I have been lucky that I met this agency. I was looking for some investment in Altea - Albir area. I already wanted to hand over when Ivana offer me to visit some apartment in Albir. It was perfect shot for me, that much,that I asked what's wrong with this apartment...in terms of legal docs. Everything was perfect,we made a deal very fast and I'm the owner of the apartment right now. It was never so easy.. My experience with Costa Blanca Investments has been proved amazing and wonderful. When I was first landed three months ago in Altea from Shanghai China, before I met with Mr. Bruno, the partner of the company by chance, I have visited more than 15 properties in the area introduced by more than 5 different agents. Bruno demonstrated his patience and interests in listening to the voice from a customer wiht a lots of curiousity and careness. From that moment I was quite confident that he is well undersood my needs and he is right agent I can proceed further. One week later, Bruno prepared a list of property that he planed to showed me around. Fortunately after the first property I visited, I decided not visit others further but made an offer to the seller. Few days later, Bruno came back to me with a favorable deal from seller and I signed the Contract of Arres immediately. Alone with way until I signed the final contract at notary office days ago, he coordinateed everything with a very effective, professional and timely manner as always, he picked up the calls and meeting with me even during the weekend which is not the case in Spain. I should also mention his collegues Darcy, Marc... all of them are very helpful and with a high level professionalism, they are doing things in a "not Spainish way‘ which impressed me so much. I will definitely recommend anyone who plan to set up a home in Altea area, especailly those from China. Thank you Bruno and the team。

I met them as the sellers agents of a house in altea but when we wanted to buy an other property I hired them as my agent. Bruno helped me so much. We had a special case wich we wanted to buy, so it was much much more work then any other transaction.
