Invenio Homes

WOW! I have never experienced hospitality and customer services to this level before. I came across this company through a third party after I was let down by another. They accommodated all of my requirements, bent over backwards to help me in every sense and provided the best villa for my sons 18th in Ibiza. I cannot fault anything, everything was as advertised and I cannot thank them enough, Special shout out to Reeta who was happy to receive and respond instantly to lots of messages. Honestly I simply don't have the words to express my gratitude for such perfection and will recommend them to anyone and will be my first port of call for any future bookings. Seriously, a well deserved and honest review :)

Turned up to find the villa was actually really dirty. We had ridiculously loud building work next door 5 of the 7 days which they ‘didn’t know about’ - were not interested in helping us move or any kind of money back. Picture of property had a child gate across pool - when we got there it wasn’t there and the response was ‘just because it was in the picture doesn’t mean it’s actually here’ ‘Children’s play area’ described was actually a dangerous concreted area with a very dirty table tennis table there. After it was cleaned 2 days later the Villa was ok but I’d never use these guys again. Really disappointed as were my family.

Invenio leads with heart and soul a professional and solid service! A 5 ⭐️ is well deserved! 🫶🏼

Great team of serious professionals, with an incredible portfolio of properties in Ibiza and Formentera. Highly recommended. Delighted to have dealt with them for years.

La professionalitá di questo gruppo é grandissima, Edoardo e parteners sono speciali, rendendo il soggiorno un vero sogno. Grazie di cuore.

Very professional agency. Fast processing. Always very friendly and helpful. We have been working with them for years and never had an issue.

Great team of experts that will guide you finding your dream property ✨

I have recently had a great experience dealing with Invenio homes, have been looking for a property in Ibiza for a little over a year, where it took a while with other agents Nick and his team were very prompt and able to give options and arrange viewings within days. Great service. Will definitely recommend them to people.

Working with Invenio Homes is always easy and very straight forward. Professional company, Definitely recomended!!

I had a really positive experience with this agency and found it very reliable and extremely professional. Mr. Marvaso took a preciso care of my family’s necessity and has been able to satisfy all our requests. I totally recommend Invenio Homes if you need to plan and book your holidays in Ibiza. I feel grateful for the best vacation support ever received and looking forward to be back next time also for checking and enjoying other accommodation solutions Invenio Homes has got in its offers.

Great experience very professional would use again and recommend

Una agenzia affidabile e con un grande portfolio di ville sull'isola e collaboratori gentili e disponibili. Lo consiglio

The 2023 season has just ended and, as owners of a villa of some importance, we must thank Invenio Homes for the quantity, but above all the quality of the guests they have brought us. Our property has just been completed and, among all the agencies, Invenio Homes has proved to be the most prompt and active, emerging as the one that has provided us with the largest number of customers. Apparently, it deals with a high-level clientele, looking for exclusive locations, in quiet areas and with spectacular views. Their assistance, both during check-in and check-out and during stays, has always allowed us to satisfy any further request arising from the customers. The reviews we have received from guests have always confirmed the excellent judgment on the assistance received from the agency. And the proof is that some have already returned.

Professional and knowledgable team with a large villa portfolio. The reservation process was straightforward and the villa of a high standard. Thank you !

Reliable company, best service and professional team!! Very recommended!!!

Ive rented a villa with them and they still have my security deposit. They claiming they have some problems with their payment provider and are not able to return it. Its now almost a month and they still finding excuses. Very unprofessional company. I highly recommend not to book with them

Great Real Estate Company

The best partner we could dream of! Knowledge team who helps us select the best properties for demanding clients, best properties selection at very reasonable prices. Thanks Invenio

Oi We rented a villa with then in Ibiza, from the beginning they were complicated, unaccommodating and quite frankly rude! The villa had some maintenance issues that they were not eager to fix and at check-out time they were basically “kicking us out” 15minutes before 2pm. Would not rent from them again and I don’t recommend them at all!
