Très bonne agence. Le responsable Christian est très méticuleux et sérieux. Sa collègue Anne également est très disponible, même après les transactions de vente. Petit plus elle parle français , elle a pu prodiguer plein de conseils pour faciliter l'installation. Je recommande cette agence à tout acheteur. Als je een makelaar zoekt aan de Costa Blanca, kies dan niet voor AREA Costa Blanca. Dramatische communicatie, hebben het altijd druk en nemen de klant niet serieus. In Spanje kun je al snel makelaar worden en dat is bij deze makelaar wel duidelijk.

Top service! Ongelooflijk bedankt Silvano! Tijdens het hele aankoopproces stond Silvano steeds klaar om op al onze vragen te antwoorden en ons te begeleiden.Een huis in Spanje kopen is een avontuur dus een stabiele, betrouwbare partner in dit proces is heel belangrijk. Ik raad iedereen dit makelaarskantoor aan . We hebben alleen maar hele goede ervaringen!

We hadden een huis in optie genomen en voorschot betaald, helaas werd eigenaar ziek en ging verkoop niet door, dit heeft 8 maanden geduurd… uiteindelijk werd ons voorschot correct terugbetaald. Still waiting for that extra push by sales staff to sell my villa and join the sold billboards outside. They seem to concentrate on the new box style expensive villas, that blot the real spanish homes.
