommand to book a house with Dos Xtremos.

We stayed at El Alarife during 2 weeks the last June and both the house and the service were a wonderful experience. The Alarife house is really well furnished and an amazing place to stay with kids and a big family due to the separate wings that brings you a perfect private space while a lot of people reunited. Also Maria and Andrew answer right away if any issue comes or there is something to take care of. They are also very nice people with great properties! For sure we’ll come back!

Estuvimos a finales de Abril de este año en la casa Aquamarina, con otra pareja de amigos. La casa es una pasada. Decorada preciosa, equipada realmente de lujo. Tanto de mobiliario, como electrodomésticos y enseres. La atención y trato de María, perfectos. Está a 12 minutos andando de la playa de Roche. Alquilamos casas cada año y es una de las mejores que hemos estado. Sin duda volveremos.

We have spent four extremely beautiful vacation weeks in Casa Linda. The rooms and bathrooms are very tastefully decorated, the roof terrace offers an impressive view over the old town and the beach of Conil, in clear weather to Africa. The equipment of the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Casa Linda is located in a quiet street and yet is centrally located with very good access to restaurants and the old town. We felt very comfortable, were very well looked after by Andrew and will certainly come again.

Unser Urlaub im Casa Leticia . Wir waren in diesem Jahr zum 2. Mal in Roche und haben uns einfach in diesen wunderschönen Ort verliebt. Aber dieses Jahr buchten wir zum ersten Mal über Dosxtremos, nachdem wir die Buchung im letzten Jahr Corona bedingt stornieren mussten. Und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der ganzen Buchungsabwicklung und Betreuung durch Maria und Andrew, auch vor Ort. Alles klappte reibungslos und zu unserer uneingeschränkten Zufriedenheit. Nun aber zu "unserem" Haus, Casa Leticia. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit eigenem Patio, in dem viele Pflanzen wuchsen, einschließlich einer großen Palme. Das ganze Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Dosxtremos zäunte sogar den Pool für uns ein, da wir mit 2 kleinen Kindern anreisten und auch sie so gefahrlos den wunderschönen Garten nutzen konnten. Wir möchten uns nochmals recht herzlich für schöne Zeit dort bedanken und freuen uns schon auf die nächsten Buchungen mit Dosxtremos.

Casa Almadraba is the perfect destination for a working and/or vacation trip. We've spent three weeks virtual working and having huge amounts of fun on the beach and in restaurants. We had a small issue and Andrew (owner) was there within minutes. This was very impressive considering it was on Sunday morning and we are sure he had better things to do (we have recommended him to the UK emergency services!). Looking forward to another stay next year.

Wir waren im Juni mit drei Familien eine Woche in der unglaublich tollen Villa Dos Horizontes in Roche. Das Haus ist wunderschön, riesig und hat (bis auf einen Milchschäumer :-) wirklich alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Der überdachte Patio und der Pool sind herrlich, die Strandnähe und der Blick von der Dachterrasse unschlagbar. DosXtremos hat uns bei allen organisatorischen Fragen prima unterstützt und wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

We stayed in November 2021 for 40 days for a business Event in Novo Scanti Petri / Roche and we got a amazing house, which was for our needs more than excellant but also for private it would be absolut great. El pasado mes de febrero estuvimos 10 días en Casa Lola y la verdad que hemos estado genial. Es un gustazo ver lo organizado que está todo, desde luego te sientes como si estuvieras en casa. Hemos ido con niños pequeños y no faltaba ni el más mínimo detalle. 100% recomendable!! Muy contentos con la experiencia y con Andrew que nos ha tratado fenomenal. Repetiremos seguro!!

We stayed in "Luz de Mar" in Roche in late October. The property was absolutely fantastic in every way. We loved the swimming pool in the large front garden which you can walk staright out of the large kitchen into. Andrew was a great host who gave us lots of local tips. It's a 1 minute walk to the steps that lead you down to the vast unspoilt beach with lots of lovely towns and restaurants a short drive away. We'd thoroughly reccomend DosXtremos and Luz de Mar.

Zwei Familien, drei Wochen im Haus "entre Piños" in Conil de la Frontera. Im September/Oktober. Die Lage ist grossartig in wenigen Minuten über einen privaten Weg zum endlosen Strand. Die Dachterasse mit Meerblick und grossartigen Sonnenuntergängen ist einzigartig. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet mit endlos viel Platz. Die Betreuung durch Andrew und Maria von Dosxtremos ist professionell, schnell und kompetent. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in Conil de la Frontera.

Estuvimos 2 semanas en Casa Lola. La verdad una auténtico lujo. Estuvimos super agusto, no echamos en falta nada de nada. La casa decorada con muchísimo gusto y todo muebles de calidad. El porche y la piscina un auténtico lujo. En cuanto a menaje y ropa de cama todo impecable. Todo super linpio.Y por supuesto la atención de María y de la agencia dos extremos profesional 100%. Lo recomiendo al 100% y por supuesto volveremos. Gracias .

Wir sind Anfang November in dem Haus Entre Pinos gewesen und hatten eine super Zeit. Wir haben junge Kinder und hatten noch eine befreundete Familie dabei und für alle war genug Platz. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad und die Ausstattung ist sehr gehoben. Es sind nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand und wir konnten jeden Tag surfen gehen (es gibt mehrere Wellenreitschulen in der Nähe, welche Kurse für Kinder anbieten). Die Küche und der Wohnbereich ist top. Da wir ein kleines Baby hatten war es von Vorteil, dass der Pool absperrbar ist. Wir werden sicher einmal wiederkommen.

We've been at Campo Corto end of September 21 and really enjoyed the house, the garden and especially the view of the sea and sunset. DosXtremos did a very good job - as usual (this was the 3rd time we spent time in one of their houses). They are very friendly and always helpful. The dishwasher broke on the first day and was replaced within one day only. Perfect service. We'll be probably back next year again.

Somos un grupo de 10 amigos que llevamos 5 años alquilando casa en roche con esta empresa, siempre había sido una buena experiencia hasta este año, casa la almadraba, un auténtico desastre, jardín descuidado, zona de la piscina sucia, electrodomésticos, menaje y toallas muy viejos, con grandes desperfectos por toda la casa, a todo ello añadir la poca o nula atención que nos prestaron cuando necesitábamos de la empresa, el aire acondicionado de una habitación se estropeó y fue sustituido por un ventilador dejado en la puerta sin más explicaciones.

Pésima experiencia, después de 5 años encantados con esta empresa , este año ha sido una decepción, Jardin y piscina poco cuidados, electrodomesticos viejos, menaje viejo, no había ni un mantel, tuvimos problema con el aire acondicionado de un dormitorio y tras la visita del técnico dejaron un ventilador en la puerta sin más explicaciones, repito que otros años la experiencia y el trato recibido ha sido estupendo, casas fantásticas! Por lo que siendo clientes y conociendo nuestros gustos nos ha sorprendido lo sucedido este año.

Wir waren von 20.09.- 01.10.2021 in der Casa Almadraba, und haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Der Garten und das Haus ist weitläufig und gepflegt, das Haus sauber und sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden, und falls es doch mal Fragen gibt, ist Maria immer sehr schnell mit Hilfe und Antworten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Our stay at “Casa Rabat” was exceptional to say the least, The villa was immaculate upon arrival and the pictures just didn’t do it justice! Extremely spacious living area and the garden was exactly what we were looking for. Andrew was a perfect host, always available to help out and made sure that we had a great holiday. 10/10 Would recommend and will be returning

We had a great week in villa "Luz de Mar" in Roche. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here with children and grandchildren. This villa has everything: a very large veranda with lovely seating areas, a great swimming pool (with fence, which is very nice with grandchildren aged 2 and 4), a large lawn. Beautiful efficient kitchen, barbecue and on three floors the bedrooms and bathrooms, where everything is present. The villa is very close to the fantastic beach with several lovely chiringuitos. Will definitely come back again. Also because the booking process, the reception and the accessibility of Andrew and Maria is always top service.

A través de Dos Xtremos reservamos la casa Dos Horizontes en la urbanización de Roche (Cádiz). Este es nuestro segundo año en esta maravillosa casa. No se cómo describirla . Lo tiene todo y por encima de todo calidad , un lujo todo , la casa en si , el mobiliario , la cocina , la piscina , la situación de la misma inmejorable a cincuenta metros de una playa maravillosa . Hemos estado 14 personas en siete magníficas habitaciones cada una con su cuarto de baño . Y qué decir de Andréw de la agencia Dos Xtremos, un magnífico profesional y una muy agradable persona . Repetiremos .

The villa is a real daydream. Large, tastefully decorated, the private access to the beach makes an impact as well as being really convenient. A crazy level of service and we all had a wonderful week. Also, Andrew is really lovely and was very helpful with the PCR tests. We will definitely be back.

Wir waren im Covid-19 Summer 2020 im „El Alarife“. Spanier wie auch die wenigen internationalen Touristen in diesem Jahr waren sehr gewissenhaft im Umgang mit den Hygiene-, Abstands- und Maskenregeln. Das Haus und dessen Lage waren für uns perfekt: fantastischer Blick auf das Meer, der Strand vor der Tür, mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu Golfplätzen, zu Restaurants und zum Einkaufen. Das Haus ist schon ein paar Jahre alt, aber alles funktionierte gut und die Ausstattung, gerade auch die Küchenausstattung erfreulich vollständig und hochwertig. So machte auch das Kochen zu Hause Spaß. DosXtremos, Maria und Andrew, waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Tuvimos una semana maravillosa en Casa Rabat. La casa es un pequeño paraíso con todas las comodidades que a uno le gusta disfrutar en vacaciones. El equipamanto está seleccionado con mucho detalle y en nivel superior... En la temporada baja, vale la pena especialmente si se quiere disfrutar de una tranquilidad absoluta. Playa, sol y buena comida pudimos disfrutar casi solos. DosXtremos (María y Andrew) siempre son muy familiares y por supuesto profesionales. Ciertamente no fue la última vez...

Estuvimos este verano pasado dos familias con 10 personas en la casa "Las Palmeras" y tenemos que reconocer que ha sido una de las mejores experiencias veraniegas de los últimos años, seguro que repetiremos, quedamos encantados con el trato de todo el equipo - en especial el de María y Andrew ...!!! Excelente trato muy personal y ayuda en todo lo que necesitamos en cada momento. Gracias.

It wasn't our first time in Roche but it was our first time with DosXtremos. The quality of both villas was outstanding and in prime locations. Andrew and Maria were very professional and provided a high quality of service, they were very responsive and immediately solved any query we had. They have a great knowledge of the area which is always so helpful. We will highly recommend them and their villas and we can't wait to be back.

Our second trip to Roche with Dosextremos. Both houses were top quality, with beautiful gardens and pools. Roche is a great place for a holiday. A perfect, uncrowded beach within minutes walk, and beach bar, cafe and small supermarket on site. Really not much reason to leave but plenty to do in the area. Cadiz, Jerez and Vejer all good. Recommend the walk in the pine forest on the cliffs above Canos de Meca.

Llevamos más de 8 años yendo de vacaciones a Cádiz, entre Chiclana y Conil; pero sin duda ninguna este año ha sido el mejor de todos. La casa “ AL SOL” , el trato de María, las chicas de la limpieza... Ha sido espectacular. Es una casa con un gusto exquisito, el acceso a la playa muy cercano, sin necesidad de coger el coche, y una playa ... bueno, es Cádiz y yo estoy enamorada de la tierra y de su gente, no puedo más que hablar maravillas. Y por supuesto, las puestas de sol, que desde la azotea de la casa era una pasada. Muchas gracias a todo el personal de DosXtremos . Un trabajo y atención impecable

Estupenda "Casa Jardín", cómoda en el interior y en el exterior. Una de las mejores parcelas de la urbanización. Estupendo comedor exterior con barbacoa de obra y todo lo neceario para veladas, tanto de día como de noche.Tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. María y Andrew atentos en todo momento.

La casa estaba fenomenal con buen gusto y buen estado. Con porche muy agradable. Playa fantástica. Tal cual aparece descrita. Andrew y Maria son muy profesionales. Hicieron todo lo posible por hacer nuestra estancia perfecta buscando soluciones a nuestras necesidades. Pasamos unas grandes vacaciones. Repetimos seguro. Gracias! Rocio.

Llevamos dos años pasando unos días de vacaciones en dos de las casas. En ambos casos hemos estado muy cómodos. Las casas están muy bien montadas y con muy buen gusto. Además, tienen todo lo necesario.El acceso a la playa te permite ir andando en 5 minutos. La playa está muy cercana, por lo que no necesitas coger el coche. Volveremos el próximo año

Alquilamos con DosXtremos la Casa Linda en Conil de la Frontera (Cádiz) el año pasado y la experiencia fue tan buena que este año hemos repetido. María y Andrew son muy profesionales. Siempre tenemos un trato excelente, cercano y con repuestas y trámites muy rápidos.

Hemos estado dos familias en Casa Almadraba durante una semana. La casa es perfecta, tal y como se vé en las fotos. Muy amplia, caben 10 personas muy cómodamente. La zona exterior muy bien también, con una piscina preciosa y varios espacios diferentes. A unos 150 metros de la bajada a la playa. La relación con Andrew y María perfecta desde que contactamos para reservar hasta después. Volveremos a confiar en ellos.

The house we rented from DosXtremos at the end of July 2019 was just brilliant. Well maintained, clean, amazingly equipped, beautiful. The team responded to our requests in super quick time and were exquisitely polite on all occasions. Can't recommend them highly enough.

A fantastic two weeks at Villa Al Mar. Guest ranged in age from 18 to 87 and all had a grand time. Andrew and Maria were very responsive to anything we needed. The house is close to the beach and the beach bar (we were frequent visitors) and provided a great location for day trips to Cadiz, Vejer, Jerez, Conil, Ronda, Gibraltar and so much more. As an architect, I appreciated the modern vernacular design of the house with just the right design touches. The large windows and patio doors provided great views and fantastic breezes and watching the sunset over the Atlantic from the roof terrace was a special moment every evening. Oh and the pool.....

Estuvimos en Semana Santa en Roche, en la vivienda Pitusas y todo fue excepcional. Tanto la comunicación con Andrew y María de Dosxtremos que siempre ha sido ágil y satisfactoria, como la casa que estaba fenomenal. Intentamos volver a reservar para agosto pero ya estaba ocupada. Es la primera vez con Dosxtremos pero repetiremos.

Dos Xtremos destaca por la profesionalidad de Andrew y María. Sus casas están decoradas con mucho gusto, muy buen estado de las cosas y cuidados los detalles. El trato cercano de Andrew te hace sentir a gusto en sus casas que es lo que necesitas para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones. Por esa razón nosotros (mi familia) ya hemos repetido con Dos Xtremos. Y lo volveremos a hacer.

A beautiful and comfortable house in a perfect location, a great vibe and plenty of space both for the family to be together and for people to look for a bit of peace and quiet on their own. Todo perfecto. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días. Amplia, buen jardín, buena ubicación, limpieza.. Lo mas importante es la facilidad de comunicación con la gente de Dos Xtremos. Antes de la reserva, y sobre todo que durante la estancia, cualquier problema que pueda surgir, te lo intentan solucionar al momento.

Just got back from Roche and a group of us from around the world being hosted by Dos Xtremos across a few of their properties. It was incredible, the best group holiday we've had in Europe, Roche and all the houses were perfect for our families. We will be back!! :-)

Als Wiederholungstäter waren wir diesen Februar wieder da . Casa Leticia. Ein wundervolles Haus mit herrlichem Ambiente! Im Februar ist die Zentralheizung nicht zu verachten, selbst wenn an einem sonnigen Tag die es Recht warm ist. Gute Ferienhausvermietung in Roche. Guter und prompter Service des englisch-spanischen Vermieterpaares.

In the autumn of 2018 we visited for the third time Casa Almadraba in Roche. A beautiful house close to the ocean. Read the information on the website and watch the pictures. In reality it's more beautiful. This spot is so quiet, a big garden with (of course) a swimming pool and the Ocean so close. Never seen beaches so quiet. But we found it here. And the City of Cadiz. Estancias inolvidables los 2 últimos veranos en Roche. Las 2 casas que conocimos ( del Médico y Pitusas) estaban estupendamente, muy completas y con todas las comodidades. En un paseo llegábamos a la playa caminando por las tranquilas calles de Roche. Además, Andrew estuvo en todo momento muy pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Sin duda, el próximo verano repetiremos .

Wir haben zum dritten Mal ein Haus in Roche über DosXtremos gemietet, diesesmal die Villa Africa. Die tolle Villa ist sehr großzügig, hell und modern eingerichtet. Gleichzeitig verleihen ihr afrikanische Designobjekte eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Terrase traumhaft. Just back from a wonderful week at Dos Horizontes, a stunning house among beautiful, cloud-like trees, two minutes walk from the most lovely beach. Vejer and Cadiz are very charismatic towns and an easy drive away. We left feeling we'd only scratched the surface of this unspoilt part of Spain. A big thank you to Andrew and Maria for introducing us to this area and giving us such a warm welcome.

Casa amplia y bien cuidada, tanto el interior como el amplio jardín y piscina. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos en la zona. Recomendable 100%

Hi, wir waren diesmal zum zweiten Mal in einem Haus (Casa del Puente, in Rocche) von Maria und Andrew. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Im Oktober war es dieses Jahr im Sommer auch in Deutschland noch sehr schön, aber das man bei 24 Grad um Mitternacht noch draussen die Nacht genießen kann ... da muss man schon hierher kommen. Uns gefällt besonders die Mischung zwischen relaxen - Strand oder am eigenen Pool - und etwas unternehmen, Cadiz, Tarifa, Vejer de la Frontera oder Conil selbst. Wellenreiten lernen kann man besonders gut in El Palmar, sind auch nur 20min. entfernt. so long ...

Mitte September haben mein Mann und ich mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar zusammen eine Woche im Casa Santa Monica verbracht. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld beginnend mit der ersten Kontaktaufnahme, Angebot, Buchung und Zahlungsabwicklung war sehr persönlich und vor allem verlässlich. Vor Ort war das Handling unkompliziert. Das Haus selber entsprach unseren Erwartungen voll und ganz, hatte eine tolle Atmosphäre, war ausgesprochen geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet und liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Woche in Roche unheimlich genossen. Vielen Dank an Andrew und Maria.

Wir haben bereits mehrmals in Ferienhäusern, die wir über DosXtremos bezogen haben gewohnt und waren beide Male begeistert (einmal direkt am Strand ohne Pool, einmal dritte Reihe dafür aber Pool.) Nicht nur befinden sich die Häuser in einer sehr gepflegten Lage, sondern unser Ansprechpartner (Andrew) war stets erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Z.B. ging ein Mixer beim Gazpacho-Zubereiten kaputt und er besorgte uns einen neuen in weniger als einer Stunde). Dieses Maß an Kundenorientierung hat uns ausnahmslos gut gefallen. Einmal in der Woche bekommt man neue Handtücher und Bettlaken, was bei 2 Wochen super ist. Wir hatten in den Häusern aber auch eine Waschmasche, also hätten wir das nichtmal gebraucht. Unabhängig davon war der Pool klasse, die Veranda romantisch, das Haus toll eingerichtet ... wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Natürlich können wir die anderen Häuser nicht bewerten, gehen aber davon aus, dass diese ebenso gewissenhaft gepflegt werden. Der Strand bei Roche ist ein absoluter Traum (wir fahren hier seit über 20 Jahren jedes Jahr hin!). Das war für uns also keine Überraschung, ist aber vielleicht für potentiell neue Besucher lesenswert. Im September sind wir auch gerne hier, da ist der (breite und lange) Sandstrand recht leer und das Wetter noch angenehm warm. Wir sind sehr begeistert und empfehlen DosXtremos deshalb uneingeschränkt weiter.

My family and I stayed at Entre Pinos this summer and had a wonderful holiday. The house was lovely and situated just a short walk down a private pathway to the beach which was great as it meant we didn't have to drive up and down each day. The beach is fantastic, the best I have been to. Great waves, good bars with nice food and loads of room for frisbee, cricket, football etc. with the kids, especially when the tide's out. The house itself was beautiful, clearly quite new but still had a good character about it and a great pool area. The Dos Extremos team were extremely helpful whenever they could be. From organising a chef to come round and cook for us to showing us round properties for our holiday next year (we will definitely be back), they could simply not do enough to ensure that we were happy the whole time. All of the other properties were stunning as well so now we are just spoilt for choice as to where to stay next year. Would recommend to anyone and I think I do on a daily basis.

We had a wonderful week in middle of June in Casa Espana in Roche. The house was perfect for relaxing around the pool and enjoying dinners in the garden. We where 8 people in the house, a mix of adult and teenagers, there where plenty of room. The house have different relaxing areas outdoors which was good so the teenagers could have their on area. The house have everything you need and the kitchen was nice to cook in and had all the equipment. The closeness to the beach was amazing and the beach! Standing on the top of the stairs leading down to the beach looking out to the sea is a picture I will keep in my mind for the long cool winter here in Sweden. Andrew was very helpful with information about the surroundings and the directions to get there from the airport was great. He also told us about a surfplace half an hour drive away which the boys really enjoyed. I can recommend DosXremos and Roche! I hope we come back! / Viveca

Maria and Andrew arranged everything most efficiently for us, from sending us details directions from the airport, to finding us extra tea towels and some WD40 for a squeaky door! They gave us lots of good recommendations on where to eat, which beaches to try, and also arranged an excellent local cook to make us some really delicious suppers on some of our nights. They could not have done more to make our family holiday a huge success and we certainly hope to be back very soon”

We returned with our kids for our 3rd holiday to Roche. It was wonderful. Andrew and the team at Dos Extremos run a great show. Houses excellent, and the service is easy, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended. (We have recommended to another family who were very happy too).

Pitusas is a new villa in the DosXtremos portfolio and it's charming. Perfectly suited to a couple or small group/family. Lovely pool and practical open-plan living and outdoor seating area. Short walk to the most wonderful beach. Recommended!

Can Elefant, Roche, Costa De La Luz Spent two weeks in this beautiful villa situated next to a forest, which made it a private location not overlooked by other villas. The villa has everything a party of 3-6 would need. The bedrooms are comfortable with one excellent en-suite bathroom (including a bath!) and an additional family bathroom. The lounge area is very large and comfortable and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment. We did not hire a car and found it possible to take a 20 minute walk to a couple of restaurants and a small shop. Booking a local taxi was easy in order to go to the mainline stations and a heavy shopping expedition could also be done with a taxi. On the whole a car would have been useful, but not essential. Andrew, who manages the property, was very helpful and has lived in the area for many years, so knows Costa De La Luz extremely well. The villa is within reach of Cadiz, Seville and Jerez, which we visited using the excellent train service. A relaxing holiday in a very comfortable villa in an area of Spain still slightly undiscovered. Many thanks DosXtremos!

We had a wonderful and very pleasant stay at Casa Espana 29. We were 5 people and rented the Villa in May 2018, it was a perfectly equiped house with lots of space, a big terrace outside plus a BBQ place that we often used. Also it had a big pool and garden furniture to spend time in the sun. Cute little villages that we visited were only a short drive away. We also had a parking spot for our car on the property which came really handy. We also very much enjoyed the closeness of the beautiful beach which was just a 5 Minute walk away and where we spent lots of our time. Altogether we are very happy about the service and the friendliness of Andrew the Manager. We definitely got the perfect Andalusia experience :)

Rented the villa Enter Pinos in Roche - Conil de la Frontera in April 2018. Great house, perfectly equiped with top gear inside as well as outside the house. Great pool, perfect garden furniture. Location is very good with a direct entrance to the beach. Service of property manager is perfect as well.

The house was stunning - even with our midwinter stay every moment of daylight flooded the house with brightness through the massive glass windows. The central heating and log fire made for very comfortable evenings. The kitchen was extremely well equipped - the only rental property we have taken where the kitchen knives were not only plentiful but sharp too. Located so close to the beach our guests enjoyed runs along the sand or a pre-dinner stroll. The frontier villages, each so different from each other, were only a short drive as was the cork oak forest where we watched around 70 Black Griffons soaring on the thermals above a crag. The easy day trip to Tangier was an extra adventure that added a whole new continent to our Andalusian experience. … and we were looked after too. Andrew was a very helpful and charming host / manager. He made it clear that if we needed anything or advice were were just to ask and he provided invaluable guidance on finding some of the smaller less obvious local eateries in the area. Pasamos una semana en agosto en Casa Lola tres familias con niños; la casa espectacular y el trato y la atención perfectas. Sin duda repetiremos.

Estuvimos 3 familias en Casa Gabriel - Roche - cadiz una semana en Agosto. La semana de vacaciones fue perfecta, limpieza, habitaciones, piscina, amplitud, distintos ambientes, amplio jardin y el entorno cumplieron todas nuestras expectativas.

Completamente recomendable! De hecho, repetimos con ellos el próximo verano. La casa del Paleontólogo un 10 en todos los sentidos!!

Bereits seit mehreren Jahren werden wir immer sehr gut betreut, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Urlaubs! Maria und Andrew sind jederzeit für alle Fragen ansprechbar- wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf "unser" schönes Ferienhaus in Andalusien.
