Styr unna! Vi signerte kontrakt på en leilighet i Al Faz og har betalt innskudd på 18.000€ tilsvarende 10% av kjøpesummen. Dessverre fikk vi ikke lån i ønsket bank og selv om både kjøper og selger bekrefter å ha kansellert kjøpekontrakten slik at innskuddet tilbakeføres holder Iberia Property igjen beløpet. Forholdet er politianmeldt/meldt Økokrim for oppfølging

Vi benyttet Viass IberiaProperty ved kjøp av leilighet i Altea for 10 år siden, og også nå nylig når vi solgte leiligheten. Både kjøp og salg ble professjonelt og problemfritt utført. Gjennom disse 10 årene har Viass IberiaProperty fulgt oss opp, hjulpet og tatt vare på oss i alle situasjoner og medvirket til at vårt opphold i Spania ble som vi forventet. Anbefales.

God oppfølging i forkant av vårt kjøp av bolig i Spania og vi ble godt ivaretatt under kjøpsprosessen med alle praktiske ting. Vi fikk også god hjelp med håndverkere i forbindelse med oppussing og Viass Iberia Property fulgte også opp håndverkerne for oss.

Vi kjøpte rekkehus med hjelp av Viass høsten 2020. Prosessen og oppfølging var veldig bra, og alt gikk smertefritt, til tross for pandemi. Har i tillegg hatt hjelp til å gjøre noen endringer på huset i etterkant. Jobben er profesjonelt utført. Vi vil absolutt anbefale Viass.

IberiaProperty helped us with our property purchase 6 years ago. Since then they have been supporting and helping us with getting established in Spain. When we needed refurbishment on the house and building up the plot they helped us with finding companies to do the work and they also have their own team of craftsmen to do some of the work. They always do their outmost to meet our needs.

Veldig god og personlig service ved kjøp av ny bolig. De har også veldig god lokal kunnskap om området. De tok med meg rundt og viste hva som finnes i nærområdet. Noe som er viktig den dagen man skal bo der.

Terrible.... They took me on and promised me to show my flat and care for it. They charged me for cleaning they never did... my property had a humidity problem they never reported and allowed to get worse, they haven't paid me the money they took as a deposit. After two months trying to chase them up about my deposit and after never getting a straight answer as to when my money would be paid I made my way to Spain this last weekend and I called them again and (unfortunately lost my temper with the person that picked up the phone) I apologised and requested a call back. When the Manager Helge called me he said I would never see my money back as I had lost my temper on the phone and I decided to make my way back to their offices. At their offices I was forced to change my bad review on google in order to get my money back by a man called Henning... I felt I had to do it as I feared for my safety! I thought I would later either contact google directly to report this and change my review back to what it was and add the latest thing that had happened. I now have my deposit money back but not before feeling utterly humiliated by Henning. I have to commend Sofia and Frank at the Villajoyosa Office as Frank was very good at calming things down and Sofia took time of her day to talk to me...
