Sinead and her colleagues in the Cala Millor office have looked after our property in Sa Coma for many years. Service has always been exemplary, problems have been resolved quickly and communication is always prompt. Sinead has more recently managed to sell the property for us, the sale was completed quickly with the minimum of hassle. I would highly recommend Sinead to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property in the area.

I recently used Bonin Sanso to help sell my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the very first consultation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to getting the best outcome. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They kept me informed at every stage and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Their valuation was accurate, and thanks to their marketing strategy, I received multiple strong offers within the first two weeks. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I felt fully supported from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bonin Sanso to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their professionalism and personal touch really made a difference.

I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to Sinead. After a stressful time losing our father, Sinead has helped us as a family to go through the process of accepting our fathers inheritance in Majorca and then supported us and answered any questions we have had. The service we have received from Sinead has been outstanding and a real comfort for myself knowing she is on the end of the phone while we have been through a difficult and long process. Sinead has recommended the notary and liased with the Spanish solicitor and we couldn't of got through this process without her knowledge and support. I would highly recommend this business/Sinead to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling property in Majorca. Thankyou again and we will see you next year in August when we are travelling as a family to Cala Millor for a holiday. And this time I will remember to bring you some chocolate. All the best Samantha Fox 💙

Dear Samantha, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and heartfelt review. We’re truly grateful that you took the time to share your experience. Sinead is deeply touched by your kind words. Supporting families through complex and emotional processes like inheritance can be challenging, and it means the world to know that her guidance and care made a difference during such a difficult time. From coordinating with the notary to liaising with the Spanish solicitor, she was honoured to help you every step of the way. We're all so pleased to hear that you felt reassured and well supported. It’s clients like you who make our work so meaningful. We’re looking forward to welcoming you and your family back to Cala Millor next August—chocolate or no chocolate! Warmest wishes,
