We stayed at Can Sonrisa at the end of June 2025. Corey and the team are amazing. The house is stunning and the value is great. Houses in Ibiza can be ridiculously expensive. This one is very reasonable in comparison. The view is great and it is very spacious. It is more isolated which provides something rare in Ibiza: calm and quiet! I recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa with our colleagues! From the beginning, communication with our host was quick, smooth, and very friendly. They went above and beyond by receiving groceries before our arrival and having everything neatly organized for us. Transfers were also perfectly arranged, which made our stay even more relaxing and stress free. Villa itself was absolutely stunning and well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and offering a breathtaking view. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

This house is close to perfect! Great facilities and a lot of extra surprises! The swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ all perfect. Definitely a location a would love to visit again! We where with a group of 10 and everyone has his private bedroom and Bathroom. The staff is awesome and responded very fast to all questions we had. Loved our 4-day stay here with a group of 10. It was a-ma-zing: well equipped, beautifully decorated and great facilities like separate bathrooms, the pool and the tennis court. Communication with the host was clear and friendly. We rented cars and recommend that to anyone, since taxi's find it hard to locate the property. But once you figure out the right path, it's a great location to discover the beauty of the island.

I just enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay at Sea La Vie villa in Ibiza booked via Pretty Green Property Management. The check-in and communication was smooth, setting the tone for a very relaxing holiday. The villa itself was spotless and clearly well-maintained, with great laundry facilities and everything we needed to feel at home. It’s stylishly furnished throughout, with a real eye for detail, and the views from every window were nothing short of breathtaking — it genuinely felt like we were on a tropical island at times. One of the standout features was the enormous hot tub, which felt like such a luxury, especially during sunset — absolutely heavenly! We stayed with our children (aged 7 and 9), and they loved exploring the terraced garden. It’s a fantastic place for families with older children, with plenty of space to play and enjoy the outdoors. While it might not be ideal for very young kids due to the steps and levels, for our age group and up it was perfect. Overall, it was a lovely experience — calm, scenic, and very special. We’d absolutely return.

Had an unreal stay at the Shavasana villa! Was the perfect set up for my 30th birthday with 9 of my friends. From the pool to the activities on site including ping pong and volleyball! The villa was very spacious you could easily sleep more people than the 10 we had. Highly recommend booking Javi the private chef he was amazing!!! Eva and the rest of the team looked after us all week would definitely stay again

Had an amazing stay at the villa Can Sonrisa for 12 days. The villa is beautiful, clean with great facilities, a lovely environment to be entertained and hang out. Corey and his team were great, very responsive and helpful. The only slight flaw is the difficulty getting taxis to pick up from the villa itself as they cannot pinpoint the location but we managed to figure out a system with a local taxi company after a while. Would totally recommend for a group of friends wanting to have a mixed holidays of nights out and in.

A Perfect Bachelorette Weekend at the Gorgeous Villa (Can Sonrisa Villa) We had the most incredible time at the villa we rented for our bachelorette weekend. Wonderfull Christmas time in Can Sonrisa We had a wonderfull Christmas time with our family in Can Sonrisa. Great attention from the whole pretty green team especially Eva and Corey. It was not only the villa but also the gardens en tenniscourt that make our stay excellent. Even the "new years dive" in the pool (brrr.....) was amazing ;-)

We had a more than pleasant stay at the villa Can Sonrisa. The interior, the garden, pool and tennis court all were great. The area around the villa (fields of olive trees) is amazingly quiet and gives a relaxed feeling. From the terrace you have a beautiful view.

Fantastic villa. The expectation from the photos pre-trip fully lived up to the hype and the complex was wonderful. Instructions were simple to follow and communication whilst out in Ibiza was brilliant; with the hosts solving a taxi situation with the app not working as expected. Fantastic experience renting Shavasana Villa in Ibiza. The villa had lots of space for our group of 13 people. The hosts are super responsive to messages on whatsapp and organised multiple transfers for our group and had no problems when we were forced to change the transfer times last minute. The combination of using EasyIbiza as well to fill the fridge before we arrived was great. Would certainly rent off them again and recommend to a friend.

Can Sonrisa is a gorgeous villa! Amazing service, nothing was too much trouble. We were a group of 8, it was perfect for the birthday celebrations. We all loved everything about the trip. Already planning next year!

My friends and I stayed at Sea La Vie and had an absolutely amazing experience. Everything from start to finish was perfect, from great communication, to assisting with any questions, Corey, Eva, Pablo and all the team at Pretty Green Property Management made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house itself is beautiful, set in a quiet suburbian location, with incredible views to watch the sun go down. Everything we needed was there, and every room was cleaned to perfection. We didn't know what to expect at night time, but the house looked beautiful with the garden and pool lit up. The hot tob is an added bonus and had some stunning views. The house is only a 10 min drive from town, and close to a beautiful beach, however if peace and relaxation is what you're after then you don't really need to go anywhere. I've stayed in a lot of places in a lot of countries, but Sea La Vie was definitely up there as one of the best. Great value for money, highly recommend staying here and booking with Pretty Green Property Management. We will be back!

The team were very responsive and helped arrange extra travel, yacht hire and excursions. The villa itself was excellent and we didn't want to leave. Myself and 11 of my closest friends recently spent an unforgettable week in one of Pretty Greens Ibiza villas! Before we arrived we weren’t sure what to expect but Phia Villa was incredible and so much better than we could have expected! Really clean, amazing pool, great facilities and great location. Corey, Eva, Pablo and all of the other staff at Pretty Green were brilliant and could not of been more helpful or caring! It was a once in a lifetime holiday but if we do get the chance to do it again we will for sure be contacting Pretty Green!

We had a lovely stay at Balasana Villa this summer. The view from the villa is beautiful, the pool was great for the hot days and Pretty Green were very responsive when we had issues. It’s only a 7 minute drive from the airport, and Pretty Green were flexible when we asked for late checkout. It seemed to be difficult for taxi drivers to find the venue using the address, so I would recommend using the Google Maps link.

The Vila was AMAZING and stuff were kind and super helpful!

We had a bachelor party, we had everything we needed, the landlord was caring, available for everything we needed. In the Villa there was everything, from dishes to towel was more than enough. Great experience, I highly recommend it.

Ibiza is always a great place to holiday. We stayed at Sea La View for a weekend getaway. The villa was perfect for our group. It was modern, clean and had a chic decor. The view was unbelievable. Beautiful villa and really friendly/helpful hosts!

We stayed in SeaRenity Talamanca Heights - such an amazing property! It felt like real luxury. The pool and the indoor and outdoor communal areas were really well set up. Everything was spotlessly clean.

We stayed at Canasana Villa over Easter. The experience was amazing. The villa was 11/10 and service from the Pretty Green team was fantastic. Both check in was very easy and relaxed, and there was a WhatsApp group set up by Pretty Green where they shared advice, recommendations, assistance with taxis, grocery shopping assistance - you name it! We were the first group in of the season so the house had a few small issues eg. hot water took a while to get going and a few fridges needed to be turned on, but the Pretty Green sorted that asap.

Shavasana Villa was great. I stay for three days with a group of friends and we had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think pretty green will again be my choice for next trips to Ibiza.

My extended family of 12 (6 couples) stayed here for 10 days during the Christmas holidays. The villa is perfectly located 15 minutes to the airport, food shops and the center of Ibiza. The spacious villa is located on a hill with lovely views. You will need a car to get around especially getting up from the main road to the villa. The road is not paved but it didn’t stop us from walking down to the pub at the bottom. We made use of the yoga pavilion with the provided mats as well as the table tennis and pool even though it was cold! There is a nice running/hiking trail up to the hill. Corey and Eva were great; they addressed the minor issue with the TV and even brought us a replacement to the one that wasn’t working. Because there were 12 of us, the internet was rather slow. Check in and out were a breeze. I highly recommend staying here, hire a car and explore the island and the amazing food. We love Ibiza and our stay here was the icing on the cake.

I’ve just returned from the Phia villa in Ibiza where we stayed for 3 nights for my 40th with some friends. The villa was perfect, and exactly what we we were looking for, and all the staff that we dealt with either in person or over text couldn’t have been more helpful. I would definitely look to book this villa again in the future.

We spent four nights here on family vacation and everything was brilliant. The location of the villa is quite close to ibiza town and some other destination as well (beaches, supermercado) - also very close to the airport! As for the villa and it’s furniture: absolutely astonishing and a very clean property! A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. The beds are very cosy and there is showergel, shampoo & conditioner as lotion in every bathroom. Corey and Eva were great hosts - responded very quickly, and wete very accommodating to our needs. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. We would definitely recommend, pictures on the internet do not do this property justice!

Fantastic holiday at Villa Phia in Ibiza, run by Corey and Eva at Pretty Green Life. Would highly recommend this villa for large groups, it easily accommodated 9 of us. Really clean, spacious, great pool and garden area. We truly had a brilliant time. Villa is well located, 2 minutes drive to the supermarket, 6/7 minutes drive to Ibiza town, and if you want to go to San Antonio, it’s about 25 minutes in a taxi. We will definitely be returning. Spacious villa with plenty of room to sleep our group of 15. The inside space is divided into 3 areas - one with 5 bedrooms, kitchen and large living area and 2 other annexes one with 2 en-suite rooms and living area and the other with an en-suite bedroom, so there was plenty of room for everyone to come together but have their own space. The outside space was incredible - the pool was large with lots of room around for us all including a large dining table and there was also a table-tennis table and a volleyball/badminton court plus another lounge/yoga terrace. Eva and Corey and their team where responsive and easily accessible and their transfer service reliable and comparable to local taxi services. The villa was in a great location close to a supermarket and an easy journey from the airport with easy access to the main road between San Antonio and Ibiza town. An amazing stay, we would love to come back!

We booked the Canasana Villa for one week in April 2022 and had an amazing time there. The house is amazing and perfectly located at the center of the island. We stayed in Phia Villa in August 2021. We were a group of 10, and we recommend working with Pretty Green. The Villa was very clean, quiet and fully equipped and looked better than the photos in person. All bedrooms have their own en-suite, making it comfortable for large groups. There was plenty of space in the Villa and around the pool and garden area. There is a lounge area on the balcony, where we had a lovely sea view to Playa Den Bossa, Salinas and Formentera. Eva and Corey are great Hosts and easy to deal with. They help us sort our boat, chef and transfer and we recommend working with them and staying in this Villa. We are already discussing going back there this year.

Great 10 night stay in Villa Balasana. Outdoor area is perfect for entertaining however neighbours are nearby so no big parties! Corey and the team were really responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Will return!

We loved our stay since the first minute we arrived. Beautiful villa with amazing swimming pool area and garden. The rooms are stylish, clean, comfy and well equipped.It was our first trip during covid and we felt very safe, everything was very clean. The hosts were so caring, professional and very friendly. Stayed for 7 days in July 2020. Booked day before last minute. Host Corey and the staff could not have been more helpful. They got a cot and high chair last minute and bought food for us as we arrived late. Villa was amazing. Really clean. Had everything we needed. We were left alone during stay. Very Private. Got helpful messages and emails during stay with recommendations which was a nice touch. I would recommend and will book again.

Our group had a great stay in Corey´s villa, communication was fantastic with him, and everything needed for our rather large group was sorted by his team promptly, we totally recommend them.
