What can we say. Fares is a true professional. He explains everything very carefully. Nothing is too much trouble. He is very knowledgeable about the local area & procedures. We put our house on the market through his agency. Within 1 week we had numerous viewings & it sold. He accompanied us to a local Gestoría that he Reccomended who also was very professional. We where looking to find a broker to sell our house and found FabCasa with owner Fares. It was unbelievable!!!! Within a few days everything was arranged and after putting our house on the internet it was sold in two days. Despite some administration problems which Fares solved immediately it went very smooth. No worries no problems.

Selling my property in Dolores was a daunting experience, unfamiliar territory, language and the Spanish property market making it difficult to proceed without a certain amount of caution and concern.
