Een huis kopen in het buitenland is een droom die heel spannend kan zijn, omdat je vaak niet bekend bent met de wetten en regelgeving van dat land en daarnaast meestal de taal niet spreekt. Dus heel belangrijk is om een makelaar te vinden die je kunt vertrouwen. Bob Croughs heeft ons geholpen aan een droomhuis. Hij is een betrouwbare makelaar die al vele jaren bekend is in Moraira. Hij kent de wet- en regelgeving van Spanje en Moraira. Hij spreekt vloeiend Spaans, Nederlands en Engels. Een goede makelaar voor een eerlijk en betrouwbaar advies.

Toen wij ca.10 jaar geleden naar een huis in Moraira zochten, kregen wij de tip om Buenaventura Villa's te benaderen vanwege de goede ervaringen. Zo gezegd, zo gedaan.
