Ik wil het geweldige team van Casa Ambiente bedanken voor alle hulp bij de verkoop van ons huis in Benitatchell. We namen contact op met hen en kregen direct alle info die we nodig hadden want eerlijk gezegd we hadden zelf weinig idee waar te beginnen. We hebben besloten om ons huis exclusief met hen te verkopen ondat ze een advocate in dienst hebben die ons gedurende het ganse proces begeleid heeft en ze heeft fantastisch werk geleverd alsook de verkoopster en de mensen van het bureau. No recomendaría en absoluto la inmobiliaria Casas Ambiente para gestionar la venta de su propiedad. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante, marcada por la falta de profesionalidad, información insuficiente y un claro desentendimiento ante los problemas. Confiamos en ellos para la venta de nuestra casa y, al principio, todo parecía ir bien: unos compradores, a través de una agencia colaboradora, se interesaron y firmaron un contrato de reserva con una señal de 5.000 euros, estableciendo una fecha límite para firmar el contrato de arras. Durante todo este tiempo, fuimos entregando toda la documentación solicitada. Sin embargo, a pesar de cumplir con los plazos y advertir con antelación que estaríamos de vacaciones, Casas Ambiente retrasó injustificadamente el envío del contrato de arras, enviándolo el mismo día que expiraba el plazo máximo. Además, nos pidieron conceder más tiempo a los compradores debido a una anotación en la nota simple que no afectaba a la vivienda (ya aclarado semanas antes y sin implicaciones para la escritura). Cuando mostramos nuestra disconformidad y nos negamos a aceptar más aplazamientos, la agencia nos dejó completamente desatendidos. Su única “solución” fue sugerir que contactáramos directamente con los abogados de la parte compradora para intentar recuperar solo la mitad de la señal, lavándose las manos de su responsabilidad como intermediarios. A pesar de una llamada de disculpa por parte del propietario de la agencia, que igualmente nos culpó por la situación, su actuación fue claramente insuficiente. En definitiva, Casas Ambiente ha demostrado una gestión deficiente, falta de transparencia y, lo más grave, un absoluto desinterés por defender los intereses de sus clientes cuando surgen problemas. No recomendaría sus servicios a nadie que busque una inmobiliaria seria, responsable y comprometida.

Buenas tardes David, lamentamos escuchar que no esta contento con nuestros servicios tras haber encontrado un potencial comprador para su apartamento, el cual tuvo a la venta durante un buen tiempo con varias agencias inmobiliarias de la zona. No queremos dudar de su reseña pero si aclarar que esta confundiéndose en las acusaciones. No somos nosotros que establecemos el contrato de Arras ni somos nosotros que requeríamos los documentos solicitados que menciona. Es el abogado o gestoría del comprador. Si ellos no nos envían el borrador del contrato de compraventa en tiempo, no podemos nosotros adelantárselo a usted. Nuestra obligación fue avisarle que se iban a atrasar y tal como nos solicitaron pedirle que les cedan mas tiempo. En ningún caso tuvimos contacto directo con el potencial comprador ya que vino por una agencia colaboradora. Si el abogado o gestoría solicita mas documentación debido a una anotación en la nota simple, nuestra obligación es solicitarle esa información, tenga en cuenta que si afecta o no afecta, no lo determinan ustedes sino el abogado o la gestoría del comprador ya que son ellos que van a decidir o recomendar si su cliente debe ir adelante con la compraventa o pedir la resolución de la reserva. En ningún momento les dejamos desatendidos y les informamos inmediatamente según nos llegaba la información a nosotros. Pero usted no quiso ya entender y se cabreo con nosotros por no disponer del contrato de compraventa. El gerente de esta empresa no les culpo de absolutamente nada en su llamada telefónica, solo intento explicarles que el retraso no es debido a nuestra Agencia sino por culpa de no haberlo recibido por el abogado o gestoría de la parte compradora. En resumen, sentimos que tenga esta vision equivocada de nuestra empresa y mas que la obtuvo por desconocer el proceso correcto aunque nosotros se lo intentamos explicar en varias ocasiones y le tuvimos informado en cualquier momento. Les deseamos mucha suerte con la venta de su apartamento y quizás algún día querrá pasar por nuestra agencia para hablar con calma de como funcionan los procesos de compraventa en esta zona de la costa blanca. Nadat we 2 winters proef hebben gedraaid in Moraira om te kijken of het langer overwinteren ons beviel, hebben we de knoop doorgehakt en besloten we op zoek te gaan naar een eigen huis. Na 2 teleurstellende bezoeken aan een paar makelaars, stapten we binnen bij Casas Ambiente in Moraira. We werden gastvrij onthaald door Pauline met een heerlijke kop koffie. Eerst werd er serieus naar onze wensen geluisterd en daarna werden er 3 woningen gevonden die ons aanstonden. Dezelfde week heeft Pauline ons op een middag de 3 huizen laten zien. Fijn dat we in het Nederlands konden praten. Pauline kon feilloos onze vragen in het Spaans stellen. Om een lang verhaal kort te maken, we vielen als een blok voor een van de huizen. Door de deskundigheid van dit kantoor werd alles voor ons perfect geregeld! En dat was nogal veel wat er op je af komt! Net voor ons vertrek terug naar Nederland hebben we de sleutel gekregen. Onze dank gaat uit naar Pauline en de rest van de medewerkers! We komen graag nog een keer een bakje doen en omgekeerd zijn jullie welkom in ons huis!! Leo en Marion.

Nach dem ersten Besuch in Moraira als Touristen haben wir uns in die Gegend und speziell den Ort verliebt und beschlossen ein Apartment in zentraler Lage zu kaufen. Über die suche im Internet kamen wir auf Casas Ambiente und fühlten uns beim Team von Casas Ambiente und unserer Ansprechpartnerin Pauline ab der ersten Minute gut aufgehoben. Professionelle, schnelle Kommunikation von Deutschland aus über Internet und WhatsApp, sehr gute Vorschläge für Apartments, schnelle und einfache Terminvereinbarung und schon nach der vierten Besichtigung hatten wir das passende Apartment gefunden. Auch die weitere Abwicklung, Vermittlung eines deutschsprachigen Anwalts, Vertragserstellung und Verhandlungen incl. Notartermin liefen einfach, flexibel, freundlich und schnell ab. Nun sind wir stolzer Besitzer des Apartments zentral in Moraira, 200 m zum Yachthafen und Promenade und genießen alle sechs Wochen die herrliche Gegend und das tolle Klima und Ambiente. Im Sommer 2024 haben wir mit der Firma “Casas Ambientes” in Moraira unser Ferienhaus dort verkauft. Nach der ersten Kontaktaufnahme wurde das Haus von Mirjam, der Chefin, angeschaut und der Verkaufswert von ihr ermittelt. Anschliessen wurden professionelle Fotos gemacht, das Haus stichwortartig beschrieben und der Verkaufspreis angegeben. Nach einer knappen Woche erschien das Inserat im Internet. Innert weniger Tage meldeten sich einige Interessenten. Wir wollten das schöne alte Haus nicht um den Höchstpreis verkaufen, sondern an jemanden, der dort sein neues Zuhause einrichten und mit der Geschichte des Hauses leben wollte. Genau diese Art von Käufer stellte Mirjam uns vor! Der Handel wurde innert weniger Tage beim Notar abgeschlossen. Bei „Casas Ambientes“ haben wir uns von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das fantastische Team ging jederzeit auf unsere Fragen oder Vorschläge ein. Immer hatte jemand Zeit für uns, wenn wir etwas noch genauer erklärt haben wollten. Wij zijn enorm blij dat we voor Casas Ambiente hebben gekozen. We hebben een hele fijne en deskundige begeleiding van Pauline Pille gehad en zij is erg vriendelijk, kundig en behulpzaam. Toch fijn om in het Nederlands te kunnen communiceren en Casas Ambiente heeft ons ook doorverwezen naar een advocaat voor de afhandeling, controle en NIE nummers voor de aankoop van onze woning. Pauline, zoals vanmiddag afgesproken ben je van harte welkom in Xàbia als we compleet gesetteld zijn. Wij adviseren dan ook om vooral voor Casas Ambiente te kiezen als u op zoek gaat naar een makelaar of zoals in ons geval een aankoopmakelaar. Wij hebben er in ieder geval geen moment spijt van gehad.

Geen droom maar toch gedaan. Wij hadden gelijk een goed gevoel bij Casas Ambiente, vooral bij de woningen welke zij exclusief hebben, het lijkt erop dat Casas Ambiente, voor mijn gevoel, degelijke woningen op de markt heeft in plaats van tegenvallende woningen, deze zijn er genoeg in Spanje. Het contact verliep heel soepel en als je vragen hebt, heb je heel snel antwoord wat ons ook vertrouwen gaf. Ze staan erg goed voor de verkopende partij want er was weinig onderhandelingsmarge en waarschijnlijk is dit omdat ze achter de woning staan welke ze verkopen. Na de aankoop is het contact nog net zo goed als voor de aankoop. Wij raden Casas Ambiente aan voor zowel verkopende als aankopende partijen.

Wij stapten in ons Spaans verhaal met veel bedenkingen en vooroordelen over Spaans vastgoed aankopen, maar we werden zeer professioneel begeleid door Pauline, alle vragen werden steeds snel en correct beantwoord, wat ons gemoedsrust gaf. Zeer vriendelijke dame met kennis van zaken, waardoor we achteraf geen onaangename verrassingen tegenkwamen. Alles is perfect verlopen, van reservering tot ondertekening akte bij notaris. I reached out to Casas Ambiente a month or so before my 'viewing trip' in person Mid-October (23). I was assigned Pauline as my real estate agent who turned out to be incredibly helpful, flexible and with an abundance of local knowledge to help support my decisions. Pauline was organized and very patient with my changing needs as the viewings progressed based on my original search criteria. On a personal note, she's always smiling and comes across with some salient points to think with both your head & heart. Having had a villa in an area we love so much for 18 years, it was such a difficult decision to have to sell it. But after the death of my father it was a very necessary and emotional decision we had to make. So not only were Mirjam and her team there selling our house but they were there with hugs too!! They supported us through every step of the journey. The team were so professional and efficient and went above and beyond to help us at every turn. Whilst we were in Scotland they dealt with things which I would say were not their problem but they just wanted to help us which made things so less stressful for us. We mainly dealt with Miryam and Kerrie for the house sale which I have to add they sold in about 3 weeks and achieved our full asking price. Ana the lawyer was also amazing and kept in regular contact with us and kept us right with all required. I honestly can’t recommend Casas Ambiente highly enough. From the start to the end we got VIP treatment. Miryam even insisted on attending at the notary with us to support us along with Ana and made a day we were dreading actually really pleasant. 5 star service from the loveliest people. Thank you!

We carnt thank the team enough they have helped us right through the whole selling process .we tried other estate agents at first but they were disappointing hardly any viewings and were asked to drop the price!! but we then tried casas ambiente and kept the original valuation we were first given and it proved to be fine as we got very close the asking price 👍 we were well advised right from the start and we were not short of viewings lots of viewings every week ..I would most definitively recommend this company to sell your property ..A big thank you to PAULINE whome we became very fond of😘 she was always there at the end of the phone with any problems or questions we had...Thank you again Pauline your a really special girl ...thanks again to a very special Team who really do care about there clients ...

We have recently sold our house through Casas Ambiente and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment we engaged them through to the final sale it was a very smooth process. Mirjam came out to give us a valuation - she was friendly, approachable and gave us a fair valuation and walked us through the process as we are not Spanish nationals. Samen met hun deskundig team, bestaande uit Paulien, Gema, Kerrie en Tanja was het een plezierige en succesvolle verkoop van onze geliefde Villa in Moraira. Er wordt nu door alle partijen met voldoening op teruggekeken. Werkelijk alles was van grote klasse, zoals: plezierige kennismaking met passend advies; de fotosessie die gepaard ging met drone opnames en een 360 graden tour door het hele huis en tuin. De 1e bezichtiging met uitgefilterde kandidaten werden dan ook gelijk de kopers. Kortom: Het beste vastgoedkantoor voor het zoeken naar jullie droomhuis aan de Costa Blanca. Wij raden Casas Ambiente meer dan aan als jullie op zoek zijn naar het totaalpakket! Neem de tijd om mijn review hieronder te lezen en dan snappen jullie wat wij bedoelen! Onze zoektocht begon in de zomer van 2020, namelijk in Augustus, tussen twee coronagolven door. Casas Ambiente werd ons aangeraden door een bevriend koppel die reeds met hen een huis hadden aangekocht enkele jaren geleden We werden bij Casas Ambiente zeer hartelijk onthaald waarbij ze eerst notie namen van onze wensen en uiteraard ons budget. Binnen een mum van tijd hadden ze enkele voorstellen van de te bezichtigen huizen voor ons binnen de gevraagde regio. Uit alle eerlijkheid gaven ze ons mee dat de meeste huizen binnen ons budget, en op basis van ons verlanglijstje, reeds verkocht waren. Deze eerlijkheid wisten we enorm naar waarde te schatten en hadden we meteen door dat het hen niet alleen om het verkopen ging maar dat zij een totaalpakket bieden (dit wordt later nog duidelijker). De eerste bezoeken hadden niets opgeleverd en dus gingen we met lege handen terug naar huis. Na enkele maanden thuiszitten door verschillende coronagolven heen, hadden we een trip richting Spanje georganiseerd in de maand mei waarbij we 4 dagen hadden om huizen te bezoeken. Tijdens deze periode werden we door Casas Ambiente op de hoogte gehouden van nieuwe woningen die beschikbaar kwamen op de vastgoedmarkt. Op basis van de reeds door hen doorgestuurde huizen maar alsook huizen die we zagen via andere vastgoedmakelaars, heeft Casas Ambiente de bezoeken geregeld. Mirjam, zaakvoerder, had de bezoeken zo gepland dat we ze allemaal op konden bezichtigen op twee dagen. Tijdens de bezoeken heeft ze ons doorheen de huizen begeleid en haar deskundig advies meegegeven, zelfs tot op het punt dat ze zei “dit huis zou ik niet kopen om die en die redenen”(totaalpakket). De bezoeken werden herleid tot een top 2 waarbij wij een gevoel hadden van “dit willen we kopen”. Druk tot aankopen werd er helemaal niet uitgeoefend noch door Mirjam, noch door haar collega’s. Uiteindelijk hebben we op dag 4 een bod uitgebracht op één van de huizen, en op aanraden van Mirjam, waarbij we een akkoord hadden vooraleer we op het vliegtuig zaten richting België. Vanaf het moment van de ondertekening van de koopintentie tot en met het ondertekenen bij de notaris stond Casas Ambiente ons bij met raad en DAAD! Geen enkele vraag was hen te veel en zelfs op zondag kregen wij nieuws van hen(totaalpakket). Zelfs tot op vandaag, bijna een jaar na aankoop, blijven Mirjam en haar collega’s ons bijstaan bij de minste vraag(totaalpakket). Wij raden Casas Ambiente meer dan aan en bovenstaande uiteenzetting weerspiegelt nog niet de helft van hetgeen we willen zeggen! Onze welgemeende dank voor jullie hulp en begeleiding! Je kan je geen beter vastgoedkantoor inbeelden in het zoeken naar jullie droomhuis in de Costa Blanca!

Bij onze zoektocht naar een woning in Moraira hebben we hulp gevraagd van het team van Casas Ambiente, wat een erg goede keuze bleek. I recently sold my villa in Moraira with Casas Ambiente and would highly recommend them. All viewings were conducted in a professional manner - good communication to set up the viewing, they arrived on time, the agent was knowledgeable about all aspects of my property and so were able to ´sell´ all the benefits of the house. It also was apparent that the clients were serious about buying. I received great feedback following the viewings within 24 hours - if not on the same day. Once a sale was agreed, the team were fantastic! In addition to telephone and email contact regarding contracts, documents required for the sales process etc., I was also in contact via WhatsApp which meant that even minor queries that I had were answered really quickly helping to put my mind at ease as the notary appointment approached. The notary appointment went extremely smoothly with no last minute issues indicating that everything was thoroughly prepared. If you are looking to sell or buy, I would strongly recommend Rouben, Miriam and the team at Casas Ambiente.

Acabamos de comprar una casa atraves de esta inmobiliaria y la gestión lo llevo Rouben que es el propietario. Solo puedo decir una cosa, increíble servicio, atención y profesionalidad, han estado encima de la gestión con los compradores constantemente para que la transacción se llevara acabo de la mejor forma posible y dentro del plazo que necesitábamos. Hemos tenido malas experiencias con otras agencias inmobiliaria en Moraira, sobre todo las llamadas “grandes” que dejan mucho que desear en cuanto a servicio, atención al cliente y profesionalidad, y ahí es donde Rouben y su equipo si destacan. Onlangs een woning gekocht via Casas Ambiente. Dit familiale immo staat onder de deskundige leiding van Mirjam, die al meer dan 20 jaar werkzaam is in de sector. In Spanje een huis kopen is niet zo eenvoudig, zeker als het de eerste keer is. We waren dan ook zeer tevreden met de deskundige uitleg en begeleiding van Mirjam. Zij probeerde alles vlot te laten en hield ons weg van de problemen met de niet-eenvoudige verkopers. Zij gaf ons een gevoel van vertrouwen. Ook op het kantoor wordt je vriendelijk ontvangen, zowel door haar zoon als door de andere leden van het team. Het geheel geeft een goed gevoel. Bedankt allemaal.

My wife and I recently purchased our dream villa in Moraira on the Costa Blanca and felt we had to comment on the great experience we had, not only with the Estate Agent we were registered with (see separate review for Hot Property), but also with our vendors representative who was Mirjam Brösen of Casa Ambiente. It has now been 8 weeks since we moved in, and although there is no financial benefit to Casa Ambiente to continue to support us, they have always been there to provide valuable insight into local laws and customs that have been unfamiliar to us. Mirjam and her son Rouben have been the essence of professionalism, with a friendly smile and welcome, only matched by their knowledge of the Spanish conveyancing process. With their multilingual skills they have assisted with any letters or phone calls we had problems understanding and they have provided a constant interface with our vendors for any post sale questions we had. Their sense of pride in running such an efficient and qualified business is reflected in their staff such as Lucy who are always responsive and cordial (and not forgetting the welcome from Bo). If this is the service you get when they are not you’re agent, I can’t imagine the level of service you get when you are, it must be immense and I would fully recommend them for your sale or purchase in Spain.
