Son agiles, saben escucharte para entender lo que necesitas y no te hacen perder el tiempo. Van de cara con las posibles ofertas/contraofertas y no intentan cosas raras. Les contacté para comprar una casa, finalmente no salió, pero tengo claro que serían los primeros a los que llamaría en caso de querer venderme algo. We were referred to Jan and Meraki Capita by a mutual friend. We had almost given up our dream of finding a home in Spain and Jan made it happen! He knew about a home that hadn't been put on the market yet that we loved. He then introduced us to a mortgage broker (who we also recommend) and a few months later we signed the papers!
