Experiencia pésima. Intentamos alquilar un local con ellos y siempre muy dispuestos a todo y mientras pensabamos que teniamos el local ya para empezar a realizar reformas y demás para un negocio seguían enseñando el local y exponiendoselo a todo el que llamará. Todo es así q cuando ya teniamos todo preparado nos engañaron con artiñanas y mentiras y no fueron capaces de dar la cara y decirnos q como les habian ofrecido más dinero no nos lo querían alquilar.... Yo no se lo recomiendo a nadie

What an amazing service. I was living in New Zealand before i came over and was using another company (Solicitors), (Notary) to help with NIE etc. I found a property with Mediterranean Properties and Nadine got my brief immediately and i found the property of my dreams. She then saved me over €600 in fees that I'would have paid with the previous company. Along with Maria, this company has made my transition to spain a breeze. I still get after care nearly a year later. Don't use any other company, this is the best.

I recently purchased my apartment through Mediterranean Properties in Benidorm. Being completely new to the area as well as buying a property, Mediterranean Properties were instrumental in making sure the purchase went as smoothy and stress free as possible, especially as I dont live in Spain and had to deal with a lot of paperwork remotely. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from dealing promptly with any legal issues to liaising with the previous owner! hi guys, i just want to share a little something with anyone who is in a position to buy property in spain, being british myself i was very nervous about buying my property in spain until i came across mediterranean properties who are based in benidorm, well i can assure you that i bought a property in benidorm through the above mentioned company and it was no hassle whatsoever, it was actually easier than buying my property back home here in the uk, the staff were amazing from start to finish, and dont worry about the language barrier as nadine brailey is an ex pat who speaks both languages fluently, there is also alisa and maria who work very hard and the whole process was a daddle and the after care is second to none, i have no problem in recommending this company as they are the BEST i have dealt with in my experience in buying properties, nothing more i can say GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
