We have just returned from a fantastic 4 night stay at Villa Giovanna. A lovely villa with great facilities and stunning views across Sitges and out to sea. My only feedback would be that some of the kitchen appliances were a bit tired (particularly the toaster and Nespresso machine) and in some cases not working at all (microwave oven). We also had issues with the pool lights not working and the power sometimes tripping out, but to be honest, it took nothing away from such a great holiday. The bedrooms were excellent with the exception of a fairly dark and dingy one in the basement, but we didn't use that one anyway, so it was not an issue! It was so good to have a bathroom for each bedroom and the villa as a whole was large and well appointed. The pool was insanely cold, but that will teach us for taking a holiday in October! The team at Sitges Hills Villas were so lovely, friendly and helpful. A wonderful few days - already planning our return trip!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis avec nos enfants dans la villa California à Canyelles. Magnifique villa ! Un espace piscine très agréable avec une superbe vue. Une vue encore plus belle depuis les balcons des chambres. Tout à était parfait ! L’équipe de SHV nous a bien reçu pour nous remettre les clefs et tout est bien détaillé. Ils restent à notre disposition à tout moment du séjour. Nous tenions a remercier Laura qui s’est déplacée tardivement quand le courant a disjoncté. Elle a été très réactive et efficace. Je recommande SHV qui propose de très belles villas et qui est très professionnelle.

We stayed at Villa Davina near Barcelona. The house was very spatious, clean and had all necessary comodities. There was a pool, air-conditioning and the garden gave us an impressive view of the surrounding hills. We enjoyed our stay very much and the service given by Sitges Villas was above and beyond our expectations. Upon arrival, we were met by staff at the location as our plane was delayed in Brussels, so we arrived after regular opening hours. Next, when we had locked ourselves in on the date of departure (with a plane to catch in the around lunch time), meaning we had to leave early...the staff was very helpfull and within 25' they had brought the spare key so we could leave the premisses. Still a great vacation and I won't forget the helpful and kind young woman who brought us the spare keys when we had to leave. Her calm demeanor and kind smile are etched into my memory for ever.

Just come back from a great holiday with the Sitges Hills team. Had a fantastic time in a great villa, beautifully appointed and in a great location. Thanks to the team for recommending some great activities. My son especially enjoyed hiring the boat and my wife and i thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant recommendations. We'll definitely be back, hopefully in the same villa.

Beautiful stay in villa Mayfair for a great two week holiday. Fantastic support from the Sitges villas team. Went the extra mile. Highly recommended. Also very good food recommendations for spots in Sitges we wouldn’t have found, including a delicious paella.

Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Außenbereich bereits verdreckt, im Haus funktionierte vieles nicht wie es sollte – insbesondere die Klimaanlage war defekt, was bei den Temperaturen absolut unzumutbar war. An zwei Tagen mussten Handwerker ins Haus, die allerdings nur notdürftig reparierten. Dafür wurde uns gerade einmal ein kleiner Bruchteil (ca. 4 %) des Mietpreises erstattet. Am letzten Tag kam es dann durch starken Regen zu einem massiven Wassereinbruch: Wasser tropfte von der Decke, lief die Wände herunter und staute sich auf den Balkonen, weil keine Abläufe vorhanden waren – bis es in die Zimmer lief. Einen weiteren Urlaubstag konnten wir dadurch komplett vergessen. Statt Verständnis erhielten wir vom Büro vor Ort nur abfällige Bemerkungen wie „Wer sucht, der findet“ – äußerst unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich. Wir reisen oft und sind keine Menschen, die wegen Kleinigkeiten meckern – aber hier war die Summe der Mängel einfach zu groß. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Our team works extremely hard to provide the best possible service to our guests, which is why we are proud to have earned so many 5-star reviews over the years. From the very first day, it became apparent to our team that the villa may not have been the right fit for your group. In light of this, the property owner kindly offered to allow you to leave the villa with a full refund, no questions asked. We respect that you chose to remain at the property, and we did everything we could from that moment on to ensure your comfort. In response to the specific concerns raised: Air Conditioning: Only one of the A/C units was not functioning. As soon as we were informed, we offered a refund for the inconvenience and arranged for a technician to visit. Unfortunately, the technician discovered a wasp nest, which meant the repair had to be delayed until it could be safely removed the next morning. Despite this, we extended an additional discount as compensation. The unit was repaired as soon as it was safe to do so. I should also point out that there was a portable A/C unit available in the property as an alternative. Water Leak: The leak on your final day was caused by an extreme thunderstorm, which triggered a Civil Dangerous Weather Alert in the region and led to widespread flooding. While this was entirely out of our control, a team member responded quickly to assist with the cleanup as soon as you notified us. Team Conduct: We were especially disappointed to hear your mention of disparaging remarks. Please rest assured that all members of our team are trained to provide professional, respectful, and courteous service at all times. If something was said that was misunderstood or came across poorly, we sincerely apologise. That was never our intention. We deeply regret that your stay did not reflect the high standards we are known for. Nonetheless, we believe that your concerns—many of which stemmed from unpredictable events—were addressed promptly and fairly, with appropriate compensation offered along the way. We do hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Had a fabulous week at this huge 5 bed all ensuite villa! Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi at the back of the villa. Lovely space at the front of the villa with space to cook at the 2 bbqs and a huge table. Great for socialising! Wonderful views over Sitges and the sea.

Fantastische plek net buiten alle drukte. Ruim huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Zon draait gedurende de dag mooi over het zwembad. Voldoende zitjes in de zon of juist schaduw. En een hele gave buitenkeuken met gas-bbq en 12 persoons tafel. Wij hebben er met een groep van 8 mannen een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Fantastic villa over 3 floors. Atmospheric roof garden. The location was 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the train station. We had boys aged 9 and 11 with us and we travelled into Barcelona and took them to the football stadium which they loved xx

Un engaño! Villa Giovanna no es lo que parece en las fotos . Te entregan una casa muy sucia, platos llenos de comida pegada, cristales muy sucios, lavavajillas no funciona, tostadora rota, las luces de las lamparas del jardín no funcionan y solo una toalla de ducha muy rasposas por persona para 8 dias! Lo nuestro era una invitación a unos clientes muy importantes y fue una vergüenza muy grande!! Y la agencia que lo gestiona Sitges Hills Villas no se hace responsable de nada . Muy mal trato ! Vamos a ir preparando una demanda contra los propietarios No os dejéis engañar! Gracias

Sin embargo, nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos con respecto a su comentario de Villa Giovanna. En primer lugar, usted personalmente registró a su grupo en la villa y luego confirmó a través de texto que todo era satisfactorio después de que nuestro equipo respondió a algunas preguntas acerca de cómo funcionaban las cosas. También se le aconsejó que si usted o alguien de su grupo tuvieran cualquier problema durante su estancia nos informaran para que pudiéramos resolverlo rápidamente. Sin embargo, no volvimos a recibir ninguna comunicación suya ni de sus invitados hasta después de la salida, momento en el que se solicitó un reembolso considerable. Nuestra política es clara: sólo podemos ofrecer una compensación si se nos da la oportunidad de resolver los problemas durante la estancia. Si un problema no puede resolverse satisfactoriamente, estamos dispuestos a ofrecer una compensación adecuada. En este caso, como gesto de buena voluntad, emitimos un reembolso parcial debido a que el jardinero faltó a una visita programada. Sólo como referencia, después de que sus invitados se fueran, no encontramos ninguno de los problemas que reportaron y un técnico confirmó que todos los elementos eléctricos mencionados en su comentario funcionaban bien. Lamentamos que se sienta así por su experiencia, pero mantenemos nuestro compromiso de ofrecer un alojamiento de alta calidad y un servicio receptivo. La mayoría de comentarios positivos que recibimos en las reseñas de nuestros huéspedes refleja esta dedicación. Un cordial saludo, Sitges Hills Villas ----- Dear Rosa, We take all guest feedback very seriously and are committed to maintaining the highest standards for our properties and service. However, we would like to clarify some key points regarding your review of Villa Giovanna. Firstly, you personally checked your group into the villa and then confirmed via text that everything was satisfactory after our team answered a few questions about how things worked. You were also advised to let your group know to report any issues during their stay so that we could resolve them promptly. However, we received no further communication from you or your guests until after departure — at which point a significant refund was requested. Our policy is clear: we can only offer compensation if we are given the opportunity to address concerns during the stay. If an issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, we are willing to offer appropriate compensation. In this case, as a goodwill gesture, we issued a partial refund due to the gardener missing a scheduled visit. Just for reference, after your guests departed, we did not find any of the issues that were reported and a technician confirmed that all the electrical items mentioned in your review worked fine. We regret that you feel this way about your experience, but we stand by our commitment to providing high-quality accommodations and responsive service. I recently booked a villa through Sitges Hills Villas for a family vacation (9 people). We followed their payment policy, paying half upfront and the balance later. Though we booked via VRBO, Sitges Hills sent payment links directly via email. A month and a half before our trip, we were notified that our villa was canceled. With no cancellation policy in place, we were disappointed by the lack of compensation or a suitable replacement. The alternatives offered didn’t meet our needs, and we were left scrambling to find something for 9 people. After a lot of back-and-forth, we found another villa, but when we asked them to confirm the booking within 1-2 days after the cancellation of the previous, we were told that it was no longer available either. At this point, our frustration was at its peak – we were only a few weeks away from our vacation with no place to stay. They cancelled it with no explanation, they placed no hold on the ones offered to us nor gave us a timeline to reply. Thankfully, we finally secured another villa, but this process was so time-consuming and stressful, especially since we had already paid for a villa months ago. We should have received compensation for this huge inconvenience. Yes, they did reimburse us for the first payment, but obviously, that’s the least they could do after canceling our reservation with no prior notice. It was an inconvenience, and we had no accommodation because of it for the time being. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, Sitges Hills sent me a link to pay in Euros, despite the fact that VRBO had advertised the villa in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The exchange rate and the credit card fee made the total amount higher, and when I questioned this, their only response was that I had to pay the VRBO fee. This was a frustrating back-and-forth where I explained that VRBO was facilitating the booking to THEM, not to me, and Sitges Hills should be covering these fees, or at least clearly including them in the total price listed on their site. Unfortunately, Sitges Hills refused to take responsibility for this, and I felt misled. Sitges Hills also charges a credit card processing fee (this is detailed in VRBO), but if they make you pay this in TWO installments, therefore their policy, I think this is something they should cover or allow VRBO to obtain paymen (they don't charge fees). Just putting this out there so everyone is aware, they charge you twice this fee (the second fee isn't detailed in VRBO). I also called in to ask if they could provide washing machine capsules, and they simply said "no." If you advertise "washing machine" you should be providing soap, this is common sense. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying premium prices for what they advertise as “luxury villas.” To be clear, this is not our first place where we have rented through VRBO and we have always paid through the platform in CAD and with no additional fee whatsoever. They are all specified and we ha e been charged the exact amount advertised. All in all, I would never recommend Sitges Hills Villas to anyone. The villa we rented wasn’t even close to the quality we were promised in the first one, and the service was disappointing. The villa was nice, but not as the initial one for the same price. They have poor customer service, they act like they're always right and don't realize that this isn't our first trip. We've worked with other property management companies that are muchore efficient and professional. They don't charge extra fees, everything is transparent and clear from the beginning. Advertising themselves as luxury feels foolish when their service falls short. Their lack of transparency regarding fees and cancellations, combined with poor communication, made for a stressful and unpleasant experience. If you're considering using Sitges Hills Villas, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Again, this is our experience. They can justify all they want, it was wrong all along, and wouldn't trust them ever for another vacation.

Liz, I have to say that this is a highly unfair review, and we want to address each of your complaints individually as most of these stem from VRBO policies and fees, which we cannot change. Firstly, we accept that it was unfortunate your original booking had to be cancelled 4 months before your arrival due to the owners decision to sell the villa. This is an extremely rare occurrence that is out of our control. However, you were given a full refund along with a list of available alternative villas. “The booking was done through VRBO, and while we expected to pay through their platform, Sitges Villas sent links for payment directly via email.” - These are VRBO’s standard terms and based on our contract with them. “Sitges Hills offered several alternative villas, but none of them met our needs in terms of size or price…..” - The cancellation was out of our control, but our team did everything within their power to find a suitable alternative for your stay. “…..we found another villa, but when we asked them to confirm the booking within 1-2 days after the cancellation of the previous, we were told that it was no longer available either.” - We receive bookings all the time. If you had notified our team of your shortlist, they could have held the villa for you while you made the final decision. “……when it came time to pay, Sitges Hills sent me a link to pay in Euros, despite the fact that VRBO had advertised the villa in Canadian Dollars.” - All rental portals (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com etc.) show the user’s local currency when booking, but payment is in the supplier’s local currency. This is standard practice. “The exchange rate and the credit card fee made the total amount higher, and when I questioned this, their only response was that I had to pay the VRBO fee.” - The total amount is higher than the rental stated on our website because you booked through VRBO’s platform and not direct through our website. The difference in price are the fees charged by VRBO for using their platform. “Sitges Hills should be covering these fees, or at least clearly including them in the total price listed on their site. Unfortunately, Sitges Hills refused to take responsibility for this, and I felt misled.” - As with all rental websites (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com etc.), they charge a fee to both the customer making the booking and to the company renting out the villa. We don’t mention these fees on our website simply because they are VRBO’s fees and not ours, and customers booking direct through our website do not pay these fees. “Sitges Hills also charges a credit card processing fee (this is detailed in VRBO), but if they make you pay this in two installments…….. Just putting this out there so everyone is aware, they charge you twice this fee (the second fee isn't detailed in VRBO).” - Our booking T&C’s clearly state that a fee is charged on credit card payments (not on bank transfers). You were sent a copy of the T&C’s before booking. You had the option to pay by bank transfer with no fees. “I also called in to ask if they could provide washing machine capsules, and they simply said "no." This level of service is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying premium prices for what they advertise as “luxury villas.”” - We provide a welcome pack with essentials, but this is a self-catering property, and we cannot supply every single item a guest might need during their stay. “The villa we rented wasn’t even close to the quality we were promised in the first one, and the service was disappointing.” - You selected a lower-priced villa, so the quality naturally differed. We have just had the most fabulous 5 night stay at Casa Cipres - a delightful Airbnb in the centre of Sitges. The apartment was beautiful and perfect for the 6 of us attending a family wedding. Great location only minutes walk from the beach and central Sitges. The attention from the team at Sitges Hills Villas could not have been better. Spend the last week of August at Villa Miami for a family get together to celebrate my 70th and my oldest grand daughter's 10th birthday party. the location was perfect with panoramic views of the coastline and the villa, pool and facilities where perfect. The Spar food market, just 15 minutes away, was brilliant for all our needs. Villanova has a fantastic beach and restaurants. Barcelona is just 30 minute away. 2nd time staying in a Sitges Hills Villa and cannot fault the customer service standards. This time our villa (previously stayed in a few years ago) turned out to need some repairs and within hours it became clear they could not be fixed properly, SHV (without any pressure from us to do so) transferred us to an alternative villa which was even more spectacular than the first (which I hope gets its repairs because it is a great house). Sitges definitely has our hearts now and we long to return many times over.

We stayed at Can Marcer de la Penya for a week, where we also held our wedding. I can't say enough good things about the beautiful villa, Anya's assistance as our wedding planner and all of the wonderful staff that made the entire stay perfect from start to finish! Every little detail was taken care of and all of our guests were amazed at the beautiful setting! It was the highlight of our trip abroad and we are already talking about a 'reunion' ;). Casa Els Cards. I’ll break this down in to two parts. A review of Sitges Hills Villas and a review of Casa Els Cards. Sitges Hills Villas. 5/5 These guys were fabulous, so very friendly and so very helpful. We had a couple of issues with our villa and they were always very quick to respond and always very quick to help out. Their customer service is impeccable and they can’t do enough to help you. Communication through their WhatsApp channel is swift and clear and the information they provide ahead of the stay is excellent. A brilliant service. Casa Els Cards. 4/5 The villa is nice, spacious and has pretty much everything you need. There are a couple of bits to the villa that look in need of attention but otherwise it’s a good place to stay. The pool is a decent size, not huge, and is cleaned once a week. We had storms during our stay so the pool got a little dirty at times but we were able to clean it ourselves between the visits. It is not at all far from the centre of sitges (about 5-km) by car or by taxi but there are also restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance (10-15 mins). There were only three of us but it could easily sleep seven people. The living room / dining room area is large and there are three showers. A car is not essential but definitely handy if you decide to rent one. The layout of the villa is a little different to the pictures as it has been updated but the feel is pretty much the same.

We stayed in villa Casa Els Cards in Sitges for 9 nights with total 6 persons. The accomodation was exact what we expected and needed. Very comfortable and complete with all accessories and linnen. Fantastic swimming pool and barbecue and just 5 minutes from Sitges-centre and it's beaches. Lovely city which we enjoyed much. Just beautiful.

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit der vermieteten Villa in Sitges. Am 2. Mai 2024, bei meiner Ankunft, war das Haus in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Trotz einer hohen Reinigungsgebühr war es überall schmutzig, Haare lagen herum, die Mülleimer waren voll und der Pool war unbenutzbar aufgrund von mangelhafter Wartung. Zusätzlich waren fast alle Zimmer im Untergeschoss extrem feucht und rochen modrig. Die Gardinen waren mit Schimmel befallen, was ein ernsthaftes Gesundheitsrisiko darstellte. Über der Eingangstür befand sich sogar ein Hornissennest. Uns wurde zwar angeboten, in ein anderes Haus zu wechseln, allerdings war dies zu den verbleibenden Zeiten nicht möglich, da wir bereits viele km entfernt aufhielten und ein Wechsel nur bis 19:00 Uhr möglich war. Eine teilweise Rückerstattung wurde versprochen, jedoch wurden die Mängel nicht behoben. Der Pool blieb unbenutzbar, und die Reinigung war unzureichend. Trotz der genehmigten Entschädigung (die viel zu spät überwiesen wurde) unter der Voraussetzung, dass alles instandgesetzt und gereinigt würde, wurde dies nicht eingehalten. Zusätzlich funktionierte das Waschbecken nicht ordnungsgemäß. Wir haben auch versucht, Sie im Nachgang zu kontaktieren, um eine Lösung zu finden, jedoch haben wir keine Antworten mehr erhalten. Diese Erfahrung hat unseren Urlaub stark beeinträchtigt und unsere Erwartungen an Ihren Service enttäuscht. Der Service und die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht den Erwartungen.

Our team was in constant contact with you throughout your stay and after you departed, ensuring that your concerns were addressed promptly. While we're disappointed that we didn't meet your expectations, I’m confident that our team made every effort to address your concerns and provide a fair and reasonable solution. We’ve booked the Ibizenca Villa for a Christmas week. Communication by email was always pleasant upfront for picking up the key and check-in. The Villa is stunning and the view is amazing. There was a small problem with the poolcover and a leaking radiator we've noticed on christmas. i e-mailed them, and they reacted in a few minutes. Even on christmas they responded so quickly and sent a mechanic the next morning. What a perfect service. The best service i ever had, and didn't expect around Christmas time. The villa is all you could wish for and Sitges Hills Villa is doing everything right to make our week enjoyable. i would surely recommend SHV to anyone planning to stay in Sitges.

Das ist keine Luxusvilla. - Villa Elodie Wir sind mit 4 Personen uns 2 Hunden angereist. Der Schlüssel musste im Büro 20min von der Villa entfernt abgeholt werden. An der Villa angekommen lies sich das Einfahrtstor nicht öffnen. Nach 1h herumprobieren sind wir auf die Idee gekommen mal die Batterie der Fernbedienung zu wechseln. Zum Glück konnten wir eine aus unserem Fahrzeugschlüssel verwenden. Kurz gesagt: Die Batterie der Fernbedienung war leer. hat wohl niemand vorher geprüft. Als wir das Grundstück betreten haben haben wir überall Müll vorgefunden. Es lagen Zigaretten herum, Klopapier und weiterer Müll. Ich bezweifle, dass jjemand das Objekt vorgängig gereinigt hat, denn im ganzen Haus war es extrem staubig und in vielen Ecvken Spinnenweben. In den Aufenthaltsräumen gab es keine Klimaanlage sondern nur Deckenventilatoren. Es war also eher unangenehm warm im Haus. In den Schlafzimmern gab es zum Glück ein Klimaanlage. Desweiteren konnte man in der Küche keine 10min das Essen herumstehen lassen, da sofort Unmengen an Ameisen in der Küche herumliefen. Sei wohl aber in der Gegend normal... Das einzig positive an dem Objekt war der Pool und die Aussicht. Wobei man beim Pool sagen muss, dass sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts keiner darum gekümmert hat. Es hat 1-2 Tage geregnet un der Pool ist vollgelaufen. Nur weil wir uns mit Pools ausgekannt haben, konnten wir den Wasserstand wieder korrigieren. Im Grossen und ganzen kann ich die Villa Elodie nicht empfehlen. Edit// nach 1 Monat haben sie mir noch 170€ von der Kreditkaarte abgezogen. Für was ist bisher unklar.

I hired Villa Miami for a family vacation of 12 people. The villa was more than spacious for us all, the views are wonderful, the location is a pefect distance to the local supermarket, Sitges and Barcelona yet far away enough to have peace and quiet. The house is clean, modern and calm with all kinds of bonus features (I personally loved the coffee machine). A huge thank you to the fantastic team at Sitges Hills Villas who could not have been more helpful and easy to deal with. Professional, courteous, friendly and great value for money. The concierge whatsapp service is a fantastic idea. Thank you to the team for a fantastic stay and I hope to see you all soon.

Très bonne avance de location. Le personnel est super sympa et très disponible. Nous avons eu besoin d'une infirmation et d'un service pendant nos 15 jours de congés et ils ont été très réactifs. Les locations sont très bien et les tarifs vraiment corrects. Je recommande vivement pour vos vacances.

Just stayed at Villa Lucia and it was gorgeous. There was ample room for a family of 11 and had no issues spacing ourselves out either in the house, in the quit back garden or in other outside spaces like the balcony and poolside. The villa was clean and well equipped too. The pool area is nice and enjoyed immensely by young and old and is a real sun trap for keen bathers. However, the tile floor can become extremely slippy and with young children there could be more safety features around the balcony and steps down to the pool and poolside seating area. Air con would also be nice as it got very hot especially at night time. Make sure you do figure out the taxi nuances as the local area requires certain companies picking up from particular places. Sitges Hills Villas were always on hand to help and provide further info and very easy to contact, as well as being on hand with requests like extra fans.

Hemos disfrutado de VILLA BELENA durante una semana. Literalmente: no nos hemos movido de este maravilloso rincón que corona el Macizo del Garraf. Es un auténtico mirador. Una villa que reúne todas las condiciones para huir del estrés de la ciudad. Desconectar, descansar, disfrutar de su preciosa piscina. La villa tiene todo lo que uno pueda desear y necesitar. Nous avons été quelque peu déçu par la Villa NALLA à Olivella En effet, en pénétrant dans la villa, nous avons senti une odeur très désagréable de vieux et de renfermé qui a perduré malgré le fait que nous ayons aéré et ouvert tous les placards. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 48h ! Les moustiquaires étaient plus que rudimentaires, collées avec du scotch à tapisserie et déchirées par endroit. Il n’y avait pas suffisamment de chaises, extérieures comme intérieures. La literie est à revoir dans 2 chambres. La largeur du matelas ne correspond pas au sommier. 2 matelas de dimensions différentes l’un sur l’autre, très inconfortables,… La tonnelle extérieure était en très mauvais état et très sale ! Je trouve cela très navrant au vu du descriptif et des photos sur votre site et du prix de la location ! Heureusement que le personnel de l’agence a été réactif et très sympathique ! Merci pour la cafetière qui n’était pas prévue. Espérant que ces commentaires seront bénéfiques !

We rented Vila Falo with Sitges Hills in July of this year and we had a pretty poor experience. While the property is obviously gorgeous, the management standards are pretty poor. After we picked the keys up in Sitges Hills and we got to the vila, we quickly realized the place was definitely not cleaned after the previous guests (even that they requested a mandatory additional charge in cash for cleaning upon the checkin from us). The kitchen smell dirty and trashy, most of the dishes were half way clean and the dishwasher was dirty and full of ants. The beds were still dirty, with hairs and stains. The pool and the exteriors were not clean. We had to request the manager to come over and his attitude was borderline sassy and rude, even pulling the hairs from the beds and denying the house was not dirty. Myself and the rest of the guests were in shock for such unprofessional experience. They finally decided to send cleaning services to the property (which by the way, they showed way more professionalism than the property manager). But we had to delay our plans for 5-6 hours to at least have clean beds and kitchen. And wait for the pool to be clean next day. Definitely not the experience we were expecting for the price charged per week. Again, a beautiful property that could be perfect with the right management.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Mediterranea in Mas Mestre, which comfortably housed 11 of us. Spacious and comfortable, the highlight for me was the pool, whilst my husband really enjoyed the pool table! Just had a great stay at Villa Avanti with friends. Located above Sitges in the hills, it was an easy ride in to town by taxi and the villa itself was very clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with BBQ and the pool space. Sitges Hills Villas were great to deal with and the information they provided with the villa is all you'll need to enjoy your time in Sitges. I would definitely book again.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Bella Vista - Can Suria with 11 friends at the end of April. The house is brilliant- clean, spacious and lots of large spaces to hang out. The pool was lovely, and the table tennis was good fun. The location is great. If you are a runner/walker there are trail runs straight from the house up to the mountains with great views. We hired electric bikes in Catalonia and cycled up to a beautiful Buddhist Monastery. We headed to Sitges for coastal walks and great restaurants with sea views several times. Make sure you fit in a vineyard tour while you are here too, we enjoyed trying out the local wines. Recommend anyone to stay here and explore the area.

Absolute stunning villa,(Los Leones) and a beautiful place to stay. The location can not be better, in a high end residential road 200 meters from beach, 10 mins to centre of town, and 15min walk to station. The villa has the balance of beautiful classic architecture, and high end modern integrated systems, such as Spotify around the villa. And high end kitchen...the whole place flows, and the outside areas for eating and relaxation work perectly, and the hottub at night was a bonus. We stayed a week in May 23, as part of larger family group, (17 to 60 years) and all loved it and would defo go again. The staff were exceptional and always on hand, if needed for advice. Great trustworthy company and the villa is Pure Class. Would highly recommend.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Villa Ibizenca was everything we’d dream it would be, it was spacious, beautiful, fantastic location, had everything we needed for a family holiday and to celebrate a milestone birthday and it had the most stunning view I’ve ever seen. Sitges Hills Villas were friendly and very helpful at every stage of our stay. I would happily give this 10 stars if I could! We did have a couple of issues but these were reported and acted upon quickly and issues resolved. I couldn’t fault the Villa or Sitges Hills Villas though and would highly recommend. We’ve even started thinking about our next stay there. Book…..you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed at Villa Los Leones over the Christmas holiday and had the best experience imaginable. The Villa is located just a block or two from the beach, and an easy walk to the supermarket, shops and very unique restaurants. The train is about a 15 minute walk. The villa itself has an impressive entrance, pool, hot tub and half a dozen wonderful spots for soaking in the sun and enjoying the beautiful flowers. We loved the small details like Cava in the fridge on arrival and plenty of dishes and silverware. Sheets and towels were nice as well. We had a problem with hot water but the staff was quick to respond and got things working right away. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms except for the two downstairs which share one. There’s plenty of privacy. We loved the balcony off the master bedroom! Among the concierge services, we booked private chef, JORDI! He cooked a spectacular meal for us on Christmas night. Fabulous! Also, we booked a van to pick us up and take us back to the airport. Perfect! Thank you Sitges Hills Villas! We would love to visit you again!

We had the best time at villa Crystal, an amazing villa, great size for a large family, the facilities were second to none, all of the bedrooms are brilliant and the outside space and bbq area are great. The communication with Sitges Hills villas was excellent, this is our second time staying at their Villa's, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Villa Chic, Rocomar. We had a wonderful week in Villa Chic, the villa and pool were just as advertised , clean and well furnished with everything you could need.foe your holiday,.in a tranquil suburb location. There is a small shop 3 minutes walk for your basics and.many supermarkets a taxi ride away should you need them. You can catch the bus from the main road into sitges every half hour and it is a great service. The nearest beach is around a 20 minute walk and Sitges town center itself about a 40 minute walk or short bus ride, We always managed to get a taxi back. Sitges itself is a lovely vibrant large town with a myriad.of boutiques and restaurants we loved it. You can also catch the bus to Barcelona return for.less than 10 euros. We had a couple of maintenance issues with the villa that were resolved quickly and efficiently.. Just a note that the single.room is actually a walk through room to get upstairs, maybe why the villa is advertised.for 8 only..Would really recommend the villa, we had a fab holiday.and would use sitges villas again with no hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nalla, the villa was 10 minutes drive from the supermarket and 15 minutes to the beach. The service from the team at Sitges Hills Villas was excellent, a personal and professional approach from a team that really wants to be there for the customer. great !!

We recently stayed at a house with SHV and couldn't be happier. They were very responsive to all questions and emails when we were booking our trip and helped us to select a house that perfectly met the needs of our group. When we arrived, our plane was quite delayed and we ended up checking in much later than we originally planned, but they were very accommodating about meeting us at the office after normal hours. The house itself was everything we could have hoped for and exactly like the photos - beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. We will happily stay with SHV the next time we are vacationing in Sitges!

My friends and I have just had the most wonderful time staying at a beautiful villa in Olivella booked through Sitges Hill Villas. The villa was perfect for our needs, with the most wonderful views over the hills; just total peace and quiet, but with the fantiastic coastal town of Sitges just a 20 minute drive away. The villa had a great pool and a large partly covered deck for evening dining. Alison at Sitges Hill Villas ensured it was beautifully presented and was on hand to help us if we had any queries. I can see why Sitges Hill Villas has been chosen as the leading holiday rental company in Sitges! A lovely 6 days and some great memories of Olivella to take home. Thank you Sitges Hill Villas.

Goed en snel contact bij het boeken. Informatie was duidelijk en prijs van de huur was goed!! Incheck tijd was een beetje onduidelijkheid over ontstaan, had gevraagd om eerder in te kunnen checken bij het boeken en op de dag van aankomst. Helaas was dit niet mogelijk. Villa was netjes kan hier en daar nog wat extra aandacht krijgen. Bedden waren netjes opgemaakt en kunnen goed lag klaar!! Helemaal top. Villa California was goed te bereiken en heeft een super mooi uitzicht vanaf de tuin, terras en balkon!! Zwembad was ook heerlijk en verder was alles schoon. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen, je moet wel een auto hebben. Zeker de moeite waard om deze Villa te boeken en zullen zeker weer kijken bij Villa Sitges als weer een huis zoeken Advies voor de auto huur is ook een aanrader, en hebben ook via ANEM geregeld. We hebben met de gehele familie super genoten In Villa Californië. Zeker aan te bevelen!!

Me and my family spend amazing time in Vila Rosa in Mas Mestre for 10 days, that was the first time that I convinced my parents to give a chance to Airbnb rent, they still going to hotels and never want to try something else. I have been in lots of Airbnb places and for my opinion its the best. I am really appreciated the place that it was perfect with the a perfect service that take care of everything, super comfortable and well maintenance My family say the same!!! I am highly recommend.

We were two families and rented Villa Soler. Over all good service and proactive help if anything was wrong it was fixed. Villa location was two blocks from the beach and it had tons of space for the kids to play and even a trampoline. Check in and checkout was smooth. Would use them again.

We had a delightful experience at Ibizenca Villa, with magnificent views on the bay of Sitges from its main zen terrace. Lots of luminous space for big families. We loved the fact that there is a bathroom in each room. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and romantic mosquito nets for summer, adequate heating for winter and all you need for doing your laundry The kitchen is very well equipped, with an ample cooking island and two huge fridges.. Perhaps the most attractive feature of Ibizenca (apart from the stunning upper suite), is the area of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Although we went in December and the pool was not heated, the Jacuzzi was very easy to use, with good maintenance. Also, the rear house door leads to lovely hikes to the rocky mountaintop, with stunning views over the ocean. The city center and beaches are relatively close, but you do need a car to commute. The hosts are most welcoming, professional and helpful. Please bear in mind that the house is on a steep hill and has lot of stairs. In short: a wonderful place for large families or short retreats with friends who cherish a little privacy and quiet surroundings for a visit to Sitges and its surrounding beaches.

Estamos bastante decepcionados. Nos ha gustado la villa charma, pero cuando hay un problema, no nos hemos sentido informados, ni compensados por el problema. No hemos tenido agua caliente en todo el fin de semana, y no nos han sabido dar una solución. Tampoco funcionaba el WiFi. En la parte baja, dormitorios de la casa había muchísima humedad. Además si te quejas, intentan escurrir el bulto y justificarse con excusas. No lo recomendamos. Edit. Lo grave es que tras dar feedback y escribir esta reseña, se siguen excusado y no dando muestras de humildad. Por supuesto que llamamos un sábado por la tarde a las 19.30, justo cuando nos dimos cuenta que no funcionaba el agua caliente, y que también se indicó que no funcionaba el WiFi. Si bien es cierto que un empleado de Sitges Hills Villas se presentó rápidamente en la villa, en el momento que salíamos a cenar, tras ello no recibimos ningún tipo de feedback ni aviso sobre si se habían solucionado los problemas. Eso es lo que más nos ha decepcionado. Entendemos que es un sábado por la tarde, pero al menos por un servicio que pagamos a un precio elevado, esperábamos una contestación, una solución o al menos una disculpa por que el problema no podía ser solucionado por el motivo que fuera. Nuestra percepción fue de abandono total. Tampoco nos gustó que aún sabiéndolo, no se nos avisase que el servicio de limpieza de piscina iba a aparecer el sábado por la mañana, cosa que nos sorprendió. También nos sorprendieron los comentarios soeces del servicio de piscinas.

Hola Miguel, Nos complace saber que le gustó Villa Charma, pero nos decepciona que sienta que no recibió el servicio que esperaba. Me gustaría señalar que nuestro equipo de servicio llegó a la propiedad dentro de los 10 minutos de recibir su llamada sobre los problemas con el agua caliente y WiFi. Su llamada fue a las 21.00 horas del sábado por la noche, y pudimos enviar a un técnico a la propiedad al día siguiente (domingo) para solucionar ambos problemas. Dadas las circunstancias, no sé cómo podríamos haberlo hecho mejor. Todas nuestras propiedades se comprueban minuciosamente antes de que lleguen los huéspedes y Villa Charma estaba en pleno funcionamiento el día que usted llegó. Hemos de ser notificados dentro de las 24 horas de ser notificado, incluso en un fin de semana. Nos enorgullecemos del nivel de servicio que ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes, y estoy muy satisfecho de que nuestro equipo de servicio pudiera responder rápida y eficientemente a su llamada y fuera capaz de rectificar los problemas tan rápido como fue posible. The staff at Sitges Hills Vilas were exceptional. Our family of four were staying in a Sitges after having surgery in Barcelona for our daughter. Taryn and Julie were just fantastic and so accommodating. We had many challenges and many special needs that were always resolved promptly. I have used SHV for 2 family Summer holidays in the last 3 years and had an absolutely brilliant experience on both occasions. The quality of properties and service both before travel and whilst away is fantastic and a hugely positive point of difference compared to a 'normal' villa company in my experience - and I have used a lot of others all over Europe. Had a great holiday in Apartment Atlantis, Sitges. The accommodation was fantastic, large, comfortable and cool. It was well equipped, well positioned and in a peaceful location. All the staff at Sitges Hills Villas were efficient, courteous and professional. Special mention for Taryn who looked after our local needs where nothing was too much trouble. A great asset! We had a great holiday in Sitges this summer. Sitges Hills Villas really looked after us and the whole process was very smooth, from booking, to check-in, to check-out. The villa was lovely, great pool and terrace areas. The kitchen was very well equipped and we ate quite a lot at home. However, for the evenings when we didn’t feel like cooking, Sitges has loads of great restaurants. All in all a fabulous week. We would highly recommend Sitges and Sitges Hills Villas.

I stayed in Casa Familia in August 2018 and the stay was perfect! The pool was great, the garden was huge and the house was clean with a book full of helpful information put together by Sitges Hills Villas Team. Without a doubt I would use them again

Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable début septembre dans les collines à 10 minutes de Sitges! Toute la famille a adoré, les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine, la villa était aussi belle et grande que sur les photos, et le personnel de l'agence a toujours été aimable et très serviable. Très envie de revenir l'an prochain!

Wir haben im Juli 2018 zwei Wochen in Villa Serra verbracht. Unsere zwei Familien inklusive 5 Kindern und 6 Erwachsenen hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Agentur war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind wegen einer Flugverspätung sehr spät gelandet und die Agentur hat uns ohne Probleme zu später Stunde eingecheckt. Die Villa war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive Strandspielzeug und Sonnenschirmen, sowie Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern und vor allem dem kinderfreundlichen Pool. Unserem Wunsch nach einem weiteren Beistellbett und einem extra Hochstuhl wurde schnell nachgekommen. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Wir empfehlen Sitgeshillvillas gern weiter.

We rent this summer for three weeks villa Lucia and were really disappointed. The villa described as a luxury level : good and condition : good was in fact dirty, decaying, bad loo smell is floating downstairs, walls and floors are old, crooked and dirty. there is no sun umbrella on the terrace which is the only place close enough from the kitchen to bring the food. At pool level there is only high counter and bar stools , very old and unconfortable to the max and a poor old BBQ far below the actual standard (gas barbecue). So during the day, we are forced to eat inside due to no shades on the terrace at main level (the garden salon (below the house) is grey with stains and covered with tiny insects) Bathroooms are old and rusty and the house is really in a decaying stay. All the furniture and the Home Appliance are old. My advice Do not Rent Villa Lucia and Do not trust Sitges Hills Villa and verify your self the quality of the house before renting it

We also believe that our description of the property is honest and accurate. Please remember that Sitges is one of the most expensive resorts in Spain for holiday accommodation and so you will not get the same standard of property for the same price as you might expect in other resorts. However, please be assured that we take your comments very seriously and value your feedback. We will discuss your concerns with the owners so that they can decide what actions they might want to take in regards to making changes to the property. I can assure you that Sitges Hills Villas is a trusted and highly respected agency in this area. As a company we work very hard to ensure that our guests have a great holiday, and we have managed thousands of bookings at our villas over 10 very successful years in business. We would welcome another opportunity to have you as guests for a holiday in Sitges sometime in the future and will ensure that we recommend a villa that will meet your expectations next time.
