Fantastic experience of above and beyond service from begining to end with the Villa Contact team. Clea went beyond expectations helping us get the property in the best legal position to sell and had gorgeous photos taken. The whole team kept us posted on viewings and finally Tom's determination to get us over the line and sold at a price everyone was happy with, can only be commended. We put our apartment up for sale with Villa Contact in late September 2022, the sale was handled by Robbie. Within two weeks we received a cash offer in excess of the asking price, which Robbie negotiated on our behalf. On 5th November we returned to Ibiza to finalise the sale which was completed on 10th November. We couldn’t have asked for a more efficient service and would highly recommend Robbie and his colleagues to handle your sale.
