Désolée d'apprendre après 8 ans que la maison qu'ils m'ont vendue est ILLÉGALE. C'est pourtant la première question que nous avons posée. Et à ce jour, ils reconnaissent à moitié car ils le savaient. Mais pour vendre, tout a été très bien fait dans les démarches. Peut importe à quoi est destinée la maison; si vous n'avez pas la "cédula" avec l'acte, la maison est ILLÉGALE. Même si les impôts sont perçus.

I bought a place through Morales in Almoradi. From the moment I walked into the estate agents, every thing I needed to do was explained and supported throughout and sale completed. During the 2 years I owned my beautiful place, I needed guidance on some thing's. They never let me down. Sadly and because of Brexit I had to sell my home and dream of retiring in Spain. Ook wij hebben als velen alleen maar goede ervaringen met deze makelaar. Met name Vanessa is (voor Spaanse begrippen) een vakvrouw. Geen duistere koffie maar kristal heldere communicatie. Eerlijk over alle do's and don"ts. Prima begeleiding tot en met het erfrecht. Nou niet allemaal naar deze makelaar hollen anders wordt het te druk aan de Costa Blanca.

Extremely Helpful and professional Real Estate Agency that assisted in finalising a purchase of a property for my wife and myself. No se puede poner 0. Muy informales, seriedad nula. Inmobiliaria Morales es mala, no interesa, mejor trata con cualquier otra. Solo usan los datos de mi propiedad por su interés pero no sé preocupan por la venta, intentas hablar por teléfono y es imposible "está reunido", "ha salido con unos clientes", "no está, luego viene", ..., y siempre "luego te llama", y ese "luego" no llega nunca. Tienen una falta de respeto total.
