Wir hatten uns Lucas Fox für den Verkauf unserer Wohnung in Sitges ausgesucht, da wir schon seit Langem den Aushang hochwertiger Immobilien im Büro in Sitges verfolgt haben. Silvia und Patricia aus dem örtlichen Büro haben unsere Wohnung in Augenschein genommen und uns dann ein Verkaufsangebot vorgestellt, bei dem der veranschlagte Verkaufspreis in Relation zur Dauer des Verkaufsprozesses gesetzt wurde. Wir haben uns für den mittleren Preis entschieden, da wir keine Eile hatten zu verkaufen. Bereits nach 5 Wochen gab es einen ernsthaften Interessenten und nach kurzer Verhandlung war man sich einig. Patricia und Silvia vom Fox Büro haben alle für den Verkaufsprozess nötigen Dokumente von uns eingesammelt und mit dem Käufer, Anwalt und dem Notar orchestriert. Mucho cuidado con Lucas Fox Sitges, no lo recomiendo nada de nada... Su comercial Rachel Haslam utiliza técnicas de venta agresivas y luego amenazan con demandas... No lo recomiendo a nadie, hay muchas otras agencias inmobiliarias mucho mas profesionales y amables.

He visto cómo a una persona muy cercana lo han tratado fatal y con argucias legales le han hecho la vida imposible y lo han arruinado. Una vergüenza para los profesionales que sí son buena gente. Cuando tienen una compravenda fácil, todo bien. Pero si algo se tuerce…mejor tener a un buen abogado y mucho dinero. Porque no tienen empatía ni buen corazón.

The service is excellent. Lucas Fox very much treated me as their Client even though I was the buyer. I was given excellent advice on the general process of buying property in Spain, was able to source and excellent Spanish Solicitor and a local Surveyor through Lucas Fox. I established an excellent rapport with Lucas Fox representative, Mr. Mark De Roo, and he ensured that the whole process ran smoothly, and he gave me good impartial advice throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark De Roo and Lucas Fox in Sitges.

FURTHER TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW … Rachel, what an unprofessional and dare I say unhinged response! Please note that in my original review I WELCOME Lucas Fox’s main directors contacting me. Don’t worry - I still have all of our email communications etc. Proof of your duplicity and illegal activity is absolutely no issue. We’d the utter misfortune of dealing with Lucas Fox’s Sitges Director, Rachel Haslam. If you are looking for an agent who deals in lies; misinformation; corruption and deceit - she’s the person you need. Her actions could be considered criminal. She cost me thousands of pounds and left me with nothing to show for it. On speaking with some other people that had dealings with her, we were not the only clients that felt cheated and misled. I can’t go into further details on this review but I’m happy for Lucas Fox to contact me directly for a full insight into my experiences. She’s a very poor representative.

Very happy with Lucas Fox services for buying and selling property in the Sitges area. Our agent Mark de Roo helped us to envision the renovation potential in a flat with incredible sea views, as well as recommend an excellent architect (Gerardo of Rardo Architects) to transform the space. He guided us through the process of buying a home in Spain as foreigners while we lived in Belgium, and after the purchase the flat was renovated into our dream home. Years later, when we were ready to sell the home and start a new adventure in another country, Mark helped us to sell our property during a time of economic uncertainty and instability in the real estate market. Overall an excellent partner to work with!

I highly recommend Rachel as a very knowledgeable and trustworthy professional. She sold our first property, a high value seafront building which involved a lot of work and negotiation, so when I later decided to put our luxury Terramar villa on the market I had no hesitation to contact Rachel again and within 2 weeks of it being on the market she found us a buyer!! Vaig comunicar el meu desig de rescindir el contracte i encara és hora que em contestessin. No gens recomanable. Vam haver de canviar de immobiliària i en tres mesos la casa ja està venuda, amb una empatia increïble. Aquest comentari el vaig fer saber Lucas Fox fa tres dies i aleshores sí que van córrer amb disculpes. Massa tard, després d’un any d’inoperància, molt absurd

We worked with Jorge Martin at Lucas Fox. A first class experience. Firstly he listened to our list of needs and 'nice to haves'. As a local he sat us down and explained not only Sitges, the houses he planned to show us but why he was showing us there. He recommended a mortgage broker and a lawyer (both used to dealing with English speakers - this was very important). When it came to the back and forth with the owners, he was, I felt an honest broker for both the seller and ourselves as the buyer. As non Spanish speakers and first time buyers in Spain I'm sure we were not the easiest to deal with - he had great patience.
