We are writing this testimonial sitting in our recently bought Finca, enjoying the heat from our fireplace.... and I don't believe it would have been possible without the help of Glyn and Catherine from Andaluzhomes. Glyn, with whom we had the viewings and who guided us through the legal intricacies, was open and honest, set us at ease and helped us immensely throughout the process. A year before, we already did a viewing of a house with Glyn - which didn't go ahead.. but we kept an eye on the website until a few months ago when we spotted this Finca being offered. About to email Glyn and he beat us to the punch with an email to us instead... it contained a link to the property wondering if it may be of interest to us! Obviously we were, and here we are, moved in and very happy.

La peor inmobiliaria que he tenido la desgracia de contactar. Pasan del cliente totalmente, y no tienen ni la educación de dar respuesta a los correos o Whatsapp. Ni se os ocurra trabajar con ellos. EDICIÓN DE RESEÑA A RAIZ DE CONTESTACIÓN DEL PROPIETARIO: Le contacté a primeros de diciembre por una casa en la que tenía interés, y se comprometió en avisarme cuando hablara con los dueños. Pasarón las semanas sin tener noticias suyas. A finales de diciembre le escribí en ¡¡¡¡3 ocasiones!!!!, en 3 días diferentes, mediante Whatsapp preguntandole si había noticias de dicha vivienda. Leyó usted los mensajes EL MISMO DÍA y no se digno a dar respuesta. Aún así, esperé 3 semanas más... Ayer, día 23 de enero, después de ¡¡¡¡1 mes esperando a que me dé respuesta!!!! le hago esta reseña, harto de su falta de profesionalidad y de su absoluta mala educación. En unas horas, todo el tiempo que le faltaba para darme respuesta mi Whatsapp le ha sobrado para responder a esta reseña. En resumidas cuentas: 1) No lleva usted 1 mes de vacaciones, no mienta. 2) Leyó usted mis Whatsapps hace semanas y no ha tenido la educación de responder. Los 3 días que le escribí fue en horas de trabajo (al mediodía). Además, ha tenido usted todo el mes de enero para darme respuesta. 3) Pero, eso sí, responde usted a la reseña inmediatamente, no vaya a ser que otros potenciales clientes se den cuenta de su absoluta falta de profesionalidad. No solamente es usted la peor inmobiliaria que he visto nunca, sino que además tiene usted la desverguenza de contestarme dando excusas baratas y echando la culpa al mundo de ser "triste" porque no aceptan su mala educación y falta de ganas de trabajar. No, el mundo es triste por "profesionales" como usted. No pensaba hacerlo, pero a raiz de su desgraciada respuesta, en la que da excusas de niño chico en vez de aceptar su error, ahora mismo voy a compartir estar reseña en mis redes sociales, para que todos mis contactos sean conscientes del tipo de profesional que es usted. Suerte igualmente, señor.

Easy to view and some great homes

Glyn and Thorsten recently sold our house. It did take some time but they never stopped trying and looking at different angles to market the property. They both provided a very friendly and professional service and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had heard about Glyn and his Company as he was operating in the Chiclana area and friends had used him - so he came on recommendation to me. Always wary when it comes to buying and selling houses esp. abroad as its easy to make mistakes not knowing the country procedures. That is where Glyn came in so well. He is a true professional who is well antiquated with the whats and wherefores of selling houses in Andalucia. He explained everything up front, kept in good contact in the run up to the sale and on the day of completion it went perfectly to plan - even paying in the sale proceeds and closure of my local Bank account in Spain when he was again present. It was a positive experience and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
