Sitges Group Apartments

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos con Sitges Group y la experiencia con ellos es muy buena, el apartamento además de estar decorado con mucho gusto, tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia muy agradable. La atención de la agencia es inmejorable, te atienden en todo momento y con todo lo que necesites, además de detalles como dejarnos una botella de vino y dos copas, agua, cápsulas de café, y jabón para lavadora, un pequeño kit de limpieza de cocina, amenities. Cómo nota a tener en cuenta es necesario un poco de mantenimiento en algún mueble del comedor- salón y algún zocalo por el uso y/o paso del tiempo. Gracias, cuando volvamos a Sitges volveremos a alojarnos con vosotros.

mit 2 freundinnen habe ich 4 tage im appartement ocean front 3 passeig de la ribera, 44, sitges verbracht. die wohnung besticht durch ihre tolle lage, direkt an der promenade, umgeben von vielen geschäften & restaurants. von der terasse aus hat man einen tollen blick über den strand aufs meer & man kann den ganzen tag die sonne gniessen. die wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet & modern eingerichtet & entsprach genau den fotos auf der webseite. die mitarbeiter der sitges group machen einen tollen job & stehen einem vor & während des aufenthalts stets zur verfügung, um allfällige fragen zu beantworten. das gebäude sowie die wohnung sind per code zugänglich, was sehr praktisch ist. für die fahrt zum flughafen haben wir ein taxi über sitges group gebucht, welches uns am morgen früh zuverlässig & pünktlich zum flughafen gebracht hat. ich kann die unterkunft , sowie den service dieses unternehmens weiter empfehlen & bin mir sicher, wieder einmal dorthin zurückzukehren, um noch mehr von der schönen gegend zu sehen.

Una experiencia única y muy recomendable. Desde el gusto y la limpieza del apartamento, hasta el exquisito trato. Únicos.

He repetido este año por segunda vez y en las dos ocasiones ha sido todo estupendo: el apartamento precioso: espacioso, muy bien decorado, impecable en limpieza y mantenimiento; inmejorablemente bien situado: céntrico, frente a la playa de "La Fragata" (solo había que cruzar la calle para llegar a ella) y con unas vistas maravillosas al mar, con la iglesia de San Bartolomé y Sta. Tecla al fondo. El servicio de atención inmejorable: eficaz, detallista, amable, muy bien organizado y muy cómodo, ya que no hay que pasar por oficinas (te dan claves para entrar en el edificio y habitación y en todo momento están en contacto por whatsapp) . Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Apartamento espacioso, acogedor y disfruté de las mejores vistas de Sitges desde el salón y terraza. 100% recomendable

Apartamento con todo lo necesario. Limpio. Céntrico. Buen servicio del casero vía wa. Esperamos repetir el año que viene.

Clean and upgraded flat, but fitted 100% IKEA, thus offering low quality, with a few things already broken like the shower and soap dispenser. The price is a bit high for what it has to offer. The main room-suite is spacicous with its own bathroom. The 2 other rooms are small with small beds. The check-out time should be at least at 12:00, especially in Sitges where most people are tourists and not businessmen.

A perfect appartement. Central, great rooms and a lovely balcony. It was clean and there was a lift. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for al the services.

It was our 3rd time staying at the kare no location from the Sitges Group Apartments. As always, we loved it! The custom service is very helpful and kind. The apartment is located perfectly. It’s close to the beach and shops as well as bars, cafés and restaurants. The apartments are very nice. They are clean and have everything that is needed. A huge plus is the terrasse! We 100% are coming back!

Nos alojamos en Lucas house. Casco antiguo, muy céntrico y muy silencioso. El apartamento perfecto, nuevo y limpio. Ellos muy pendientes y muy serviciales. Entramos directamente por lo que no tuvimos contacto directo pero han estado siempre que les hemos escrito. Lo recomiendo sin dudar. Para gente joven perfecto porque está al lado de los bares y para familias porque es muy tranquila la calle y la zona tiene de todo Gracias

My stay at Kare No apartments (3rd time now) was great, the standard is very good and with everything you need it makes a holiday even better. The communication is excellent and the office staff are extreamly helpful, booking and checking in was very easy. Great location and quiet too. My apartment had an internal patio which looks nice at night. I will be staying with them again. Many thanks.

다시 오면 또 묵고 싶은 아파트먼트로 해변에서 가깝고 숙소가 조용하다. 모든 식기나 도구, 전자제품이 다 있어서 머무는 동안 잘 활용해서 좋았습니다(불편했던 점은 체크인하는 사무실과 숙소가 다르다는 것과 체크아웃하기 전에 숙소내 모든 쓰레기는 쓰레기 봉투에 담아서 시체스 거리에 있는 쓰레기통에 버려야 한다는 것) 그런데 3명이 머무는데 커피캡슐은 왜 2개만 있던건진 의문.

Great location near by sea, nice apartment with all a family needs. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and kitchen. The people from sitges group are very nice and helpfull. And to have a (paid) parking in garage is definitely a plus.

Very basic appartement, walls and beds ans chairs no charm or what so ever. Painting needs to be redone, bathroom had broken light. We have stayed in this apartment 7 years ago and it looks so run down now. Photos are misleading. Service is a bot sending auto messages. We bookee via airbnb and while we always had a pleasant airbnb experience this was not it. Dont recommend

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. Empezamos haciendo una reserva con Booking y nos la anularon pero desde la administración, nos resolvieron el problema. Todo han sido facilidades!! Y sobre el apartamento, es de los mejores que he estado nunca. Limpieza, confortable++, bien cuidado, una ubicación perfecta, con muy buena insonorización. Sin duda repetiremos!!!

Stayed at Sitges Ocean Blue apartment facing beach. 3 bedrooms. Was a perfect fit for our family. So close to everything. Well equipped, very clean and new. Sitges group very responsive and helpful. Only suggestion is to add fans to bedrooms as we had to sleep with doors open to benefit from the air conditioning.

In a word, shocking. They reluctantly agreed to move my dates during the covid lockdown, despite being very difficult about it. I had to take more direct action to get any movement from them, I should have noted the warning signs then. The apartment (Blue & White Penthouse 2) failed to contained some key information in it's marketing. 1) The two bedroom apartment did not have any air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. I say bedroom, but actually 'sauna' would have been a better description. This bedroom supposedly slept 3 adults in what was about 10 x 8, with no windows. As you can imagine, in the height of 30c august, the heat was intolerable and my guests had to try and sleep in the kitchen! After raising this issue, I was told that the air conditioning elsewhere in the apartment should have been sufficient to cool this bedroom. Joke. 2) The 'penthouse' apartment was on the 3rd floor of a steep building, with NO LIFTS. As you can imagine, my 70+ year old parents had lots of fun lugging their 23kg cases up 3 steep flights of stairs. Ridiculous. If you've got a booking, good luck.

Highly organized and professionally run office with a courteous staff and excellent communications, our well maintained, spotlessly clean, and comfortable apartment was exactly as promised in the photos and made our stay in Sitges even more of a delight. A nice and efficient air conditioner which keeps it cool and a comfortable bed made made for good nights of restful sleep. We arrived a little early before check in and they accommodated us by holding our bags in the office while the apartment was readied for our stay and we enjoyed the morning. Excellent…

Fantastic communication with the Kare No Apartments/Sitges Group - very responsive. Great that we could book in and out online. Great that it was a keyless operation. Fantastic location of the property- close to the beach, restaurants and amenities. Very clean apartment. Very well equipped apartment. Quiet apartment despite being in the middle of Sitges town. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Absolutely spotless! We loved our stay at the Penthouse 1. The apartment was extremely well kept, clean and all our needs were smoothly accommodated. We will certainly be back.

Sin lugar a dudas la mejor agencia de alquiler de apartamentos de Sitges. Apartamentos de mucha calidad y cuidan mucho todos los detalles, como si estuvieras en un hotel de 5*, ubicados delante del mar con unas vistas espectaculares y en el mismo pueblo. Servicio impecable de atención personalizada a través de WhatsApp. Servicio de limpieza que se preocupan por el bienestar del cliente. Muy recomendable

Apartment was clean, spacious and light. Communication fast and clear. We got the apartment that was advertised. I would definitely recommend it!

lamentable gestión nos comunican a falta de 48 horas la anulación de la reserva sin justificación alguna , gracias a ellos tengo que tirar el billete de avión a la basura y quitarme la oportunidad de reunirme con familiares e amigos .

Wir waren zu zweit in einem Penthouse. Immer wieder gerne! Tolle Lage (2Minuten zum Strand), 5 Minuten zur Altstadt. Kommunikation über whatsapp mit dem Vermieter, hat problemlos geklappt, es wurde immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Appartment war sauber und hatte alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht! Danke, bis zum nächsten Mal. ♡

Well located, very good facilities and the treatment from staff was great. Will defined recommend it to family and friends. They had a very nice gesture with me and gave me a bottle of cava as it was my birthday, it was very nice of them.

Booked four nights in Ocean front 1 Passeig de la Ribera Sitges and can I say my wife and I were very impressed with everything. The apartment was just superb, spotless and well equipped. Will book again firs.t class. Brian Ireland.

The apartment was great but the noise from the street behind was in credibly loud and went on till 4 in the morning, did not expect it to be so loud especially in november

Amazing apartments by the sea.

Stayed at the Ribera Blue appartmets 3 beds all adequate. Good lovation. Kitchen ok but not well equipped. Livingroom ok TV could have had more options for viewing. Showers good but only one bathroom was a good size. Would stay again but this in not a 5 star place I would rate at a 3 star+.
