Stayed in a property managed by Mallorca Dream homes in July. Booked direct with them for next July and both Marta and Maria have just been amazing. Super helpful and friendly despite a few issues we had with the payment of deposit. I have no hesitation in recommending them. 10/10.

We used Mallorca Dream Homes to rent a beautiful finca in the hills above Soller. They were amazing from start to finish. They helped us with airport transfers, recommended restaurants and a spa. They had baby items ready for our 9 month old. They made our holiday easy and stress free. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again for any future trips to the region. Extremadamente malo, es un horror. Soller está demasiado caro, no podemos tener una vida digna. Somos mallorquines de Inca y por temas de trabajo debemos ir a Soller; es increíble que las inmobiliarias acepten alquileres tan caros. Debería daros vergüenza. No me sorpende que solo comenten turistas, aquí una reseña de un mallorquín

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment for a week in September. The view was stunning! We had everything we needed in the apartment. Bed was very comfy and shower wS amazing. Easy walk to the port and the many restaurants and bars. Maria snd Marta were responsive and a pleasure to deal with, thankyou! We would use this company again without hesitation.

Over the past 6 years I have stayed in properties in Soller 8 times for periods between 3 and 4 weeks) - all handled by Mallorca Dream Homes. The whole team (Maria, Marta and Aina) have always been unfailingly helpful, efficient and friendly whether dealing with them by emails, telephone calls or visiting face to face in their offices. No questions regarding booking have ever been unanswered and any queries or difficulties relating to the properties I have stayed at have been dealt with by them or passed quickly to the property owners' for their input. I highly recommend this agency.

I have no problem giving Dream Homes 5 stars. took 5 minutes to pick up keys on way to apartment , no drama. Apartment clean on arrival, plenty of kitchen utensils, pans and crockery, bed linen and towels changed after 1 week. Plenty of large beach towels available. Left ebook reader in apartment when left and it was no problem for them to send on to me when cleaner found it, great service.

Von A-Z ist sie auch die Extra Meile gegangen. Es sind unglaublich viele Fehler die man bei einem Fincakauf begehen kann. Ob An und Ummeldung, Schule für die Kinder, Strom, Wasser, Wlan, Pool Reingung bis zu möglichen Umbauten an unserer Finca. Tausend Dank für diesen tollen Job.

A very disappointing experience with the team in Mallorca Dream homes, more like a Mallorcan nightmare.. Poor communication and responses when try to get in touch, you actually need to call into the office which isn't very friendly, you get the feeling off them that you've paid, that's it now go away! it's worth nothing these guys are the "host" for a lot of the booking platforms so be vigilante. We booked on one of these popular sites and when we called to collect the keys they advised used we should have used their own website instead. Not the most pleasant first meeting which was the first red flag as it highlighted the type of service going forward, unfortunately things went down hill from there. Its a shame because Soller is an amazing place but dealing with customer service like this it would give a place or area a bad name and discourage tourists to return.

I see another member of the group makes his "set up" bad comment to justify the anger about a not returned security deposit of a short term let. It is the same answere as to your friend above. Luckily we have many clients that appreciate our work here in the office. Definately you will not be offered any of our rental properties in the future and we will make sure all our cooperation partners in our little valley will recieve the info about you.

Omg what a disaster of a service, ive heard of some bad ones but this one takes the biscuit, I can't believe they remain open. I rented a villa for a short stay and they hid so many things. When I reached out I was just ignored, even when I returned the keys. I've yet to receive my deposit and its been nearly 2 months now.

It is very easy to make bad feedbacks online attacking the agency. But as always there are two sides of the story. Up to now we have not made a bad feedback about YOU on Home Away where you rented the house of our property owner. As you start throwing bad comments i will answere on this . You have not recieved the deposit back as your group of 10 people have treated the house without respect. You have left the house late over check out time, broke items, left numerous bags of recycling rubbish, plastic melted in the oven etcetc and on top say you have left the house well. Later you ratify that it was maybe not left well . A nightmare for an owner who has taken the decission not to return any security deposit ( first time she ever charged it in 10 years) Its a shame that those bad experiences provoke that owners of properties rethink if its worth renting and it is always in the desadvantage for the next coming guests . Ps. Even though you had the discussions with the owner about this security deposit the agency has send you back home your forgotten Items you left in the house. I think that is an example of good service as we separate those topics.

Hace cinco años que viajamos a Sóller, y en las cinco ocasiones hemos confiado en Dream Homes para organizar la estancia en el precioso valle. El trato siempre ha sido más que excelente (hemos tratado básicamente con Aina, pero también con Marta y María): la comunicación ha sido ágil y atenta al detalle, y en las contadas ocasiones en que ha habido algún problema / imprevisto la respuesta ha sido rápida y se nos han proporcionado alternativas para su resolución. En definitiva, volveremos a Sóller y volveremos con Dream Homes.

Rental of townhouse SO1884A from 13 till 20 of july 2019. Mallorca Dream House recommended us the house as alternative to another house we initially were interested in. The house complete meet our expectations for a family of 5 adults and 3 childrens. The location couldent be much better. Walking distance to city center and max 2 kilometers to shops and supermarket. Our family have had and unforgettable holiday in Sóller. Conclusion the house is highly recommendable for families of same size as ours.

Danke für die Bewertung. Wir freuen uns dass Sie unser Team positiv bewerten. In unserem Team sind zwei deutschsprachige Kollegen . Neben Deutsch wird auch Spanisch , Englisch und Dänisch gesprochen. Da wir aber im täglichen Geschäft für die Vermietung und Verkauf auch viel ausser Haus arbeiten und Objekte besichtigen sind die Kollegen nicht immer vor Ort, aber immer gerne Ansprechpartner wenn es mit den englisch und spanisch sprechenden Kollegen vielleicht zum Stocken kommen sollte. Generell finden wir aber dass unsere Gäste und Kunden mit "Spanglish " auch bei normalen Anliegen bisher flexibel und wunderbar klargekommen sind. :)

We were late looking for a holiday rental in Port de Soller when I discovered Mallorca Dream Homes. Pere suggested I just sent them our requirements and he quickly sent us back a good selection to choose from, with lots of backup information. Each time I asked a question (and I asked a lot!), I would get a very quick response. In the end, with help from MDH, we chose a beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment exceeded expectations., and no cleaning fee like many other rentals (though we did leave it clean, we always do!). We also forgot something very important in the apartment when we left, and the team at MDH immediately chased it up and sorted it out for us, without any fuss, even phoning us in the UK to say our property had been found. I can't commend this company highly enough in terms of honesty, quality and service. Thank you, Pere, Aina, Maria and team!

Experience at the apartment PS 2216 FeWo p10048265 Port de Sóller, Carrer de Belgica 79 Eine wunderbunte Woche im März 2019 auf Mallorca ist zu Ende, Gedanken an das Schmuddelwetter in Hamburg werden beim phantastischen Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge der Serra de Tramuntana souverän verdrängt….. In der gepflegten, super ausgestatteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts. Weitere Worte sind überflüssig, sie könnten die ganze Atmosphäre nicht ausreichend beschreiben, man muss einfach hier gewesen sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, zurück in unser ‚Zuhause‘ auf Malle!

Should be renamed in Mallorca Nightmare Homes...new objects on website while visiting the office two times not available and staff seems annoyed~not recommended!
