During the appointments, there was an open and good discussion about the properties and our wishes, which were dealt with very well. Buying a house is a special experience, that you only have a few times in your life. And buying a house abroad makes it even extra special as you don’t fully know your way in the rules and regulations of the new country. LivingBlue, and especially our agent Alain Gonzalez, made it really easy for us and enjoyable. We could always contact them with whatever question and got good advice all along the process. They also adapted really quickly to the COVID-19 situation, so that there was as least fuss as possible for everybody. Alain has a good knowledge of real estate, has a broad network in the area and moreover, has a friendly, cooperative, amicable personality. Ofcourse we love the house that we bought, but the process of buying it was pleasurable as well. We would highly recommend LivingBlue.
