Marandvillas Holiday Homes

Mar of Marandvillas was so very unhelpful and disinterested in the problems we had at the villa Sa Cabana in Fornalutx. I had explained previous to us starting this holiday in May 2025 that one of us had a serious illness and that this was a special holiday. The villa was terrible to get to (being up a road built only for goats). We asked for her assistance but absolutely no help was give and had to relocate at at our own expense. Booking.com and Holidu were also useless. After a lot of litigation we have just been awarded our money back through a chargeback by my bank. Mar you were prepared to let us be over £4000.00 out of pocket, shame on you.

Rented a nice home in Sollér through Marandvillas. Everything went smooth and they were very responsive and helpful. Can highly recommend using them.

Wspaniały pobyt we wspaniałym miejscu! Piękny dom, wszystko zgadzało się z opisem, na miejscu czekał na nas kosz owoców. Osoba, która nas przyjmowała była bardzo miła, pomocna i komunikatywna. Spędziliśmy w wynajętym domu wspaniały czas!

This so called agency, Marandvillas, is a scam. All the "reviews" are fake and are written by Mar Darder who is the hustler behind this fraudulent company. When I pointed out all the lies on her website she insisted I contact her lawyer. The house we stayed at was grossly misrepresented and Mar Darder offered zero support or hospitality. I have reported Mar Darder's scams now to various consumer protection agencies. I would not reccomend doing business with Mar Darder or Marandvillas. They were aggressive and noncommunicative throughout our stay

Nos alojamos una semana en un apartamento precioso con unas vistas increíbles. La ubicación perfecta y todas las comodidades necesarias. Mar encantadora y siempre a nuestra disposición con lo que necesitáramos, además de darnos recomendaciones de sitios a los que ir por la zona. Recomiendo sus servicios 100%. No dudaré en volver por Mallorca a explorar un poco más la isla y alojarme en uno de sus apartamentos. Gracias por todo!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a holiday apartment through Marandvillas. From the very beginning, Mar's responsiveness and willingness to help was very impressive. She was attentive to our needs, available to answer all our queries and provided helpful advice and recommendations. The property we rented was of excellent quality and and even exceeded our expectations (it was better than the pictures)! Mar also went an extra mile to pick us from the bus stop, arranged some Breakfast items for our arrival and that really had made the difference. Great attention to detail (individual cosmetics and cleaning products, beach towels, even a bottle of wine) made our stay worry-free. I highly recommend Mar and her property agency in Soller, Spain. We will definitely come back again!

We stayed at one of Mars homes for 6 weeks and it was absolutely perfect. We would have stayed forever if we could:) Mar was super helpful with everything we could have needed. Highly recommend staying in her beautiful Mallorcan home! Thank you again for all <3
