Honest I can not rate Garath highly enough , I’ve never dealt with anyone more efficient and on the ball , you want anything doing its done , it was the easiest of sales , so smooth and much cheaper than most , Gareth was so efficient , we had already bought our future house and although completely out of area by 4 hours we wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to complete with and thankfully he agreed and now another smooth transaction is a week away ! Tried contacting Gareth holt on nemerous occasions He never came back to us. Went to the office and left a message. Still no reply. I wouldn’t bother with this company Waste of time.

Have contacted Holt properties on 4 different occasions, re/ long-term rental, possible purchase of a property in various areas of Benidorm We even called into the office and left our particular details with the receptionist. Still no reply... A yes) no would be appreciated. Very disappointing

Very nice apartment. Central to everything you need. 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Lots of local eateries and 12 minutes walk to the beach. 30 minutes walk to Old town and El Mirador and Dove park. Good TV package and WiFi.Apartment is on 17th floor with 2 very efficient lifts.Fantastic views.The block is kept very clean by a very nice porter. Minor issues dealt with cheerfully by Gareth. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger ' I will be back'(hopefully).
