From the moment that we enquired about the property that we purchased, we were impressed with the service from Nuria and Pilar. They had excellent knowledge of the area and were very accommodating with visits to the property, even after exchange. They extremely helpful with the process, which was different to previous property purchases we had made in the UK. They guided us throughout and made us feel special when we completed. Even after completion, they were so helpful, going as far as transferring the electricity, water, broadband and other services for us. They made an overwhelming purchase seem so simple! I met Nuria almost 7 years ago. I have made multiple real estate transactions in multiple countries. I have never met anyone more professional and who “holds you hand” when you are buying in a foreign country. Stress load reduced! I have made 3 transactions here in Spain (buyer and seller) and I wouldn’t dream of have having anyone else involved. She knows what clients want and doesn’t waste their time showing properties that are not of interest. She fully understands what the client and seller want and doesn’t waste anyone’s time. Buying a property in Sitges, a city nearly 5000 miles away from our home in Florida, could have been a harrowing experience.
