Durch Zufall fanden wir ein kleines Stadthaus in Altea La Vella, welches zum Verkauf stand. Herr Hoffmann hat uns beim Kauf des Hauses kompetent und zuverlässig begleitet. Es confuso, aparece una ubicación con unos horarios de atención al público y mi marido y yo fuimos dentro de su "horario comercial" y nos encontramos un montón de casas privadas y no había nadie que nos atendiese, llamamos por teléfono y no nos respondió. Por ello creo que es confuso por estar presente con unos horarios que no se cumplen y por tener como oficinas una casa privada . Además también es confuso por que en google se anuncian como una inmobiliaria i no como un agente inmobiliario, ya que tienen esta descripcion: Somos una Inmobiliaria especializada........

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry in Norway, I have met countless real estate agents over the years and have experienced and learned what a broker needs to make a good deal - not just for the seller but also for the buyer. And almost completely randomly - on my search for an old house in Altea Old Town I found such a real estate agent. His name was Clemens Hoffmann. Acquiring real estate in Spain proved to be very different than in Norway. Due to the challenging process, especially with regard to officials, I was recommended to use an external lawyer. But with the references I gathered with regard to Clemens Hoffmann, I had full confidence in him and chose not to use an external lawyer. Hoffmann took care of absolutely all the paperwork needed to complete all necessary transactions. Hoffmann has a very friendly and kind character. He is knowledgeable, conscientious and precise with a good overview of the market along with a large network It has been a great pleasure to work with Clemens Hoffmann. Even after the deal was completed, he has assisted with much help and advice in connection with the renovation of the property. I have no plans to sell or buy new homes in Spain with the first one, but if that day comes, there is no doubt about which real estate agent I want to choose. We are US citizens, looking for a villa on the Costa Blanca. We engaged Clemens services prior to our arrival in Altea. It was very clear in our initial telecom the he was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and accommodating to meet us upon arrival. He scheduled several appointments to view properties, and on the fourth day, we purchased, with his assistance, a beautiful, contemporary villa in Altea Hills. With his knowledge of the local regulatory and banking agencies, he facilitated introductions to set up bank accounts and secure our NIE documents. After a relatively short time with Clemens, we had developed a strong degree of trust. We ultimately assigned him our Power of Attorney to sign for the Deed of Sale and necessary legal documentation. The purchase of the property was completed in our absence, as we had travelled back to the US. After six months, Clemens has continued to be our consultant in all matters for contacting the electrical, telephone, water and utility companies. He has even helped with contracting services to clean the pool, and inspect the elevator. We are arriving in Altea in a few weeks, and cannot have done this without his diligent assistance. To buy an old house in Spain and completely renovate it was until May 2015 something we would never have considered. In the end we bought an old property in Calle Mestre Musica, in the old town of Altea. The house was completey renovated, on time and budget and the result is fantastic.
