RITZHAUS

Great service you can trust Katarina!!! 👌 Nemam Cas! 😂💪😊

I cannot recommend Katarina highly enough for anyone seeking a dedicated and professional real estate agent. Throughout our search for properties in and around Castelldefels, Katarina consistently went above and beyond. Despite the fact that we had not yet fully committed to relocating, she generously dedicated her time to show us around the area, sharing invaluable local insights. As we were coming from Australia, this level of support was particularly appreciated, and Katarina’s willingness to assist when others were less responsive made all the difference. Her professionalism, expertise, and commitment ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Katarina is an outstanding agent and a true asset to anyone navigating the rental real estate market in the castelldefels and Sitges region."

Kata is definitely the best real estate agent I've come across. Not only does she know her stuff and advise you more like a friend rather than salesperson, she goes way above and beyond to make sure everything is done smoothly and without hitches, even in difficult circumstances. If you need someone with good negotiation and people skills she is the right agent, also she has the practical know-how (through connections) to do the rest, without trying to rip you off. I couldn't recommend highly enough, thanks again for all your support.

I had the joy of collaborating with Katarina and have never experienced such a great service & support! She cares about supporting you through each step of your journey with timely responses, fantastic insights and great communication (also in perfect english for expats like me). I can highly recommend this agency and Katarina, I will be using them again in future!

Katarina is very professional, active and super quick in looking for solution and giving answer to whatever question. I have had the necessity to find a house and she has been very proactive in helping me and providing solution. Even after the sign of the contract we have been in contact to solve some open point related to accommodation item and she has been always available and prompt. I recommend her if you are looking for a house, she won't disappoint you.

It was absolutely great experience to rent a house with Katarina's assistance There was always a fast response and tailored approach. Moreover, since we have moved to the house Katarina and Anastasia were very helpful with advice on practicalities of living in Spain. Greatly recommended to anyone and especially to the families who looking to relocate to the area.

Katarina of Ritzhaus is highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Myself being a real estate developer, I am happy to say that she is among the few best agents I have met so far. During our search for a second home, she both introduced us to opportunities and also helped us save time by providing information on dead ends and unsuitable homes. I was surprised to see that she knew so many properties, their owners and the overall situation off the bat even when asked unprepared. 100% recommend working with her.

Katarina is absolutely awesome!! Not only is she extremely professional, she shows the empathy that someone relocating to a new place needs to get the comfort as they go through a difficult transition. I couldn’t have asked for better service for myself and my family in finding a house and hopefully we have a found a new friend as well!!
