There, their family grew alongside their real estate business, which saw significant success through numerous transactions, construction projects, and a luxury concierge service offering a wide range of services for both long-term and vacation rentals.

Justine quickly obtained her real estate certification in Catalonia. At the same time, Hassen, after a year of hard work on the construction of their main residence, returned to villa maintenance, thus reuniting the couple on this exciting new journey.

Garraf Home Expertwas founded and is led by Justine and Hassen. Established in the summer of 2023 in Spain, it follows a decade-long expatriate experience in Thailand, where they foundedSamui Home Experton the island of Koh Samui.

This desire led to the creation ofGarraf Home Expert, catering to their international clientele eager to follow them and acquire land in the Garraf region.

The family adventure continued in Spain, driven by their children’s passion for playing football in a local academy.

Justine heeft de aankoop van ons huis in Canyelles van A tot Z begeleid. Wat haar onderscheid van andere makelaars is haar proactieve houding, ze denkt werkelijk over alles mee. Ze luistert heel goed en oprecht en wist daardoor meteen dat dit het huis voor ons was. We kochten het voordat het überhaupt online kwam.
