Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Sitges. Das Wetter war für den Oktober sehr gut. Und das tolle Appartment und seine Lage haben uns begeistert.

Lovely studio apartment, central but quiet location. Excellent communication from friendly staff before and during stay. Everything Sitges has to offer is in easy walking distance as is the train station and bus stop to the airport.

Property i stayed was lovely and clean .the location met all our needs ......just 5 mins walk to shops n bars n train station 10 mins walk to the beach . The flat itself was excellent size with all the requirements needed for an apartment.there were sufficient keys for all those that stayed in the property. For s property in centre of town it was quiet . Hello homes responded relatively quickly to any queries I had Id definitely recommend staying in the this property and I would do so myself again

Superbe emplacement et la vue est magique.. sans aucun doute le plus joli studio que nous ayons fait ici 😍 superbe terrasse, perruche de tout... Et se doucher avec une pleine vue mer... Quel kiff 😆

Mooi appartment met ruim balkon Ligging is prima. Alles is te voet goed bereikbaar

5 mins walk away from beach, 20 mins to centre. Villa is spacious with lots of communal areas both inside and outside. Local supermarket is a 10 min walk. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The perfect location in the center of everything with a short walk to all necessities. The apartment was very clean and had all of the things needed to stay in and cook and live comfortably in. The service response and concerns were dealt immediately. I highly recommend this place!

For me the location of the apartment is perfect and I personally didn't mind the noise from the street at all. But for the people whom like night sleep the apartment would be very noisy at night, because of all the bars at the street. There is some furniture that needs updating now especially the sofa Infront of the telly. Other then that I think the apartment is amazing.

The team helped us with all our needs and we recommend using this company.

We have just returned from another great holiday in sitges. The apartment was amazing, really comfortable, well equipped & a very central location. We did have one member of our party with mobility issues & were abit surprised to find 3 sets of stairs instead of the one for a first floor apartment, but these were fairly shallow & the location of the apartment to get to everywhere else was pretty much on a level.We had a few issues as we found we needed more keys than we were initially given for our group, but hello homes were very prompt replying to this issue & soon sorted this for us, we always found them very professional & friendly. This is the 2nd year we have used hello homes and would definately recommend them.

Very nice Appartement and very well equiped! Location is perfect, car park, restaurants, bars, shops and the beach is only a few minutes to walk! Highly recommended!

Et Krispin, un hôte drôle et aux petits soins qui laisse en libre accès un bar aux tarifs abordables pour les boissons. Tout est basé sur la confiance. Au top 👌

The flat is in a very convenient location, with plenty of light, practical features, and excellent air conditioning.

Nous recommandons cette locations Sitges une ville calme et balnéaires entre montagne et mer et l’appartement répondait vraiment à nos attentes nombres de pièces , terrasse et piscine de la résidence

Très bien situé entre Barcelone et Tarragone et seulement 4 kms de la plage de Sitges. Pour aller à Barcelone, possibilité de prendre le bus pour moins de 5€/pers (plus pratique que la voiture)

La estadía ha sido perfecta. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos y la ubicación es super céntrica. tanto la calle principal de la ciudad, llena de restaurantes y bares, cuanto al paseo marítimo, que también ofrece muchas alternativas para comer y tomar algo, están a menos de 5 minutos andando . El personal que nos ha atendido ha sido muy profesional y disponible para todo lo necesario.El departamento en su interior se encuentra limpio cuidado y con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Aunque esté ubicado justo arriba de unas discotecas se puede dormir tranquilamente sin que los ruidos molesten y afecten el descanso. En general recomendaría el alojamiento a amigos y familiares. Se recomienda visitar Sitges en la semana en la que cae la fiesta mayor

The Hello Homes team are fantastic, providing friendly and engaging service from the outset. Their office is conveniently located near the station and always staffed. Loved Sitges itself and the La Perla apartment was well appointed, very clean with stunning views. Great memories from this holiday.

Le studio est à à peine 10 mn à pied du centre et des bars mais dans un quartier calme. Il est très fonctionnel, assez spacieux et très lumineux bien que situé en rdc. Je recommande.

A lovely apartment, super close to both the beach and all amenities. The living space is generous and the beds are very comfortable - although the street is lively the bedrooms are at the rear so there is no disturbance. Thank you to the Hello Homes team!

Location de 6 jours à Sitges en Espagne : Vous louez via Casamundo sauf que vous vous retrouvez face à des partenaires catastrophiques comme Hello Homes Sitges par la suite ! En gros, c'est soit ça se passe bien et top pour vous, si problème et bien Casamundo ne fera rien pour vous, en gros, intermédiaire percevant de l'argent avec zéro service client. On vous laisse vous battre avec le partenaire qui ne veut rien entendre à leurs annonces malhonnêtes. Appartement insalubre, fuite d'eau au plafond dans la salle de bain, chaise cassée, murs torpillés de coup, porte d'entrée éclatée, rideaux sales, électroménager en panne ou crasseux (Réfrigérateur qui fait à peine du froid obligé de prendre sa propre glacière pour sauver les denrées, hôtes aspirante HS...), aucun plat pour cuisiner correctement, un train collé à la résidence en aller retour Barcelone Sitges de 4h45 du matin à 00h30, sommeil ZERO ! Une superbe semaine donc merci Casamundo et Merci Hello Homes Sitges ! ZERO PROFESSIONNALISME ! je déconseille ! (Proposition de geste commercial de 10% sur un prochain séjour, QUI VA Y RETOURNER APRES UNE SEMAINE COMME CELLE CI ?!) M. CHAPUZET

The apartment was perfectly situated and a quiet oasis in Sitges. We would without a doubt stay here again.

Las vistas desde la habitación principal y desde el jardín son maravillosas. El apartamento es amplio, muy bonito decorado y muy bien equipado la cocina con todo lo necesario (faltan trapos para secar las manos) Algún día un poco ruidoso de la gente que se queda hablando afuera del hotel. Está bastante lejos del centro, en la otra punta del pueblo, zona muy tranquila.

I rented the Pura Vida apartment for 10 months as a winter rental and while I did like the apartment I have more negative things to share than positive ones regarding the whole stay. This is the case of a long term rental - the experience with short stays could be different. What was positive is the location - 3 mins from the beach -, it's perfect for one person, air conditioning, big TV and that HelloHomes was fairly responsive - with me I must add, with other friends of mine not that much. And here is what was negative: Pricing: Apartments are expensive in Sitges and 800€ for just rent is sadly the lower end of the range. However, with hellohomes there's a mandatory cleaning fee which was 45€/month. They come once per month and they don't clean properly. (Also a mandatory 80€ final cleaning - I cleaned the apartment when I arrived so it's useless.) As an estimated price they wrote 40€ for the internet and then after the rental it turned out that the apartment has a package for 67€ with services you don't even use or need or get access to. (This I managed to settle with them but only because I requested the actual bills and noticed that it wasn't only for internet. They don't automatically send you the bills...) The estimated 110€ that was for utilities (electricity and water) made me think that I might actually get some money back in the end since I was alone and didn't consume that much. I would've, but the contract they have is much more expensive than it should be. The potencia (contracted maximum power available for use) price per month alone was 1/3 of the estimated utility costs plus all the taxes, so there was no chance on earth that it was gonna be enough. That took away 300 euros from the deposit. (Other apartments I know of paid about 0.27€/kWh in total and I paid 0.5€/kWh which is a huge difference.) But the way I see it the problem is not only that they could get a better deal for the apartment but that they don't set a fair estimated price in the contract when they should know the real costs of things. But of course they don't because it's less appealing if a small apartment has an estimated utility costs of over 200 euros / month plus their useless cleaning fee. It's easier to just take the extra costs from the deposit at the end. Cleanness: Yes, that's a cockroach running on the wall in the video and it wasn't the first one. I did request this problem to go away and for sometime it did but in my opinion there should not have been a single one in the apartment. It might be a building scale issue, and if they can't do anything about it, okay, but then maybe price the place cheaper. Comfort: For one person it's perfect, however the bathroom is really small as well as the kitchen is practically useless with one electric induction stove only. The matrace in the bed needs to be changed as it practically has a hole on one side. Mostly it's quite with the windows closed, but if there's a football match where Barcelona plays you'll know of it immediately from nearby bars. During carnival it's better to not be there. Paper thin walls so you'll hear everything in the building. Service: If you're a little pushy and confident with what you want they'll be nicer. They were nice with me, I don't have anything against that. But the services in total do not live up to the 800 euros you have to pay as their services fee. It's a thing in Spain sadly that real estate agents and companies get to charge the tenant for this with rentals under 11 month so no way out of this, but you'd expect a little more than what they provide. And like I said I got a fairly good one compared to my friends. Conclusion: If you're trying to get a place from abroad you'll most likely end up with them because they manage so many apartments. They probably know this too... However, it's less likely that you'll go with them for a second year as well, I know I won't.

Absolutely, brilliant apartment and ticked all the boxes for our needs. Great terrace, two double beds, two bathrooms with decent showers, all in a brilliant location - near the station and supermarket, easy walk to the beach and town for restaurants and bars. Only tiny gripe is that the AC took the best of a day to cool the apartment.

The appartment is lovely with a great location but a little dated.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und zeitgleich ruhig. Die Klimaanlage hilft sehr im Sommer. Der Abzug des Sterns gilt dem Bett und durchgelegener Kissen. Die könnten mal ersetzt werden. Ein bequemer Sessel zur Abwechslung von den Korbstühlen wäre noch die Kirsche auf der Sahne.

Ich hab das Appartement für meine Tochter mit Freund gebucht und sie wurden sehr nett empfangen, die Abwicklung hat super geklappt und die Wohnung entsprach genau den Fotos und war sauber. Der Ort Sidges ist sehr schön und die Nähe zu Barcelona unschlagbar.

Had a lovely holiday at La Perla the apartment is very well equipped any any problems were dealt with quickly by hello homes. My only suggestion would be better furniture for the balcony. Would come back again.

Great apartment, amazing location, close to the beach. The terrace is unbelievable and a big extra value. You often hear the train passing by but no issue for us. We had an amazing stay.

This place looks like the pictures it’s in a great location across the street from the beach. The balcony with the Mountain View was very nice and there was table with multiple chairs and live plants that made it look more like a home and not a rental. All appliances and everything worked great

Even though there were plenty of parking spaces in the development we were not allowed to park our car in it. But apart from that it was great.

Staying at la Gioia 3 Sitges was very disappointing. The apartment was fdirty. The couch was looking dirty and a bedsheed had to coverup damages at the couch. Even the tables where covert with dust. The rail for the curtains wasn’t installed proparly. A chair at the dining table was broken en covert with rust. On the terras there where to chair that couldn’t be used, broken en dirty. Also the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Behind the toilet even discusting. There wasn’t that much light and one of them even broken. The bedroom had also dustclouds. They didn’t clean in the small areas. Even the floor was put in wrong. This appartment is not value for your money. And we are very disappointed. Only the location is good. Within the two weeks, we could not get a good night sleep the first week. Below the apartment the where doining renovations in an other apartment. So every morning there was a hamering sound at 08:15. We complained about it but that had no result. There for our holiday bacame very stressful and desided to leave the apartment to find some rest somewhere else

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to shops, the beach, and the charming old town. The apartment was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed provided. We felt right at home and would definitely come back!

Great staff from the team and very positive experience from the Hello Homes Team. The accommodation at Blue Serenity was just what we expected.Everything is there. I particularly liked the Nespresso coffee machine and we made use of the dishwasher and washing machine. Great location and minutes from the large supermarket and excellent restaurants which are slightly out of the way so many Spanish know and use them so we really liked that. Please try El Santo for excellent burgers and La Farina for the best Pizza in town and just around the corner. Also visit El Piano down the road from the apartment for the best singers in town and Queenz Dinner Show is a must (excellent set menu, fantastic staff and one of the best drag shows but book before you arrive as it often sells out!! Book for Great accommodation with the Hello Homes Team you cannot go wrong

This review is for “Los Globos Studio” Do not rent this apartment. It has a massive cockroach issue, that they aren’t able to solve. Also, judging by the reviews this has been an issue with the apartment for quite some time. Lesson learned, I will from now on check reviews. Over my stay despite my best efforts to poison and prevent, I had over 40 cockroaches. And they were very large (most of them). Additionally, the apartment is very cold in the winter and it was difficult to heat up. I had other issues with it, for example it was quite humid but every problem was overshadowed by the cockroaches. I will say that hello homes had the apartment “poisoned” 3 times during my stay which I appreciated, but I don’t think it was properly done - I think they just had someone put some cockroach traps in 2-3 places around the apartment. I have heard that when an apartment is poisoned you can’t enter for a few hours after, but that wasn’t the case, I could enter which leads me to believe they didn’t have it completely poisoned. Just so I’m not being unfair, here are the positives: good location, had no issues with the neighbours, very quiet, and nice communal area. But I would not recommend this place to anyone, because I couldn’t relax and was constantly looking around for cockroaches. I left the apartment yesterday and I have never felt so relieved.

Lovely apartment, great pool, fantastic location. Close to centre, beach and station. Great base for exploring the local area. Having a parking space was great too, if a test of your reversing skills!

Le service est à déplorer, nous avons pris le parking que nous proposait l’agence pour 15€ par jour (déjà première fois que je paye le parking pour un logement qui avait un parking). De plus, ils nous ont attribués une place qui n’était pas la nôtre, résultat nous nous sommes fait agresser par la personne à qui était la place, et notre voiture de location a été rayée, ce qui a engendré des frais avec l’agence de location de voiture. Aucun geste n’a été fais de la part de hello homes, même pas le remboursement de la place de parking qui n’étais finalement même pas pour nous. Honteux. Je ne recommande pas.

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea. It's beautifully decorated and well equiped, they dont come much better than this. Check in was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. You have the option to leave luggage in the office in Sitges which can really help if you have some time to kill before returning home.

Wonderful flat, next to the beach, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We will be back!

This place is stunning. The only issue we had is that when we booked, it was listed as having our own kitchen, which was an error in the listing. We found this uncomfortable as we like to self cater and found it awkward having to ask to use kitchen. It’s also described as non-smoking but the communal areas are smoking areas.

Petit bémol : le jour entre très facilement par manque de rideaux occultants prévoir un masque pour les plus sensibles et des bouchons d’oreilles (appartement aux pieds des rails de train)

Our family of 14 adults and children enjoyed a memorable week at Villa Nirvana. The beauty and comfort of the home, the perfect location, and the positive staff response to our every need was amazing! Hello Homes staff communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. They managed transport for our large group, dealt with our last minute requests positively, and helped us to secure bicycles! We will come again and again. Our memories of Sitges are so wonderful from this excellent home. Gracias Hello Homes!

Very friendly and responsive staff. Apartment was exceptionally clean in a great location - a few minutes walk to the beach and to the main shopping areas in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well-appointed. Note: there are no pantry food staples supplied, such as salt, tea or coffee, and no toiletries offered (as is common in Europe). We arranged for transportation to the airport through Hello Homes and they made it very easy. The driver arrived a few minutes early and texted to notify us of his arrival. The vehicle was extremely clean and the ride was enjoyable. Would stay here again.

Viele Jahre glückliche und zufriedene Kunden bei Think Sitges gewesen. Dann wurde diese inhabergeführte Agentur an Hello Homes verkauft. Erste direkte Buchung (2024) bei ihnen war das "Paradiso" an der Passeig de la Ribera, sicher nicht eines der kostengünstigste Appartments. Die Warmwasserbereitung war bei Einzug bereits ausgefallen und Hello Homes brauchte 16 Tage um das Gasgerät zu reparieren! Zweite Buchung Jahreswechsel '24/'25 das deutlich gündiger "On the Rocks" in der Passeig de Vilanova. Und ja, es gab wieder kein Warmwasser! Nach zwei Tagen haben wir dann das Appartment verlassen und Hello Homes darüber informiert. Bis heute haben sie dich nicht zu einer Rückerstattung geäußert. Segunda reserva a finales del año '24/'25 el mucho más barato "On the Rocks" en el Passeig de Vilanova. Y sí, ¡otra vez sin agua caliente! Después de dos días dejamos el apartamento e informamos a Hello Homes. A día de hoy, no han dicho nada sobre un reembolso. Ojalá los clientes potenciales saquen sus conclusiones de nuestra experiencia. En cualquier caso, así lo hemos hecho y hemos cancelado nuestra reserva para finales de febrero. Many years of happy and satisfied customers at Think Sitges. Then this owner-managed agency was sold to Hello Homes. First direct booking (2024) with them was the "Paradiso" on Passeig de la Ribera, certainly not one of the cheapest apartments. The water heating had already broken down when we moved in and it took Hello Homes 16 days to repair the gas appliance! Second booking at the turn of the year '24/'25 the much cheaper "On the Rocks" in the Passeig de Vilanova. And yes, there was no hot water again! After two days we left the apartment and informed Hello Homes. To this day, they have not said anything about a refund. May potential customers draw their conclusions from our experience. In any case, we have done so and cancelled our booking for the end of February. Respuesta al comentario del propietario. (1) La caldera en el "Paradiso" no necesitaba ser reemplazado, sólo un pequeño componente. (2) Escribe que la caldera del "On the Rocks" se rompió el 24 de diciembre. Como no llegamos hasta el 31 de diciembre, ¡habrían tenido una semana para reparar la caldera o al menos informarnos! Dos errores garrafales en la "disculpa" no mejoran precisamente las cosas.

This review is specifically for IAB families. Our experience with HH has been largely positive. There was a minor hiccup in the beginning that was fixed very quickly. They have been really great to work with overall and as the parent of an international student, it has been very comforting to know my student is in a safe and secure home. Highly recommend.

Bonjour nous avions un animal un chat, dans l'appartement, une personne est passé dans l'appartement sans nous prévenir, donc nous avions dit de ne pas passer , donc très déçu de votre agence c'est pas sérieux , donc je préviens les personnes qui ont des animaux attentif, car nôtre chat aurait pu s'échapper, déçu 😞

The AC was broken for a full week we had to get up twice in the morning to deal with the technicians. Instead of the company taking care of this beforehand. The apartment was full of trash (hunderts of used kid toys) and the it wasn’t clean (dust in all of the corners, stained bed sheets and pillows). It was disgusting. The deposit was not payed back because the cleaning team appartly had to throw out trash. I would not recommend booking with this company.

We had lovely days in Sitges! The apartment we stayed in at Casa Rainbow was clean and very cosy, and contained everything we needed for our stay. The town of Sitges is charming and has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants, beautiful beaches, great people and a pleasant atmosphere. We traveled there in November and there was less tourism than in high season. It was safe to deal with Hello Homes and their services, and we were also very satisfied with the transport service they had, which made the trip to and from El Prat very comfortable. We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is superb, a minute walk to the beach a few seconds from a very nice place where you can get coffee and food. Spacious, perfect for traveling with kids. Definitely will come back here next time we are in Sitges!

The apartment location was ideal - in the centre of the town and a 2 minute walk to the beach and seaside restaurants. But even though it was in the town centre it was very private and quiet. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with a well maintained pool and gardens. Hello Homes was very responsive and helpful for the few minor things that had to be attended to. I highly recommend both the property and Hello Homes. I will definitely use them again.

Situation parfaite pour tout faire à pieds dans Sitges! Seul bémol la route derrière la résidence un peu bruyant surtout le samedi soir mais largement supportable, quand on est bien fatigués, on finit par s'endormir ! Apparemment strictement comme sur les photos, bien équipé et très confortable ! Vivement recommandé !

Els apartaments en els que ens hem allotjat han estat sempre molt ben equipats i la recepció i el check-out han sigut sempre molt senzills. Sense cap mena de dubte tornarem a repetir l’any que ve. La habitación esta muy bien cuidada, limpia y tiene todo el equipamiento necesario para una buena estadía. Sin embargo está ubicada en medio de varios nightclubs así que si vienes en plan vacaciones y fiesta está muy bien, pero en nuestro caso era de negocios por lo que para una estadia larga puede ser un poco incómodo a pesar de las ventanas de doble panel. Ahora eso sí queda cerca de todo de la playa, lugares para comer y de la estación de tren.

The house was small and cute. It was very clean and with a well stocked kitchen (utensils, glassware, china and pots & pans. It had a few perks… coffee maker with pods and a water bottle in the fridge. There was a tiny amount of dishwashing soap and a new sponge, so we purchased dishwashing soap even though it had a dishwasher with pods. The towels were scratchy so they could use new ones. However, you can’t beat the location. A short walk from the beach and in the middle of the old city of Sitges. It has lots of charm. Vertical living so be ready for stairs.

This is a charming 3 floor apartment - close to the beach and all shops/restaurants. There is ample common space.

We booked this villa for a week Many supplies were broken and this was not mentioned at check-in. The pool filter was not working, so the water was very unclear... We waited for someone to check out... no one came, they just asked us to leave the key. We took photos of all the broken items and sent them to them, but they kept our deposit and didn't reply when we asked for it back. We paid 6,000 euros for the week and they justified the non-functional items by saying "there are a lot of bookings"..... Then they stopped answering. In any case, I recommend you do not book with them, very bad experience and you will have dishonest interlocutors

Expérience plus que médiocre que je ne recommanderais à personne ! Nous avons été dans une villa délabrée et vétuste avec une piscine trouble inutilisable et du mobilier cassé ! Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons dû payer sans nous avoir prévenu et contre notre gré une caution de 500€ qui n’a jamais été rendue ! C’est une agence arnaqueuse qui n’a jamais répondu à nos sollicitations ! Je vous conseille de passer votre chemin.

Wir ( 2 Erw.+1 Ki ) haben über Hello Homes im August 2024 ein Apartment in Sitges gebucht und können diese Agentur auf keinen Fall empfehlen !!! Die Unterkunft entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Renoviert bedeutet min. 6-7 Jahre alt. Schimmel in den Ecken, Bilderrahmen kaputt, Besteck kaum vorhanden (es gab zb 1 kl. Löffel, 3 Gabeln, ....). Im Kinderzimmer kein Licht, nur eine Nachttischlampe, auf dem Balkon genau 4 Stahlstühle, keine Liege, ... nichts. Die Klimaanlage ging aber man konnte die Temperatur nicht einstellen, kalt wie Hechtsuppe ! Gute Lage bedeutet, hinter dem Apartment in Sitges, 4m entfernt verlaufen direkt Bahngleise und der Zug fährt im Stundentakt nach Barcelona ! Der Pool sah auf den Bildern traumhaft aus, nur blöd, wenn alle Fliesen um den Pool herum liegen, weil abgefallen ! Klar haben wir reklamiert ! Mehrfach Kontakt gesucht, telefoniert, angeschrieben, ... keine Reaktion. Wir überlegen noch einen Anwalt einzuschalten ! Also Vorsicht, wir können nur abraten !!!

La situation, face à la mer, est vraiment idéale. L’appartement est fonctionnel, confortable et bien décoré. La résidence est très calme. Nous y reviendrons certainement avec plaisir.

This is my 4th time staying at this well positioned apartment. 5 minutes to the beach & many restaurants. 10/15 minutes to the supermarket & train. Apartment has very large balcony with awnings. I will be back again

As airbnb have prematurely closed my complaint against this fraudulent property management company, I would warn you again. Do not book with Hello Homes Sitges. Airbnb are clearly colluding with these people to delude you into a property that is not fit. Do not book. Ever. Please!! If you need more details, please email me before considering.

Centrale locatie, het station, het strand, de bars zijn allemaal vlakbij. Dat betekent wel dat je ‘s nachts af en toe lawaai hoort op straat. Maar met de airconditioning aan, en de ramen dicht, kun je rustig slapen: de airconditioning is heel stil. Het appartement is geschikt voor vier gasten, met meer dan vier is het te krap.

The most dishonest and dreadful experience in any accommodation anywhere. These people are actively deceiving Airbnb and customers, while pleading ignorance and helplessness despite being well aware of previous problems with accommodation they willingly lease out. We were without a lift from the airport, despite being promised from a contact called “Juan” who was mysteriously unavailable suddenly when we arrived. We were in an apartment called the Lilium at 12 Carrer sant Bonaventura that leaked water profusely through the ceiling every time it rained (and had been doing so for months or years before we arrived). The hot water service (“the boiler”) blew up and flooded the kitchen. We used our own bathroom towels to mop up the dirty brown mess. Then Hello Homes refused to replace the towels. They also stalled, delayed, promised help and didn’t do anything about it for four whole days. The Wifi doesn’t work if you are more than 4m from the router (yes, measured) meaning that most of the apartment is not covered and you pay for your own internet access. There’s multiple hidden fees and charges in defiance of, and unaligned with, Airbnb policy. Hello homes actually actively discourage contact through Airbnb lest they get caught for this. We were without hot water for 4 days during our stay, despite paying a lot of money for the “privilege”. Although we reported every issue on time in accordance with Hello Homes demands, they did nothing at all to rectify any issues. All we had was placating sentimental statements and dismissing comments like “ we have informed maintenance”. Airbnb need to ditch this useless company of clowns, lest they lose face as a result. If you dare book anything thorough Hello Homes, it’s on you. You’ve been warned.

The block of apartments are quite a walk from the centre of town but the area is very quiet. The views from the complex are great. The apartment was clean and roomy. Thank goodness for aircon. 😀

This was a perfect place for our family to rest and restore. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and beaches as well. It was also fun to stay in a charming piece of history, part of a 13th century castle. Definitely a stay to remember for us in the beautiful Sitges.

Beautiful apartment, within a stone’s throw of the beach. Made full use of the terrace - to eat and relax. Really enjoyed the beach bar at the end of the road as well. Missing a few basics (beach towels, tea towels) that really should be supplied by the service team, but all in all a wonderful escape.

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso e la vista piscina (disponibile gratuitamente) rende tutto più bello. Due bagni perfetti per otto persone e comodità adeguate a stare bene per una settimana e anche più. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione centralissima che permette di raggiungere veramente qualunque parte della città in non più di 10 min a piedi, dal mare alla stazione. Personale gentile e disponibile per problemi e chiarimenti. Purtroppo un po rumoroso la notte per le stanze che affacciano in piazza ma questo non dipende da nessuno. Anche se c'è un,solo condizionatore nel soggiorno, le stanze sono arieggiate e si dorme molto bene anche senza ventilatore.

Haben dass Haus mehr als sauber hinterlassen , Kaution bekommen wir aber nicht zurück. Am Pool ist die Verletzungsgefahr sehr hoch da am Rande des pools kein Boden vorhanden war und dass nur mit einem Kunstrasen überdeckt war. Check out aus dem Haus war abgemacht um 11:00 wurden aber schon um 10:00 mit reinigungspersonal überrascht. Ich empfehle es keinem sich hier eine Unterkunft zu mieten.

An sich schöne Objekte, doch die bezahlte Kaution wurde auch nach einer Woche nicht zurückgezahlt weil ich angeblich Löcher in den Kunstrasen gebrannt habe aber das andere Sachen im Haus defekt waren wie zum Beispiel eine Dusche ging nicht, ein paar Handgriffe der Türen hingen nurnoch an einer Schraube. Darüber wurde ich nicht informiert. mehrmals probiert die Leute zu erreichen aber die antworten mir schon garnicht mehr… sehr traurig

Das Haus war gut. Die Leute mit dene man zutun hat jedoch Kriminell! Mir wird meine Kaution nicht zurückgezahlt und mir antwortet keiner, es wird behauptet das Gras wäre verbrannt . Ausserdem War rund um den Pool der Boden Leer ich hätte mir fast den Fuss gebrochen !! Ich würde keinem Empfehlen mit diesen Leuten was zutun zu haben .

Nous avons passés 3 semaines agréables en Juillet 2024 dans cet appartement. Afin de pouvoir dormir sans les lumières de la rue il serait bien de mettre des volets ou des rideaux très occultants. Cordialement Jacques, Jean Michel

Emplacement de l'appartement idéal pour aller à la plage, sortir à pied le soir et sortir de Sitges en voiture ou en train. La place de parking et la piscine sont des points forts très appréciables. Il manque la climatisation dans les chambres : celle du salon n est pas suffisante pour refroidir suffisament les chambres la nuit. Le service Hello est très efficace et répond en français anglais et espagnol. Il n'y a pas de "welcome package" avec l'essentiel comme de l'huile, du sel, du sucre et des pastilles lave-vaisselle.

Manque de confort dans le salon, il n’y a pas de canapé. Il n’y a pas de four pour faire cuire une pizza. Pas de condiment (sel poivre) dans la cuisine. Le rideau de douche est sale au bas et le flexible de la douche est fortement abîmé. Le fer à repasser est dans un mauvais état. Et l’étendoir à linge est en partie cassé.

Un logement au top (bien placé, bien équipé). Un accueil chaleureux, souriant et des échanges simples et efficaces !

My stay with Hello Homes was amazing. The service they offered was really great. Checking in was super helpful. I was always able to text Hello Homes on their Whats App number and they would respond quickly. The apartments look like the picture they have posted, very nice. Great location. Would highly reccomend.

Bitte greift auf etwas anderes als hello homes sitges zurück. Ich habe noch nie so eine schlechte Erfahrung mit einem Ferienwohnungs-Anbieter gemacht wie bei deiser Reise. Für die Buchung wird, wie es üblich ist, ein Pfandbetrag beim Anbieter hinterlegt, den man eigentlich bis spätestens 7 Tage nach dem Check-Out eigentlich zurückkriegen sollte. Nicht nur habe ich mein Geld nach 8 Tagen immernoch nicht wieder, sondern der Anbieter sucht nach Mängeln und hängt einem diese dann an. Mir werden jetzt Handwerkerkosten vom Anbieter in Rechnung gestellt, zu einem Schloss das ich nicht einmal benutzt habe. Also ich habe die Wohnung mit einem kaputten Schloss vermietet bekommen und jetzt ziehen sie mir die Reperaturkosten zu dem Schloss von meinem Pfandbetrag ab. Darüber hinaus war die Aussattung der Wohnung keiner Ferienwohnung würdig. Die Pfannen und Töpfe waren alle schmierig und komplett ohne Beschichtung, es gab keinerlei Gewürze (auch nicht Salz oder Pfeffer) und auch so Standartsachen wie Müllbeutel habe ich vergebens suchen und dann selber kaufen müssen. Gibt viele andere Anbieter, würde euch empfehlen niemals hellositges zu nehmen, sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. (anhand der antwort auf meine rezension sieht man ja nur noch mal, dass hello homes sitges einem sachen anhängt die nicht stimmen. Einfach eine Wohnung vermieten wo noch sachen neu gemacht werden müssen (in diesem fall das schloss) und die kosten dem mieter in rechnung stellen - cooles konzept!)

This is our 2nd year here at the Clarimar. Great spot for families with kids as space is family friendly and centrally located. Booking and checkin with Hello Homes was also easy. Looking forward to another visit next year!

A wonderful apartment in the heart of Sitges and yet quiet and relaxing. Good cooking facilities, clean and very tasteful interiors. Only downside is the terrace which needs to be worked on.
