My clients were asking for a mobile soundsystem, that they can install in their rental Villa. Somehow there was only very expensive equipment until I found Avana, that are doing high quality for a reasonable budget. After a quick phone call we negotiated terms and conditions and the system was on its way. My clients were very happy about the professionalism and enjoyed their stay even much more. Thank you! Brilliant service, very friendly team, especially Arnold and Sam, that were working over hours to help me out. Highly recommended, pretty sure I take also other equipment from Avana soon. BTW. The speaker had a battery and they took it to the beach. Connected via Bluetooth.

Arnold was an amazing help from the first time we spoke over a year before we actually went to Ibiza for my sisters hen. He offered lots of good to know info/has the knowledge of Ibiza for every type of group and budget. He understood my brief exactly and we experienced the perfect few days in Ibiza. We had the best fun on a boat party where we were treated like VIP’s, we went to an amazing beach club and ended with a sunset dinner/drinks in Cafe Mambo. I would highly recommend Arnold for any group big or small and for any type of holiday/event.

Avana Ibiza went above and beyond for our group of 15! They found us one of the best big villas in Ibiza, perfect for a wild bachelor party. I had the pleasure of working with Sam for about six months, planning my best friends bachelorette party. I was planning for a large group of 13 people, and had never been to Ibiza before, and she meticulously helped me every step of the way. She booked our accommodation, helped plan all of the activities, and meals we ate (the caterer she suggested was also a 10/10). I would highly recommend Avana, and especially Sam to help! We had the best time, and everyone was super happy with how smoothly everything went, all thanks to Sam. I couldn’t have done it without you, thank you so much!

Mi pareja y yo hemos ido a varios de los eventos que organizan y sin duda "los mejores de la Isla". Salimos muy poco de fiesta pero cuando lo hacemos no nos gustan los ambientes pesados con muchos turistas y sus móviles ...por eso nos gusta Avana y las fiestas que organizan. Buen trato en la oficinas y también el trato del personal en los locales ,camareros ,personal de entrada,seguridad..Bienvenidos a la isla y gracias!!!

I can really recommend Avana very strongly! Especially when it comes to VIP service in Ibiza, rented villas for large groups, DJ equipment, lighting for villas or luxury yachts. Everything fine! We made a trip to Formentera. That was really breathtaking! All very well organized by Avana. We also got the best VIP tables in the clubs, insider tips for good restaurants and sights, everything from a single source, stress-free and professional! Convince yourself!

Thank you for all the organization of our girls trip on my birthday in Ibiza. We had a lot of fun through avana we were even able to find a beautiful villa and host a private event at the villa with catering and artists and music system also the yacht that avana organized for us was stunning.👍 I've been here three times with avana and I felt very well looked after. Sam and Arnold organized EVERYTHING and it was super great!

Auf der Suche nach einer full-service Event Agentur sind wir auf Avana gestossen, die unseren Jungesellenabschied von A-Z organisierten. Von der Buchung unsrer Villa, einem privatem Koch, Yacht Trip nach Formentera über die Organisation eines 7 tägigen Transfer Services und verschiedener Exkursionen sowie Reservierungen in verschiedenen Restaurants und VIP Tische in den Clubs Ibizas wurde an alles gedacht. Vielen Dank für dieses rundum Paket, wir konnten Ibiza in vollen Zügen geniessen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Vor während und nach unseres JGA's zum opening Wochenende auf Ibiza eine top Betreuung durch Arnold und sein Team! Die Villa war ein Traum und das DJ Equipment konnten wir direkt dazu bekommen. Da der Bräutigam selbst DJ ist, war die gute Stimmung vorprogrammiert. Der Yacht Tag nach Formentera hat das ganze noch abgerundet. Ein Rund um Sorglos Paket der besonderen Art und Weise.
