First class service from a wonderful estate agent! We had been looking at a few places to buy at each trip to sitges, with it always being a dream….we then stumbled Upon Samantha. The whole Process for buying sounded very daunting…. As UK buyers without any idea of how the process worked she helped us buy very swiftly; all done and dusted in just under 3 months from offer accepted. She helped us understand what was needed, helped organise Spanish embassy appt, helped get non resident Spanish bank account, and even assisted in organising the notary appointments for the signing of the mortgage and property. She was there every step of the way to help out, and still is as non resident helping us organise little snags from the vendors. We are forever grateful! We now have ourselves a very impressive beachside apartment in San Sebastián, Sitges which we have always dreamed of! You’re an absolute superstar Samantha!

I had no idea how much work is put in to buying/selling a house in Spain by the agent!
