Vous serez étonné du professionnalisme de Maria qui connais son travail mieux que quiconque dans une agence physique ! Ella a réalisé un énorme travail pour mon achat immobilier en me fournissant les bons comme les mauvais côtés que pouvait avoir ce bien. Elle est juste avec l’acheteur comme le vendeur et aime les choses claires. Le plus que je ne devrais pas dire c’est qu’elle est même disponible le week-end, ce qui n’est pas le cas des agences qui cherches juste à vous vendre rapidement quelques choses et toucher leurs commissions ! De plus pour son travail parfait, ce luxe vous revient à seulement 1,5% de commission ! C’est imbattable et elle mériterait mieux. Mais pour elle c’est la satisfaction de ses clients qui prime ! Je vous la recommande vivement pour un achat ou une vente réussie 🤗

I had an excellent experience with company in Sitges. After comparing several agencies, they were by far the best option for managing my short-term rental. The team was professional, efficient with all the registration paperwork, and very attentive throughout the process. The rental return was truly worthwhile and everything was handled transparently. I rented an apartment through the group's agent, Maria, and all I can say is that I have received thoroughly professional service throughout. Maria has been understanding, considerate, and helpful on the rare occasions I have needed her help, and if I have a question she always, but always, has the answer or solution. I cannot recommend too highly!

I’m a Brit who’s owned property in Sitges for nearly a quarter of a century. Experiences with agents have been mixed at best. But Maria was amazing. She listened so carefully to what I was looking for and only showed me properties which were fully in tune to what we were looking for. And then she guided us through the entire process (which, through no fault of hers, was pretty complex and tense) with efficiency, warmth and humour. I would trust and recommend Maria to both buyers and sellers without hesitation. Were I to look again, I would be inclined to engage Maria to work for me as a buyer, her negotiating and legal skills I’m sure would have secured me a better price than I could achieve and without the need for expensive lawyers! But that’s for next time!
