I first began using Ferrando rental properties in 2016 after being let down at short notice by another agent/owner. Checking through their current rental properties, myself and friends have stayed in 7 different ones over the years, depending on whether travelling solo or with a group of family or friends. Ferrando are my ‘go to ‘ company …only once has there been an ‘emergency’, a water leak in a kitchen one weekend. Within hours plumbers were in attendance and it was sorted. It is the detail that matters…clear concise arrival instructions, no hidden extras, friendly efficient office staff and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly owners of this company. On our most recent visit, friends who live in the area gave us a large amount of oranges… there was no squeezer in the villa, but a polite request for one resulted in a new one being delivered personally that same day. Typical efficiency from a great company.

In 2004, I was a complete novice with regard to purchasing a foreign property but I was intent on buying a villa in Moraira, Spain that was advertised by Inmobiliaria Ferrando . I found their service to be first class, particularly because I could not speak Spanish and being new to the area I did not have any other advisors to assist me. A legal problem arose and Ferrandos were instrumental in overcoming this towards a successful outcome. Thereafter for 20 years, Ferrando were always available to help me to overcome any problem that I may have had whether it be relative to the villa or any other Spanish matter whatsoever, without ever expecting any payment. Knowing that Ferrando is around, ready and willing to assist, has been a great comfort. I have no hesitation in recommending Julian and his sister Marrisa as trustworthy, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and wonderful individuals.

A big "Thank you" to Julian for his impeccable service, from the very beginning of our plans to retire in Moraira. Julian listened to and understood our property requirements, and successfully found what we were looking for, allowing us to reserve the property and entrust him with power of attorney whilst we returned to the UK. wir haben im Frühjahr 2021 während der Corona-Pandemie ein Haus in Moraira gekauft, das die Firma Ferrando-Immobilien im Angebot hatte. Obwohl wir als Käufer eigentlich keinen Anspruch auf Betreuung und Unterstützung durch den vom Verkäufer beauftragten Makler hatten, wurden wir von den Repräsentanten von Ferrando-Inmobiliaria von Anfang an vorbildlich unterstützt und informiert. Ganz besonders hilfreich war, dass Frau Marisa Ferrando exzellent deutsch spricht und bei Ferrando-Inmobiliaria sogar eine deutsche Mitarbeiterin beschäftigt wird. Von ersten Fragen zum spanischen Immobilienrecht hinsichtlich der "Reservierung" und der dafür erforderlichen Zahlungen, über Fragen zum Inhalt des eigentlichen Kaufvertrages, bis hin zum Transfer des Kaufpreises an den Eigentümer wurden wir ausnahmslos hervorragend unterstützt und betreut. Selbst die Anmeldung bei der Steuerbehörde (SUMA) und die Ummeldung bei den Versorgungsunternehmen (Strom, Wasser, Müll, etc.) wurde von Ferrando-Inmobiliaria durchgeführt. Obwohl wir uns für die Besichtigung der Immobilie nicht in Moraira, sondern in Deutschland aufhielten, organisierte Herr Ferrando innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Onlinebesichtigung der Wohnung für uns. Für die Onlinebesichtigung nahm Herr Ferrando sich sehr viel Zeit und zeigte uns die Immobilie mit dem dazugehörigen Außengelände. Während und anschließend der Besichtigung beantwortete Herr Ferrando „auf deutsch“ in seiner ruhigen und freundlichen Art all unsere Fragen (und wir hatten viele Fragen). Am darauffolgenden Tag der Onlinebesichtigung leisteten wir eine Reservierungsgebühr für unsere zukünftige Traumimmobilie. Natürlich war es für uns ein komisches Gefühlt einer unbekannten Person einen höheren Geldbetrag zu überweisen. Wie wir heute wissen, waren unsere Bedenken vollkommen unbegründet, denn es ist alles so eingetreten wie Herr Ferrando es uns sagte. Mit dieser Kenntnis und dieser Erfahrung, die wir in diesem Immobilienkauf erfahren durften, würden wir es genauso wiedermachen. Ferrando Estate agents recently marketed and sold our one bedroom apartment in Moraira with the process managed by Marisa Ferrando. They were the sole agent and a buyer was found about 2 weeks after the apartment was first advertised. The management of the sale was faultless with close communication with ourselves, our lawyer and the buyers resulting in a stress free sale. We have also previously purchased 2 properties where Ferrando was the selling agent, which were also handled extremely well. We are more than satisfied with our agent Julian Ferrando, Merrisa and their staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The purchase was processed seamlessly. There are many obstacles when selling and buying a property here which were all surmounted efficiently. The property requires some attention, the electrics, the heating system - not enough information e.g. when was it last used. The air-con does not function in both bedrooms and there is considerable dampness and mould in both bedrooms which we are treating. The accomodation is excellent now that we have reconfigured it with the dining room next to the kitchen and the living room in the South Wing! We are well pleased with the property and its location and pleased to recommend FERRANDO to everyone. We have already recommended Ferrando to people we know who are looking to sell and buy. Julian recently dealt with the sale of my late mother’s villa in Benitachell. None of the family live in Spain so this was quite a sad and stressful time for us all. Julian, Marisa and their staff were always very helpful, honest and professional throughout a long traumatic property purchasing transaction - note the trauma and delay was caused by the sellers. Furthermore, the day we moved into the property we found the boiler for the heating and hot water was not working correctly, the person we turned to for help and advice was Julian. He kindly contacted a gas technician and arranged for him to come to our property. We were surprised that when the gas man turned up Julian also arrived to ensure the problem was resolved, which it was, very efficiently. With the Ferrando ‘team’ there giving helpful reliable advice and support the process of buying or selling a property will be stress free.
