Very comfortable stay in this aparthotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, beds comfortable, the apartment has everything you need, clean and modern. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Good location in Sant Antoni.

In the past few years, me and my family and our friends have been to this Aparthotel many times and we’ve always liked it a lot! The location is good, the staff is always very friendly, and the apartments are well equipped. Additionally, we decided to try the breakfast for the first time this year and the staff always added new food and made sure everything was available for the guests. There is also a room in the lobby filled with comfortable seating and relaxing spaces for the Aparthotel guests and a supermarket which is directly accessible through said seating room. The parking space right in front of the hotel is usually always fully occupied; however, there is a big parking space very close to the hotel which has lots of parking spaces.

Séjour de 3 jours dans cet appart-hôtel avec deux adolescents, la chambre/appart est conforme aux photos, il faut prévoir quelques courses pour pouvoir y cuisiner (sel, poivre, huile d’olives, épices …) Seul bémol, la piscine est à 100m de la résidence principale

Experiencia molt bona. Apartaments molt be. Destacar la bona atenció de la recepcionista Victoria, que ha estat molt amable i atenta i ens ha fet recomanacions molt bones. Si tornem per la zona repetirem segur!

Belle surprise pour cet appartement prenium au dernier étage, vue mer avec une grande terrasse. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. La Clim et la wifi fonctionnent bien. Le ménage a été fait chaque jour. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La supérette en bas de l’hôtel est appréciable. La piscine (a 2 rues) est très agréable et très profonde. Pas trop de monde, mon fils s’y est éclaté. Seul bémol pour le petit dej qui est assez sommaire et pas de qualité incroyable.

Eu e minha esposa estávamos em busca de um café da manhã e achamos esse lugar perfeito. Café Sensacional. Buffet por 15€ tudo incluso café gostoso, suco de laranja delicioso, pão fofinho com a casquinha crocante, variados queijos gostosos, geleia caseira…Ótimo atendimento ❤️

Apartamento cómodo, con buen aire acondicionado. Buen servicio. Personal de trato excelente. Colchones mejorables y bañera de difícil entrada y salida. Desayuno variado, bueno, pero hemos echado de menos las ensaimadas y un café en condiciones.

For a big group, this place was amazing, really friendly all the way through, accommodating with everything we asked for. Very cheap for what we got, which included a lovely breakfast. Shop downstairs was perfect and a pretty cheap hotel bar! Would absolutely recommend it for a group.

Just returned from staying in these lovely Apartments. The Manager and Receptionist were both very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 balconies. The apartment was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable too. Great location with bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the main strip was just a short taxi ride away. We would definitely stay in these apartments again. A special thanks to The Manager, Anna for a wonderful stay.

SCORRETTI! Ho prenotato tramite il più famoso sito online una camera per me e la mia famiglia con colazione inclusa gratuita grazie al programma Genius. Sono stata contattata dal sito stesso qualche giorno dopo che mi comunica un errore da parte della struttura rispetto la colazione, riferiscono che non è prevista, non la fanno, la servono fino ad agosto. Ovviamente prima di rispondere mi sono documentata riferendo a quest'ultimo che possono verificare anche loro e la colazione c'è, la fanno, e costa 12 euro. Quindi il sito dopo aver sentito la struttura, mi riferisce che possono concedermi la colazione servita in camera con caffè e brioche. Devo dire grazie al sito del cambio struttura e del rimborso ma la scorrettezza Dell hotel devo farla presente. Io avevo una prenotazione CON COLAZIONE GRATUITA. VERGOGNA.

Lindo hotel :) Camas cómodas, buena ducha y cuenta con lo necesario para alojarse unos días. Buena ubicación y parking público justo en el ingreso. El personal muy amable, la señora es muy amorosa.

Appena entrati ci è sembrato molto buono anche se è apparsa una forte puzza di vecchio. |Durante la settimana calendario delle pulizie non rispettato e non perfetto ( pavimento del bagno sempre sporco).|Hanno però rimediato agli errori scusandosi molto gentilmente.|Colazione minimal ma buona come qualità del cibo ma scarsa organizzazione (solo una persona in sala, per preparare caffè, servire ai tavoli e sparecchiare). |Wi-fi scarso, bagno con la tendina nella doccia che neanche negli ostelli.|Posizione buona, abbastanza centrale ma in zona tranquilla e vicina al mare.|La piscina è situata in un altro edificio peró è comoda, bella e tenuta molto bene ma non c’è mai il bagnino

Esperienza non eccellente. Servizio colazione scadente (poco personale e buffet non sempre riempito, anzi, spesso vuoto). Wi-Fi non funzionante. Doccia in bagno chiusa da tendina che neanche in un hotel 2 stelle. Acqua calda che finiva alla 4 doccia (eravamo in cinque). Odore cattivo. Pulizie non perfette. Posizione strategica. Non ci tornerei.

Bilocale con camera da letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli (fatti a divano) in soggiorno. Elettrodomestici e arredamento nuovo , colorato ben scelto.|Bagno pulito, box doccia ampio. |Ma la cosa più bella: ultimo piano, terrazza enorme con tavolo sedie e due lettini da cui potersi godere il tramonto. Nessun intoppo nel soggiorno. Gentili alla reception, efficienti nella prenotazione del servizio taxi.|Da tornare!

Staff are fantastic.room good and clean. It's a fair walk to main attractions but taxis are available outside.breakfast was ok,but little repetitive,don't expect a full english.but I have to stay the staff there were helpful and polite.overall a nice clean place and would definitely come again.

Would not recommend. Other than great location (which is hard to appreciate when they don’t have a room for you the first night). Myself and 3 friends to stay at the Poniente Playa Apartments in Ibiza from Saturday 6th July to Wednesday 10th July. We were advised that our room would be ready from 15:00, and one of the members of our party went to check in at 15:15. She was told that the room was not ready and advised to return in 30mins. She did as advised but the room was still not ready. As a group, we then returned to the apartments at 16:30 but was again advised that the room wasn’t ready due to ‘poor cleaners.’ I was asked to provide reception with my mobile number so I could be called when the room was available. After a further 30mins, I had not been called, so we again returned to again be told that the room wasn’t ready. We were given no further information why this was the case other than the room not being ready. We returned to the apartments at 17:30, over 2hrs after our room should’ve been available, we were told that we did not have a room at the Poniente Playa Apartments for the night and had instead been booked into Le Mirage. We were not notified of this via phone call as promised. Furthermore, if we were advised of this sooner it could’ve spared us multiple trips back and forth to the apartments, which was unnecessarily time-consuming. The reception staff ordered us a taxi from the Poniente Playa Apartments to take us to Le Mirage, which was the least that they could do. However, when we arrived at Le Mirage, there was no reception and therefore no way for us to access our temporary room. We tried to contact Le Mirage on the numbers provided outside but received no response. We were therefore left with no choice but to return to the Poniente Playa Apartments. When we arrived back at the Poniente Playa Apartments the reception staff attempted to simply send us back to Le Mirage with one of their staff members, despite us telling them that there was no personnel at Le Mirage. After we refused to do this, the reception team reluctantly agreed to check us into Le Mirage online, which took a further 30mins. After this was completed, and we were given an access code for our temporary room, the staff at the Poniente Playa Apartments offered to send another cab for us. However, considering we were advised that this would take 2mins by one staff member, and 10-20mins by another staff member, we decided to walk back to Le Mirage. 4.5hrs after our room at the Poniente Playa Apartments should have been ready we arrived at Le Mirage and missed the event we had booked for the night. It was very apparent that the room at Le Mirage was not the same standard as the room that we had booked at the Poniente Playa Apartments. There was no swimming pool and the bathroom drains did not drain properly. After a night in accommodation that we did not book to stay in, we arrived at the Poniente Playa Apartments the following morning (Sunday 7th July). We were offered a room with a sea view or simply ‘another room.’ We opted for the room with a sea view to then be told that this wasn’t available and we had to have an alternative room, which begs the question why this was offered in the first place. Unsurprisingly, we enquired where a complaint could be made, and the staff were ‘unable’ to provide their complaints procedure, I managed to find a contact email but to no surprise I have had no response. We also spoke to several other guests throughout our stay at poniente playa who were also being messed around in regards to check in. Would not recommend.

Many thanks to this accomodation in San Antonio. The staff working there are fantastic, from reception and cleaners, to managers, waiters of the coffee shop and everyone. I loved the service. Another big plus is the cleaning service. Everything very clean and they even cleaned the room during our stay of 4 nights, upon our request. Price is alright for Ibiza and location is great. The only negative thing was the sofa-bed in the room that we got. I am not sure if all of them will be like ours but it was surprisingly hard, it doesn't seem an adequate furniture to sleep on. I suggest the business getting new ones.

Just come back from a girls weekend trip, cannot complain we had loads of space with an apartment to have a drink before we went out, a fridge to store our bits and pieces. Pool was big enough. Room was clean, it is old fashioned but honestly we paid so little for the weekend we weren’t expecting modern. Overall really good hotel if you want a budget weekend sun in Ibiza.

Esperienza terribile. Abbiamo contattato telefonicamente per poter fare il check-in dopo mezzanotte e ci è stato detto che era possibile. All’arrivo alle 2 di notte in reception ci è stato detto che avevano dato via la nostra camera (già pagata). Abbiamo dovuto insistere per poter ottenere il rimborso di quanto pagato. L’assistenza per la ricerca di una nuova sistemazione è stata pessima e nessuno dei due dipendenti dell’hotel si è scusato o si è attivato per trovare una sistemazione (a nostro carico). Veramente pessima esperienza.

A self-catering hotel in the heart of San Antonio. The rooms were pretty nice, clean and well equipped. We had two balconies overlooking a building next door. The kitchen also had a toaster, kettle, microwave and hobs. The sofa beds in the main room were pretty firm but more comfortable than futon-style beds. Aircon and safe for no extra charge. Yes, it was a little loud at times and caters more to the younger party-holiday crowd. But they were not too strict unless you were extremely disruptive. For those with late flights, there is plenty of space to relax, a luggage room and showers (towels provided).

The staff was amazing and they changed for us the room because it was not suitable for us, the cleaning of the room was super clean and was quick even after changing rooms. If you get the chance try to book room 504 as it has stunning views and amazing terrace.

Si pueden te sacan hasta la sangre. Hice una reserva y por error marqué 5 en vez de 6 huéspedes para un apartamento de 6 personas. El precio en la web no variaba de 5 a 6 pero me cobraron 60€ por noche por la persona que añadimos. Me parece que dice mucho de la gestión de estos apartamentos. Finalmente cancelé toda la reserva dado que me pareció una tomadura de pelo. Menos mal que muy cerca hay otros apartamentos mucho más baratos y con mejores reseñas como los apartamentos Orvay que allí no llevan a cabo ese tipo de prácticas, son súper amables y hasta te dan las sombrilla para la playa.

Very clean and fantastic location. Taxi rank just opposite the hotel, walking distance to the strip, and above all the friendliness and hospitality of the staff was brilliant. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10, would highly recommend.

When we raised this issue, the staff's solution was for us to use the downstairs shower room. The staff even admitted that our room was not suitable for 6 people to take a shower with hot water.||Adding insult to injury, we found dog poop in the hallway one day, a shocking and unsanitary surprise. Additionally, the ongoing construction next door from 8 am onwards made it impossible for us to sleep in, a detail conveniently omitted during the booking process.||To top it off, the so-called coffee machine is not a machine, and the absence of an iron was an inconvenience. Overall, our experience was marred by a lack of hot water, cleanliness issues, noise disturbance, and inadequate amenities. We won't be recommending or returning to this establishment.

Stayed 5 nights in early April, so all amenities were not yet fully open such as swimming pool and bar! We had a family room for 4! The rooms are a good size and clean! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! It is a 10 minute walk to Cafe fro Mar and similar time to main front and harbour! Plenty of restaurants and bars close by

Muy bien ubicado, con parkings gratuitos cerca. La habitación estupenda, terraza enorme y muy muy limpio. El personal que nos hemos ido encontrando diariamente súper simpáticos y después de hacer el check out nos dejaron volver a darnos una ducha,con lo cual pudimos aprovechar el último día de playa. Muy recomendable.

Las habitaciones muy reformadas y limpias. Como malo diría que el apartamento está muy poco preparado. Tuvimos que bajar a pedir varias cosas. Tiene lo mínimo de utensilios y cosas básicas que deberiaz encontrar.

I don't understand why this has only 2 stars. From the start of the holliday to the end the staff were friendly and professional. When asked for more towels and pillows it was promptly done The rooms were clean and adequate for our needs. Si quieres “dormir” en el mismo piso que los de la serie del Cuéntame, este es tu hotel (antiguo, cutre y mal cuidado). Digo dormir entre comillas porque te vas a pasar la noche oyendo música y gritos constantes de otros huéspedes. Pura fantasía!

Wow WOW! Just back from a 4 night stay here and I am super impressed. We were greeted by the friendliest reception staff ever. The lady who checked us in had kindly reserved the top floor apartment with the large terrace- this cosy barely anything to upgrade to. We were checked in super fast too. The room was easy to find and we were greeted by a gorgeous view of the ocean. |The air conditioning wasn’t working the first night- this was sorted the next day. It was a bit hit and miss but really but the end of the world. |The apartment had everything you would need if you were self catering. The room and bathroom itself had a good layout and felt very clean and more than enough space for 4 girls. |As there were 4 girls there was a lot of mess. I only remember seeing cleaning staff once- we only asked for clean towels and cleaned the apartment before we left. |Location was spot on. A 2 minute walk from Kasbah (please eat here, the food was delicious!) and a good 5 minute walk from Cafe Mambo. |There is a shop in the hotel. It sells everything you need and is reasonably priced. |Breakfast was included. A few hot items, hot drinks, juices and a continental offering too. We all really liked this. Everything was made fresh and they kept everything well stocked. |There is a taxi rank just across from the hotel and there was always a taxi available. We took a taxi down to the harbour part and this was just under €6. A taxi to the old town was around €30 ish and the airport, just under €40. |This was my favourite stay in Ibiza and I would absolutely return to the hotel.

Mon avis est mitigé pour cet aparthotel. L'accueil est excellent et le petit déjeuner extra, il y en a pour tous les goûts ! mais la piscine n'est malheureusement pas en service alors que nous sommes fin avril... (Il aurait bien de prévenir) et il y a de très gros travaux dans l'hôtel à côté, nous avons été contraints à changer de chambre tellement il y avait du bruit à notre arrivée. D'ailleurs au niveau du bruit, l'hôtel est ancien (malgré un reno partielle) et on entend énormément les voisins, les chaises déplacées, les discussions, les chasses d'eau etc...

Not happy with this Apart hotel. Rooms not too clean- you can feel the sand when you walk barefoot in the rooms. However they’re not stingy on the linens , towels. Breakfast is boring and after having it on two consecutive days - it gets a little difficult. Housekeeping is not too great as well. They cleaned our place twice in a span of 5 days. Some of the staff were friendly. The biggest let down for me was that when you enter this hotel there are around 10 steps. So if you come with you child in a pram , be prepared to carry.

Como único punto positivo tiene la ubicación y el fácil aparcamiento, pero ha habido varias cosas que no nos han gustado:|-Nos dijeron por teléfono que a partir de las 12 podría estar la habitación ( llevamos 1 niño y 1 bebe y llegamos a San Antoni de madrugada), pero entramos a las 4 de la tarde. Cuando entramos faltaban aún cosas, entre ellas la cuna de la bebé.|- Esto realmente nos afectó: nuestro peque se puso enfermo y ellos mientras se dedicaron a mover muebles y montar habitaciones durante las noches, causando muchísimo ruido y evitando el descanso.|- Dos días ni siquiera nos limpiaron la habitación (estancia de 6 días)|- Las paredes son de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo, desde las parejas intimando, a los amigos de fiesta.||Sinceramente, no es recomendable para familias, aunque los apartamentos están relativamente bien y tienen lo justo para estar cómodo en la estancia.|

Loveliest staff here and an excellent place to stay. Close to all attractions with excellent facilities such as a pool. Rooms were very clean and spacious with comfy beds. Would definitely go back again but I cannot stress enough how kind the staff are

Nos dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado. En vez de cambiarnos a una habitación con igualdad de condiciones contratadas , el cambio fue por una habitación con un dormitorio menos . Cobrar si cobran por adelantado pero solucionar poco tarde y mal .

Myself and five friends stayed at Apartmentos Poniente Playa in Sant Antonio, Ibiza and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay, and our apartment itself had been recently renovated and was stylish and welcoming. The location was perfect for us as it is located just a ten minute walk approximately from the main strip. Our trip was greatly enhanced by our comfortable and stress free stay at Apartmentos Poniente Playa, and we would like to extend a sincere thanks to the lovely staff that made it possible.

Excellent appartments! very clean, comes with air conditionning, we got two apartments one of them in the last floor and it was renovated and very modern, try to ask to have one of these :) On the ground floor you have a supermarket where you can buy groceries and many cafés and restaurants around!

Os apartamentos ficam numa localização óptima em Sant Antoni: com acesso a praia (calò des moro) e bares interessantes, mas sem barulho ou confusão! ||O nosso quarto foi no último andar, com um enorme terraço… com direito a sunset privado!||A repetir!

Habitaciones amplias, muy limpio todo y el servicio excelente. Cuentan con una piscina a pocos metros del hotel muy acogedora. Repetiré sin dudarlo

Correcto, sin pretensiones, en general bien. Quizás, teniendo en cuenta que es agosto y plena temporada alta, hubiese dejado las obras para el final de temporada.

My cousin and I came here with my two children for few days. We can’t fault it to be honest. It was clean, had everything we needed. The receptionists were lovely. At the end of the visit we were told that even though we already checked out we can no problem leave the suitcases in the back and go to the pool and after that we could use the shower and changing rooms before going to the airport. Lovely few days. We recommend.

Un Belle hôtel bien placé où nous avons eu une chambre avec grande terrasse au 5eme étage avec vue sur la mer 👍 mais malheureusement un peu bruyant la nuit personnes qui hurle tape au portes! Et ascenseur coupe la nuit pas facile quand nous devons partir à 6h du matin avec valises et enfants ! Personnels de ménage agréable et souriant! Ainsi que personnel a l'accueil !

All'arrivo e durante tutta la settimana è stato tutto tranquillo le signore della reception cordiali, chi parlava italiano, chi lo capiva o con chi dovevi parlare in inglese. Le camere belle grandi piccole casetta ma il punto è stata la pulizia. Abbiamo dovuto girare i divani perché le coperture erano sporche. Ogni due giorni pulivano la camera ma ci siam rese conto che non pulivano, rifacevano solo i letti visto che gli asciugamani restavano la e i capelli lunghi riversi sul pavimento, da ammucchiare visto che ha tutto di un appartamento ma non ha una scopo. Non c'è phon . In pratica entravano facevano i letti e andavano via. Poi ci è successo un episodio sperdute in una cala dove ci avevano assicurato che si poteva chiamare il taxi ma invece i taxi scendevano in quel posto solo chiamati dagli alberghi. Dopo che gli alberghi li si sono rifiutati di aiutarci, come il ristorante sulla spiaggia che avevamo cenato, ci hanno dato solo un numero al quale non rispondeva nessuno, ci venne la brillante idea di chiamare il nostro albergo per capire come fare e chiedere aiuto. Ma per ben due volte alla richiesta di non sappiamo come fare ci occorre un taxi qua giù ci può aiutare, dicendo chi eravamo e il numero della stanza, ci hanno staccato il telefono in faccia. Siamo riuscite a risolvere dopo 2 ore, da sole giù una montagna dove si preannunciava di dormire in spiaggia e al mattino dopo avevamo l'aereo di ritorno ,insomma eravamo preoccupate. Al rientro il albergo il primo pensiero di dire al portiere quanto era statl pessimo, e al primo momento ha finto di non ricordare, poi come sn scesi altri clienti ha cominciato a sbraitare. In una terra straniera credo vhe chiunque meriti aiuto, al di là della bassezza della gente di quel posto, ma il portiere dell albergo è stato il peggiore. Ne richiamate ,ne spiegato che nn poteva fare niente e ne aiutato a trovare una soluzione.

Fuimos 6 personas para un fin de semana y la verdad es que volvemos encantados con el hotel, como establecimiento, y el trato por parte del recepcionista Pere. Destacar sobretodo la amabilidad y atención de Natalia y Will en la zona de la piscina los cuales fueron extraordinariamente amables con nosotros. De volver a Ibiza, intentaría volver a alojarme en estos apartamentos. Gracias por todo!

Personal de recepción genial pero ubicación un poco mala. Habitación Normalita pero aceptable

Apartamento para 4 adultos y 2 niños. Muy limpio, buena recepción y personal súper atento. La equipación de la habitación con nevera, microondas, lavavajillas y televisión smart. La piscina del hotel está bien, es profunda en todos los sitios (2,10m hasta 2,6m) y la de los niños de 0,60m. Cierra a las 18:30 y tiene un bar para tomar desde un cocktail a una cerveza. Hemos estado 2 veces y siempre ha estado fenomenal. Debajo del hotel hay un supermercado y abre hasta a las 23h. Cerca de café Del Mar y mambo.

Arrived here for a weeks stay. Upon arrival we was greeted by the most miserable, unhelpful and rudest member of staff I have ever come across in my life at the reception desk her name was Anna. ||||We paid to be upgraded to the terrace rooms with JET2 to be told by Anna when we get there that the rooms are taken and the hotel is at “full capacity” we went to room 510, what waited for us behind that door was hell. The room it’s self was the smallest 1 bedroom apartment i have ever seen it shouldn’t even be classed as a 1 bedroom it’s that small.||||The room it’s self, had 2 single beds for me and my girlfriend… then the window in the bedroom wouldn’t lock and kept opening it’s self with a small gust of wind, on the other side of the window was a staircase, which in the 2 hours of us in the room several people was walking past our bedroom and nosing in and the safe didn’t work either. There was no wardrobe and storage for clothes and suitcases. The toilet seat was loose and turning the tap on you would have to wait 10 seconds before anything come out ||||We went down to Anna on reception to ask if there really wasn’t any other rooms for us to move to. All of a sudden the terrace rooms was then available after we was told the hotel was “full” she told us we could move to the terrace rooms for €35 a night after we already paid for the upgrade. She swore blind that the hotel was completely full. This woman is a complete and utter liar, we told her we was going to ring JET2 about this and again all of a sudden like it was magic a room become free, the room was next door. In the space of 3 hours the hotel went from being full to then having rooms. We then moved next door to 511, which was so much better. Am not sure why this woman was being so awkward about this if you want anything sorting on reception go to Sherry as you will get top quality service. ||||The cleaners are non existent, we ended up cleaning our room our selves on 2 occasions. ||||The pool isn’t too bad, it’s about a 1 minute walk away from the hotel. However the bar at the pool is card only and the snacks are only pizza and nachos. ||||Supermarket is quite handy downstairs, but there is a supermarket about 2 minutes away which is cheaper and has more options so I’d suggest going there instead. ||||For food I highly recommend going Fatsos couldn’t fault the place with all the meals we had there, fairly priced as well.

It’s a nice place to stay. The rooms are decent and the staff are always on hand. Nothing out of the world but nothing negative. The shower was pretty good in our apartment though. It’s 5 minutes walking distance from Cafe del Mar and Cafe Mambo, 10/15 to the San An strip and the bus station as well. It’s also a 2 minute walk from a lively small patch of beach which is great at all times of the day, especially sunset. It does have a pool and it’s over the road. It’s not really a big deal to get to it at all, although it does open at 11am and close at 6pm so if you want to sit by a pool for longer it might not be for you. Overall we were really happy with our stay and would stay again.

Excelente en todo, ubicación, amplitud , y limpieza del apartamento. El personal desde recepcionistas hasta empleadas de limpieza muy profesionales y amables. Además disponen de un pequeño supermercado en la planta baja que te saca de cualquier apuro, aunque por los alrededores hay muchos tipos de comercios. Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Buona la posizione della struttura, a pochi isolati dal mare, da locali interessanti, come il Cafe del Mar, e da uno dei punti più belli per ammirare il tramonto. Qualità delle camere media, con letti piccoli e non esattamente comodi. Nel complesso va bene per una vacanza tra amici o uno stop di qualche giorno. Prezzo un po’ alto rispetto ai servizi della struttura. La piscina si trova in una zona separata a circa 100 metri dagli appartamenti.

This place has no respect for their clients. For 3 days we’ve been woken up with building works in the other apartments starting in the morning. We have addressed it the first day at the reception, but nothing has been done about it. If you want a good sleep, this is not the place.

Surprisingly stylish and chic and in the up and coming Calo Des Moro sunset Bay Area. Big airy rooms with nice design touches. Spotlessly clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. There’s a pool bar that is fun and affordable. A young and fun apartment hotel that also attracts families and couples from all over Europe. Can’t beat it for value and location. Best sunsets and great coastal walks, but still easy walking distance to the bars and clubs, if that’s your thing. Plenty of free parking too. Will definitely go back to this affordable gem of a place… hasta la vista baby

Por habitación o alojamiento no tengo ningún comentario pero por el servicio deja mucho que desear...acabo de presenciar como una persona miembro del equipo del hotel sale a llamar la atención de muy malas formas a unos trabajadores ajenos a ellos .....que estaban comiendo enfrente de sus apartamentos ya que tienen una hora para comer....gritandoles que se fueran que daban mal imagen.....perdona mal imagen tu que sales con tan pocos modales a gritar a unos pobres trabajadores....tú eres también trabajadora y seguro k no te gustaría que te tratarán con tan poco respeto y tan poca educación maja asik reflexiona un poquito bonita por que ante todo respeto y educación

Apartamentos muy fríos , reserve para 3 personas y la tercera cama te la tienes que montar tu cuando llegas. El termo de agua caliente de la ducha apenas dura para 1 persona. La ducha sin cortina y la bañera muy bonita pero sin tapón ni agua caliente para llenarlo. El aire acondicionado no calienta. Si dejas el aire encendido a temp. hambiente para cuando regreses, el servicio entra en la habitación y te lo apaga. Muchos ruidos durante la noche, gente gritando por los pasillos del hotel. La tele no funcionaba. Calidad precio no compensa. Vistas del apartamento a los vecinos.

Precio más que correcto para la ubicación que tiene. Parking gratuito en el exterior lo cual es muy importante. A escasos dos minutos de la playa, wifi correcto.|En el apartamento se echaba de menos tabla para cortar en la cocina y un secador de pelo en el baño.|Desde recepción la chica llamada Ana te ayuda con todo|El único pero sería que las paredes son finas y se escucha a todo lo que se hace en las habitaciones vecinas

Muy buena atención, los apartamentos son majos y amplios incluso para 3 personas, baño completo y amplio, todo muy limpio. Sólo le falta un parking privado. La decoración a mí me chirría un poco, pero sobre gustos no hay nada escrito.

La piscine se trouve de l’autre côté de la rue.|Climatisation très bruyante et pas rassurante, pas de pression dans la douche. Balcon horriblement sale avec des chaussettes cachées de partout.. Étrange.. |Seul vrai point positif, l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel !|Je ne recommande pas.|D’autres hôtels sont mieux pour le même prix !

Un sitio antiguo con el estilo de años 70 como la mayoría de los hoteles antiguos. Un sitio muy limpio con la gente amable. En las habitaciones no falta nada. Un sitio muy tranquilo. Las toallas huelen de maravilla.

Apartamento reformado. Tiene lo necesario. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Personal muy atento y amable.

El apartamento está bien de tamaño, el baño es grande y cómodo. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia, le falta un congelador. La habitación tiene un armario grande pero sin vestir. En general está bien pero mejorable. La piscina no está en el mismo complejo de apartamentos, está cruzando una calle.

Atención excelente por parte de la señora de recepcion, apartamento muy bien situado, cómodo para grupos grande, por poner una pega la terraza era pequeña, y un muy buen detalle te dejan sombrillas para la playa,

Trato excelente, trabajadores muy agradables. Solicitamos un cambio de colchón y en 10 minutos, nos lo cambiaron. Muy limpio, y estancia muy agradable. Nos guardaron las maletas durante todo el día. Y nos dejaron duchar. Volveremos

Excelente. Muy buena ubicación, en una zona tranquila, pero muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes, locales para tomar una copa y a pocos minutos andando del centro. Sin problemas de aparcamiento.La habitación fantástica, amplia, con una gran terraza y unas vistas al mar increíbles. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio, y las zonas comunes eran limpiadas continuamente. El trato de Ana, inmejorable, súper atenta, simpática, buenas recomendaciones. Poder llevar a nuestra mascota termina de hacerlo el sitio perfecto. Para nosotros, relación calidad/precio, un 10. Volveremos.

Estuvimos en agosto con nuestro perro y nos dió mucha pena irnos. Todo fue perfecto, desde el apartamento hasta el servicio. La limpieza a destacar, y la especial atención a la desinfección de las áreas comunes y demás actuaciones para la salud. Volveremos.

Sitio tranquilo y una habitación maravillosa, con una terraza enorme con vistas al mar. El trato de todo el personal estupendo y muy amables. Recomendable 100%.

Alloggio perfetto, ampio con balcone, pulitissimo. Stanze belle e simpatiche con i loro colori, bagno ampio e cucina completa. Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare dove si può ammirare un tramonto stupendo!!! Prezzo super conveniente.

Clean, big rooms with A+ air conditioning, comfortable beds and (sleep-)sofas, very nice receptionists and a restaurant on the ground level. The food is hella delicious and pretty cheap regarding that you're on a party island. Close to the beach, a supermarket, multiple restaurants, city center and taxi station. 10/10 would go again.

Soggiornato solo una notte con un gruppo di amici, devo dire di aver trovato tutto il necessario ed essermi trovato bene.||Struttura che si trova vicino alla spiaggia, ai supermarker e tutti gli altri servizi.||Camere ben dotate con tutto il necessario, reception disponibile.||Per il prezzo pagato davvero molto convenievole.

Nos dijeron podiamos dejar la habitacion a la 13:00 para luego decirnos que a las 11:00, al no haber etiquetas de "no molesten" en la puerta, pues entran unas limpiadoras como pedro por su casa y sin avisar, se anuncian como que tienen parking y piscina, y ni el parking es suyo y la piscina tienes que andar 100 metros de calle para llegar.

Con lo super economico que nos salio, no esperabamos gran cosa, pero muy muy bien, el apartamento super grande, todo muy limpio, buen servicio y bien situado, la verdad repetiria.||||Para dormir, muy bien, la zona tranquila y si hay guiris te mandan a otra planta donde no esten ellos.||||Por cierto tasa turistica de 2,50 por persona y noche.

Hemos de ser sinceros. El trato de la recepcionista es genial además de profesional. La estancia en el apartamento estupenda ya que es un sitio relajado y sin muchos altercados. Pero tened cuidado con las fianzas ya que por desgracia a mi me a tocado ir a la guardia civil y al propio hostal para reclamar de que me habían quitado el dinero de la fianza. Sin romper ni dañar nada. Su argumento fue que habían "pelos" en la habitación. Los pelos eran de mi perra de 4 kg de peso sin mata de pelo. Aún pagando la estancia de la perra en el hostal. La gobernanta para intentar evitar devolvernos la fianza se excusó en que teníamos que solicitar una escoba para barrer. Debido a que era una queja sin argumentos de peso ante la ley y a que nosotros seguimos en la isla que trabajamos aquí nos han devuelto el dinero sin mucho más reclamo que el propio susto del incidente. Pero ojo clientes, vigilen ese aspecto del aparta hostal. Ya que quizás deban solicitar escobas para que no les quiten 100€ de fianza. O en caso contrario ir a reclamar lo que es de cada uno.

Pedimos dos apartamentos y uno de ellos era imposible para dormir. Olía fatal, a pescado!!! Tuvimos que coger los colchones y meterlos en el otro apartamento, no había más habitaciones disponibles según nos dijeron así que nos tuvimos que apañar. Algo positivo a decir es que estaba limpio. Por la mañana bajamos a desayunar a la cafetería y madre mía estuvimos una hora de reloj esperando, muy mala la atención y muy lentos para hacer 4 desayunos, un desastre! No volvería.

Tal como lo esperábamos. Lo único a saber es que la piscina no está en las mismas instalaciones y cierra a las 18h. Lo recomendaría si como nosotras vais a visitar la isla en coche o moto, si queréis vistas al mar no es el lugar. Si vais de fiesta pasad al menos una noche en los pubs de Sant Antoni, a pocos minutos andando del apartamento. El día del check-out por la tarde nos dejaron ducharnos y arreglarnos y nos prestaron toallas.

Apartaments molt aprop del Cafe del Mar, i 10min del centre. Apartaments sencills, pero amb totes les prestacions, tot i que sents els apartament del costat o del pis de dalt. Molt bona qualitat/preu. Molt bon servei, a la recepció, i per poder deixar les maletes i dutxa el dia de sortida. El bar/restaurant obre tard per poder esmorzar, pero just davant hi ha un bar. El nostre apartament de 4, tenia una habitació de matrimoni, amb un petit balcó, i al menjador dos sofàs llit, a part del bany i cuina, i un petit balcó també.

Apartamentos cómodos y limpios. Personal de 10. Limpieza cada dos días, pero bien.

Igene e pulizia della casa pessimo e maleodorante.||Servizio alla clientela scarso e di poco rispetto.||Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 6 persone e ci siamo ritrovati un appartamento per 5 con 5 posti letto invece di 6 e uno di noi ha dovuto dormite sul divano perché non disponevano di appartamenti da 6 posti letto.||In più abbiamo pagato un extra rispetto al prezzo stabilito non solo per la persona in più ma anche perché si erano sbagliati sul checkout.

Hotel discreto 3stelle molto carino buona la pulizia.molto disponibili i proprietari.lo consiglio soprattutto x la ottima posizione spiaggia a 100 metri e stazionamento dei bus..tutte le direzioni vicino..che è molto importante.ibiza centro dista da san antoni circa 30 minuti. Le strade sono comode e belle da percorrere.del resto quest isola è stupenda.c è da girare tanto e scoprirla tutta.a noi 4 giorni nn sono bastati.ma ci torneremo.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia al Poniente allora cosa dire, staff meraviglioso gentile disponibile, dalla reception al bar al ristorante, stanza molto accogliente pulizia buona comunque ci ritornerei posto molto centrale con parcheggio e piscina

Terrasse avec vue sur la mer très jolie. Sinon appartement loué pour 6 personnes, nous n'avions que 4 chaises, 4 assiettes etc etc... coupure d'électricité et d'eau, et ascenseur toujours en panne, 5 étages à monter à pied avec les enfants... Il faut traverser le parking auto et la route pour aller à la piscine qui ferme à 18h30... Bref je ne recommande pas.

There is a really unpleasent bodyguard during the nights. He didn’t want to let in my boyfriend and accused us that we have some another people sleeping in our room. Everything because he had a little bit damaged wristband. Then when we payed 30 € for next wristband all the problems suddenly disappeard and we could go in to our room and sleep...

El dpto que nos tocó tenía muy buena decoración con una terraza super grande y una vista a la playa estupenda. Muy cómodo y la atención del personal de recepción muy agradable.

Appena tornata da un viaggio con amiche e abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura.||Appartamento posto al 2° piano tutto sommato abbastanza decente ma nei 3 giorni di permanenza non sono venuti ne a cambiare gli asciugamani e ne a svuotare il cestino dell'immondizia. Dire che c'è casino è poco e non oso immaginare nei mesi di Luglio ed Agosto ( PER FORTUNA AVEVO PORTATO I TAPPI ).....solamente inglesi ubriaconi che girano a petto nudo e scalzi mentre le ragazze non si fanno problemi a dare di stomaco tranquillamente nel posteggio davanti all'ingresso!!!!!! Insomma la struttura potrebbe anche andare ma chi ci alloggia no. Inoltre per prendere il pulman per recarsi in altri posti tipo Ibiza o Playa den Bossa, la struttura dista quasi 20 minuti a piedi dalla fermata più bisogna aggiungere mai meno di 30 minuti di pulman....insomma si perde tanto tempo se ci si vuole spostare.||Una cosa positiva però e che pagando 50€ in + ci hanno lasciato la camera fino alle 18 del pomeriggio dato che il volo era stato spostato alla sera tardi.

Stayed for 4 days at the beginning of June. I stayed here 4 years ago, so I had an idea of what to expect. Well firstly, if you want a quiet holiday and a bedtime of 8pm then this is the place for you. There is a miserable old man on reception at nights and he walks around the hotel putting his ear to the doors, trying to see if anyone is breathing too loudly so he can have a moan. He banged on our room and screamed at us that he was calling the police....running around the hotel in your boxers. chasing an angry spanish man isn't my idea of a holiday. Apparently you can't even talk in your room after hours because he doesn't like any noise. Even though the loudest thing I heard all week was him screaming up and down the corridors at people. Someone needs to tell him to calm down a little, I worry for his ticker. The security guard who walks around is a decent guy and we didn't have any problems with him to be honest. He was reasonable. Also, if you want to take anyone back to the hotel who isn't staying there (even friends who want to crash) be prepared to pay anywhere between 20-50 euros pp/night....depending on how much they want to rip you off. We didn't have clean towels, bedding or our sheets changed during the 4 days. The cleaners didn't come to the room once and we had to go and get our own toilet roll. Then during check out, they had the cheek to ask us to go up and clean the room because the cleaners weren't happy with the room (haha the irony). So if you are going to Ibiza for the summer and you consider yourself a fun and happy person then I'd stay elsewhere. But if you are going to Ibiza to read a book, you don't like loud noises and you have the personality of a potato....this is the place for you.

Una vergüenza! Calefacción rota, extractor de humo roto, duchas de 5 mn o te quedas helado! Apagón en todos los apartamentos +3 horas. Personal no cualificado, muy desagradables! Piscina cerrada te mandan a otra de un hostal que esta lejitos y encima llena de yonkis... No vuelvo a ir en mi vida! Estuvimos 3 dias somos una familia de 2 adultos y 4 niños muy pequeños.

Appartamenti molto graziosi. Vicinissimi al mare. Con tutto l'occorrente per vivere: zona soggiorno con TV frigo pentolame vario microonde divano tavolo sedie. Bagno con vasca. Camera da letto minimal. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Pronto a risolvere un problema che ci è capitato: nel nostro caso avevamo in programma di affittare delle mountain bike e girare la costa ma vanno prenotate per tempo che la mattina stessa era tutto esaurito. Fortuna la signora della reception ha risolto tutto dopo varie telefonate. Consigliato vivamente

Apartamentos que están bien,estava limpio, cocina pequeña, las habitaciones están bien,la piscina muy pequeña,estubimos solo dos noches todo bastante correcto,cerca hay una cala para banyarte, también está cerca el café Mambo donde se ve una puesta de sol espectacular, i el paseo marítimo

Personal muy atento y amable. La habitación era preciosa y muy limpia y ordenada. Además, vistas espectaculares y situado en un sitio céntrico, a 10 minutos de la estación de autobuses a pie, un supermercado debajo y también un bar y piscina privada. Excelente, volveré.

Fuimos dos días 6 personas, y aunque las vistas de la terraza son espectaculares (solo por eso merece un poco la pena), el apartamento era escaso en todos los sentidos....no había menaje de cocina para las 6 personas, ni suficiente papel higienico...ni siquiera un poco de jabón para la cocina....y si bajas al supermercado que esta justo debajo, los precios son muy caros...los "vecinos" muy muy ruidosos y casi todos borrachos...la piscina no la vimos, pero esta en otro edificio. No lo recomendaría ni volveria.

Hemos estado unos dias. El apartamento nos parecio bien excepto por el menaje de la cocina , es excaso sobre todo si te alojas mas de cuatro personas.||En otros apartamentos en los que hemos estado hay un poco de lavavajillas, estropajo.... alli nada te lo tienes que comprar y si lo haces en la tienda de abajo no te sorprendas de los precios, es caro.
