There’s positives and negatives on the apts but overall I would stay there again. It’s tucked away in more of a residential type area but 350mtrs from a small beach and where everyone watches the sunset. It’s a 12 minute walk to the bus station and from the beach area you can walk along Sunset strip into town (past Mambos) or you can walk through the streets. There are small supermarkets nearby and there is a massive supermarket about 10 minutes walk. Pharmacy on the corner. It was a brilliant base for us. I travelled in October 2025. The apartment was a bit tired in places. The electric socket just came out of the wall every time we unplugged anything in the lounge. The shower would run boiling hot for no apparent reason (not when we were using another tap in the apartment). The apartment was quite sparse but totally adequate. The option of having a thin blanket would have been good in October especially as some days it rained loads. It does not have a hairdryer so don’t get caught out (most UK places do). I went end of season when a few other “older” people went. So a mix of very young and old - everyone was welcome. On balance, it is excellent value for money.

Found this hotel by accident, I would definitely recommend, from the welcome we got on arrival from paddy , the brilliant rep Nic who helped with loads of suggestions of where to go , and just stopping by for a chat , such a friendly, professional young lady , a credit to jet 2 . The rooms are lovely and clean , food in the restaurant is very good , the lasagna was one of the best ! The family who own this hotel also cannot do enough for you ! It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time .. many thanks to you all

This hotel run by a family who are very friendly. Staff are great. Good location near a beach 5/10 walk to west end, or Mambo. Bar/restaurant have good food at decent prices. Can get rowdy but it is a VIBE holiday but if people step out of line they are dealt with fitm but fairby staff. 2 min walk to Ibiza Rocks. Only bookable by Jet2. Rooms are well fitted out modern with everything. Cooker/ fridge/microwave. Free aircon and safe. Pool area and bar getting totally renovated for 2026. |Staff and Jet2 rep Nic can't do enough for you. Heard a few moans about cleaners. Rooms are spotless . Cleaners will clean your room but not if your lying in bed all day !

Wow, what a place. A group of 3 of us stayed here 19th - 25th September, and although it's only officially a 1 star hotel, I could not have asked for a better experience with this place. It is miles better than a 1 star in my mind. It's simple but very very cheerful. The apartments were recently refurbished and are absolutely spot on. Clean, tidy, modern and well set out. We had two apartments next to each other on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. The staff were unreal, really pleasant and warm and inviting. There is a small-ish intimate bar/restaurant area which has really good vibes. Can definitely feel the family run, friendly and carefree atmosphere here; locals often stop in for a drink and a chat as well. The food is spot on, with plenty options on the menu and we enjoyed everything we ordered. You can buy cigarettes and vapes in the bar area too. During the day tech house tunes play at the pool and not much else goes on really. There's an outdoor bar to save having to go indoors constantly for drinks. There is a plentiful drinks selection as well. I would say this hotel is definitely aimed towards a certain demographic: if you are a family looking for a chilled out stay, do not come here. If you are young, enjoy partying and playing techno through the night without fear of people grumbling, come here. Although the actual amenities on offer perhaps lack slightly, hence the 1 star rating, the hotel fulfills absolutely everything someone would want from a music and party fuelled Ibiza holiday, and does it extremely well. It's situated slightly out of the way , but is only a 5 mins taxi journey or 10 mins walk from the main strip in San Antonio. There is a side entrance after I think 1am since the main bar/reception closes past this time. To put things into perspective,we stayed in a different 3 star hotel on our final night (we decided to stay an extra night but there was no space here) and we absolutely hated it compared to Laura S'atalya. It had better facilities, but the staff weren't as warm and inviting. We actually ended up coming back to Laura S'atalya to drink and chat in the bar with the staff here as the vibes were so much better! But there's one thing that absolutely set this hotel apart as brilliant, and made our hotel stay 100x better. And that's Patrick. He checked us in, and looked after us the entire stay. He's absolutely brilliant. We spent countless hours in the bar chatting with him (between going out to the various clubs etc) and he was just an absolute legend. Gave us many recommendations, stories, information, booked us taxis, and even looked after me when I was dying of hangover one day by sending up toast and drinks for me! Honestly cannot say how much this guy changed our holiday for us, an absolute asset to Laura S'atalya! Cheers Patrick, can't wait to come back next year ♥️

Very well run family hotel. But very lively. But good fun.

Couldn’t really fault this place, would definitely recommend and book again ! Great if you’re in Ibiza for the clubs or just a chill holiday. The rooms themselves are really nice and modern the self catering was great for us, you clean towels everyday which was great but not a room clean not that it bothered us. The staff are super friendly and the pool bar/bar has decent food and cocktails. The location is great - there’s a supermarket just down the road and you’re right round the corner from Ibiza rocks, taxis to the main clubs aren’t too expensive and you can walk from O beach. Only downfall I would say is no lift which is okay apart from lugging your case up the stairs and the location, if you get a transfer they drop you at the bus stop about a 5 minute walk from the apartments which isn’t so bad. Would definitely return !

Family week away with our 19 and 22 year old. Booked as reviews good for a budget hotel. |Good location. Less than a mile walk to beach front. Good location for bus station. |Staff very friendly. Lovely welcome and free shot. €20 deposit but got back at end of stay. Free safe. Well equipped kitchen. |Noisy hotel due to lots of young adult and some less cosiderate ones early morning shouting and screaming. Staff controlled them well. |Cleaning poor. Rooms not cleaned all week. Had to request clean towels and toilet roll and to empty overflowing bins. Did get what I requested but it's a shame this was not done without asking. |Food and drinks round pool very good and excellent value for money. |The 2 young lads working pool were excellent and polite and friendly. |Overall a good 2 star. We wouldn't choose to stay again will leave that for young unsure.

Great stay for a friends group holiday. We were very impressed to say this is 2.5 rating. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is no lift in this hotel so something to note if you struggle with stairs. We had 2 very clean, modern apartments- just what we needed for a 4 night stay. Very spacious with plenty of room for suitcases etc and found the safe very useful and free of charge! The kitchen is useful however there is no oven so hobs were mainly used. |Location is perfect for all the prime locations in San Antonio. Only a short walk to mambos and the bus station where you can get to all the major clubs.||*The rooms didn’t get cleaned very often. We got clean towels on some days but bedding wasn’t changed. This wasn’t so much of a problem for 4 nights. Our bins didn’t get changed until I asked the cleaning lady. This is a bit of an issue for a self catering hotel*||Overall we had a great stay and would look to come back here in the future.

We went for the sun and pool. Didn't disappoint. Don't go with the map they give you for bus drop off. Bus drops you at top of a hill. Don't go down 1st Hill. Take the 2nd on left. Straight down to bottom and turn left. Staff are great..Family owned business who also own the supermarket next door. Prices are good. Rooms are basic but adequate. Free room safe. Need to replace some of the older sunbeds. Go right at front door up to roundabout then 2nd left for beach. 10 mins walk. Carry on round to go to Mambo cafe. Sit on the benches and enjoy the sunset. We had a great time.

Brilliant location (close to Mambo, beaches, San Antonio west end, supermarkets)|Staff (bar and reception) were fantastic; friendly and helpful! |Rooms were basic- we had a studio on the ground floor/ it had lots of ANTS.|Apartments were basic but comfortable/ excellent bathrooms. |Our room was not cleaned once- I had to ask for the beds to be changed and had to constantly ask for towels and had to leave the bin outside! Meant the ants got worse! |NOISE- all night music, partying and people dragging suitcases as there are no lifts.|Does the job on a budget but in future I think I’ll spend the extra for a decent night’s sleep and a clean room!

This family run accommodation was fab for our girly holiday to Ibiza. The rooms were self catering and set up nicely, enough room for the 3 of us. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The food was SO nice, we were pleasantly surprised. The pool area was great for us too with an outdoor bar so we didn't have to keep going inside. We would definitely return here again. Overall the hotel staff were really friendly, the pool area was basic but all that you needed and the pool was big, the rooms were large with great aircon and we had a huge balcony area too, the food and drink options were good and cheap and we were overall impressed to say it’s a 2.5 star, especially as we found the location of the hotel walking distance to most places. One thing I would mention is that it was very loud and hard to sleep especially between 11pm-1am and the rooms were not regularly cleaned. We were there for 5 nights and only had the sheets cleaned once and the towels changed twice which was enough for us but it’s something to take note of.

Hotel was amazing! Definitely worth more stars than it’s got. Staff are so lovely and there when u need them. Would definitely book again! Had the best time!

I would just like to preface my review by saying that the staff behind the pool bar and the inside bar are not the staff I’m referring to here. They were all lovely, attentive and I cannot fault a single one of them. ||During our 5 night stay in this hotel, our room was not cleaned once. The only thing that was changed was our towels were changed once, maybe twice during our visit (the bedding was not changed at all nor were the floors swept or wiped, nothing was provided for us to do this ourselves either). Unfortunately, I noticed 3 days into our visit that one of my designer rings that I hadn’t worn outside the room had disappeared. I had placed it under some of my belongings on the bedside table because the safe in the room wasn’t working, and the bedroom was not cleaned at all during our stay so there was no reason for it to have moved or for anybody to have been in the bedroom. |I asked the staff behind the bar who said they would check and took note of my room number and said they’d keep it safe if someone handed it in. Upon checking out, we were checked out by housekeeping staff who spoke to us in fluent English and when I asked about my ring, she replied by saying she did not speak English and began talking to me in Spanish, even though we had just had a 5 minute conversation in English. I am very disappointed with this treatment from the housekeeping staff as you don’t go on holiday to have your belongings stolen, so just something to be aware of if you stay in this hotel.

This is a lovely small friendly Hotel, great food too. Staff are really helpfull Patrick , Carla and Cella oh and not forgetting Bielal , The rooms are lovely too , I was only there 4 days , lots of stag Doos some a bit over the top , But it is a vibe hotel so I expected a bit of fun. It is a little bit out of the way for some I find the drop of confusing thankfully I had some young girls that helped me find Hotel This was better than some 4*I’ve stayed at , Really lovely .

You know what, I really like this hotel. Stayed here twice now, and both times have been a positive experience. The staff and the guys that run the place are excellent. Everything is clean and tidy, food is ok as well, good value for money at least. Rooms are spacious & and clean, and you have everything you need. Beds are comfy. The hotel is no good if you have mobility issues, so please bear this in mind. Same with the location, although it's quiet, you are out the way. And it's walk into town, about 10-15 mins walk. Or 6€ in a taxi. But aside from location for me its definitely a nice hotel. I'd had an operation this time round i went here, so I struggled a bit. Also I dont knkw about other tour operators, JET2 drop you off 10 mins away from the hotel, so you have to drag your luggage to the hotel. And the same again on pick up. So also worth noting.

Brilliant family-ran hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a great size, very clean, simple and modern. The only downside is there’s no lift but didn’t find it too much of an issue.

Lovely place, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, and have what you need for a short break. - Shower is great! Poolside isn't too busy and clean and comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The only negative was the noise levels of some of the other guests, esp arriving back in the early hours, but that's on the other guests, not the hotel.

Everything good apart from no telephone in the room and no lift.

We stayed here on a last minute booking. The apartments are nice and well spacious. The pool area is good and has a good vibe. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is not the best, about a 15 minute walk to West End/Harbour area.

This hotel is ideal for me, it situated not far off the beach not far off big supermarket I love the walk round San Antonio, for the price it is good you've got to expect some noise because it's a party hotel, this is my second time and I definitely book up again, any problem sorted straight away everybody very friendly

This is my very first time travelling alone, and although i was nearly 1000 miles away from home these guys made me feel as if I was right home. I honestly get emotional writing this at home now. Special mention to ‘tash’ who is an absolute star and should be protected at all costs. I will guarantee myself now I will be returning because of the staff! Thank you guys!!!

After reading the reviews I was dreading staying here, but what a fantastic hotel, the room where lovely , clean and very modern, they have redecorated looking at pervious pictures, lovely and modern now.(I've added pictures) The staff were lovely and friendly. Walk to the main beach and clubs were a nice 10 mins walk. Supermarket was next door to the hotel. Pool was lovely and great vibe.

This is not a one star hotel. Should be higher. the apartments have recently been refurbished and are lovely.we were there for 3 days and were provided with clean towels once and had our bins changed once. location is about a 10 mins walk from the sunset strip. there is a supermarket and cash point right next to the hotel.the hotel has a bar too. staff are super freindly. it is a bit of a party hotel but if you stay in San Antonio, that is what you expect. Take some ear plugs and you will be fine! I would definitely stay there again! the only improvement would be to have one full length mirror in the apartment.

By far the best staff I've ever come across!!! Fantastic service such lovely people. Food, drink and room were all superb. Highly recommended. Had a brilliant stay thank you.

I stayed at this hotel way back (middle of the 90s) twice the staff where very loving my son at the time was young and fell poorly mama and papa looked after him straight away both there sons where a great laugh been looking to go back one day has ive never felt so loved by a hotel family like this one if you book this hotel you will not be disappointed the photo ive put up was my 2 youngest week after we came back

From the moment we walked in we got the warmest welcome and shots all round as it was a Hen party 🥳 the hotel is very much a party hotel it's perfect for groups of friends going to party and have a fun time the pool has a party atmosphere it really is a great place the staff are friendly and helpful, I'd go back in a flash great prices and generous shots in the drinks, 🍸 walking distance to the main strip ibiza Bay...

Really enjoyed my stay here, it's not the most up to date decor but for the price it was excellent. Good service, friendly helpful staff made my stay a pleasure. Would not hesitate to go again.

Pool and area was big with plenty of sunbeds, pool bar open till 5pm Food and drinks where brought over to you if you required it. Me and my fiance stayed here for 10 nights last week the room was a lovely little cosy room pool area was always clean because of the lovely staff, they were the most generous people I have ever come across in a hotel always smiling always saying hello when you walk in they couldn't do enough for you they also sell food which was very nice again the staff very friendly just sit down order and they do everything would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good atmosphere and good times you also get a shot when you first get there just to start the holiday the right way

Best affordable hotel in Ibiza.

Mala experiencia. Falta de limpieza, el WiFi poca señal mientras funcionaba 1dia,despues de una semana sigue sin funcionar, hace 2 días no había ni agua en las habitaciones. El dueño solo se escusa en que son averías técnicas y en qué somos los clientes los que estropean las cosas. No tiene mantenimiento ninguno.

Mi piace recensire se può essere utile per altre persone.||Faccio una piccola premessa, non mi capacito come mai questo hotel possa avere tutte queste stelle, ma penso e spero che in gran parte sono gli inglesi a recensire positivamente, perché a mio avviso potrebbero solo loro. ||Detto questo, non consiglio a nessuno di pernottare in questo postaccio.||Sì che è già stato a Sant'Antonio o chi ne ha sentito parlare, sa bene che gli inglesi vivono praticamente lì e fanno solo casino e schifo, ma questo purtroppo se nn vai a Ibiza centro, lo sai e te ne fai una ragione. ||Il posto invece fa schifo, per prima cosa, tutte le camere sono provviste di aria condizionata, così viene indicato, non è assolutamente vero, nella nostra camera, non andava e uno dei due proprietari, dopo aver inventato delle scuse, alla fine ha concluso dicendo che dovevamo pagare 5 euro al giorni se la volevamo. ||Poi, il gas, non va, niente piano cottura se tnto non funziona il gas, poi, in bagno non andava la presa per il phon, anche questo glielo abbiamo fatto presente, e per prenderci in giro, sempre uno dei due ci ha detto che avrebbe chiamato l'elettricista la mattina seguente, ovviamente era palese che era solo per sbarazzarsi di noi.||Le pulizie non sono comprese nemmeno una volta in una settimana, ha provveduto solo a mettere il sacchetto pulito per la spazzatura, perché quest'ultima l'avevamo lasciata fuori dalla porta perché ormai, troppo piena. ||||Posto sporco, e ve ne accorgerete ogni qualvolta entrerai e uscirai da quel posto, guardando per terra. ||||È vergognoso, l'unica buona è stata, l'acqua che fortunatamente era calda.||||Ripeto, essendoci solo inglesi, il rumore, le urla è tutto normale. ||||Mai mai mai più, siete vergognosi!
