My whole experience of owning homes in Spain has been very interesting and I never thought I would be selling so soon after buying but personal circumstances changed things Did I think it would be difficult? No, but how wrong was I Thanks to Marilyn and Antonio they put me at ease when I was starting to panic and get frustrated,even though I think they were getting concerned too they never told me to not panic me more Little did we know what problems we would be facing due to previous owners complications and previous agent incompetence that I trusted with my money when i purchased and that I was not aware of issues when I bought. In our search for buying a vacation home in Calpe, we were supported by the Inmobres team. They delivered an incredible service during the full process from the search to the signature of the deed of our new house. Even without having met Inmobres team, they were already very helpful in planning the visits before we went to Spain. Always a fast, clear and adequate response. Once in Spain, the visits to the houses of interest were very well planned and prepared. We could take all the time needed during the discovery visits. Once back at home, we decided to buy one of the proposed properties. The Inmobres team took fully care of all next steps in the purchasing process: getting the reservation contract, getting the Arras contract and finally the signature of the deed at the notary. All mandatory information was provided in all steps in a fast and accurate manner. They went beyond their duties many times, which we extremely appreciated as we were during all initial steps of the purchase process in our home country.
