I had a perfect stay at Villa Can Bandera- my family and I had a wonderful time! For us it was perfectly located between the old town of Pollenca and the Port. It right on the bus route so was great to have this as an option. House was well equipped and everyone loved the pool. Hosts were really responsive and very friendly- I’d love to go back ☺️

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Can Demana! The villa exceeded expectations in every way. The living room had a huge TV (even bigger than the one in the photos, as it’s been updated), and the beds were extremely comfortable. The spacious living area made it easy to relax as a group, and the garden was absolutely stunning — it looked out over a landscape that felt like something out of Jurassic Park. The pool was wonderful, and the outdoor seating area was a highlight. It was covered and had a fan, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy even when we had to shelter from the rain. Overall, an incredible stay in a beautiful setting — we didn’t want to leave!

What a fantastic stay we had a Villa March! Superb pool, lovely house, beautiful surroundings and only a 10 min walk in Pollensa town. We felt very much at home surrounded by lime and lemon trees and very peaceful. Barbeque was an added bonus and the table tennis table was very well used. We will be back. Rented Villa Padrina in Pollensa, The villa was a great location where we felt like home. The owner a very friendly person and open to support with any question or requirements we had. Villa is located in a very good location and you have everything closed to location . The city is very beautiful and boem and you can have very nice sidewalk during evening and very good food. Only minus is that if you try to come with the car up at the villa just to bring your shopping bags and to park for 1 minute till you just get the bags out of the car the neighbours from the corner of the street are not friendly at all, they start to scream and to insult you. It’s good if you speak Spanish in order to answer them back in a “nice” way in their own language 😉 maybe in that moment they can stop from insults and to talk to you bad - this experience with those neighbours was the biggest minus from entire time spent in that location in rest everything was perfect

Der Aufenthalt war schrecklich. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Bitte schaut euch die Bilder an. - Dreckiger Pool - Dreckige Liegen mit Fußabdrücken vom Gast davor - Müll im Garten - Möbel kaputt und alt - ekelhafte Duschen - überall im Haus war es dreckig und es lagen Harre rum und vieles mehr Wir haben nach einer Nacht das Haus verlassen und mussten uns teuer ein Hotel buchen.

What a wonderful villa we had near Pollensa (Villa Penaso). Service from Owl booking and Communication thoughout the whole twee weeks was outstanding. We enjoyed our stay very much!

While the villa’s location is excellent, my experience was overshadowed by a serious incident. Upon leaving, I accidentally left three men’s polo shirts in the wardrobe, worth over £500. I contacted the management company immediately after realising, but they claimed the items were not there. As these shirts were left in a specific, obvious location, I can only conclude they were taken. This has left me extremely disappointed and concerned about security and trust at this property. I would strongly advise future guests to take extra care with their belongings.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Finca Beach House Magdalena in Cala Sant Vicenç! Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und konnten nur den oberen Bereich der Unterkunft nutzen . Es gab dreiSchlafzimmer und ein kleines Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick. Die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen waren nützlich.Die Lage ist sehr schön. Der Weg zum Strand ist schön kurz, auch zu den Geschäften ist der Weg kurz.Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Einzig zu bemängeln haben wir die doch recht alten Küchenschränke.wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Finca! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch mitten in der Natur, aber trotzdem nah genug zu den schönsten Stränden und charmanten Dörfern Mallorcas. Das Haus war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns der gepflegte Garten, der große Pool und die gemütlichen Terrassen, auf denen man morgens entspannt frühstücken oder abends bei Sonnenuntergang ein Glas Wein genießen konnte. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Finca absolut weiterempfehlen!

Eine sehr gute Villa Vermietung, man kann Sie bestens weiter Empfehlen. Es wird für alles gesorgt egal was man benötigt. Großartig!

We booked Villa Marvil with Owl booking Perfect little Villa! Extremely clean and well kept. Pool is fantastic and the owner is lovely any issues we had were quickly dealt with and resolved by the team at Owl bookings and the owner. Villa isn’t over looked and is perfectly peaceful. Only downside to the Villa is that it has no terrace with shade but it was a heatwave so this probably wouldn’t matter too much during normal weather. Would definitely recommend booking with Owl bookings the are very professional

Had a fabulous time in this comfortable and spacious villa. It was very hot and the air-conditioning was easy to use. It worked really well keeping us cool, especially at night! Outdoor space fantastic. Loved the location, very quiet and private yet 15 mins walk and you are at the beach, shops, restaurant, no need to hire a car. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely brilliant stay! We visited with two couples and three toddlers. Perfect for families, excellent location in between Pollensa old town and Port de Pollensa so caters for a very wide variety of activities. In particular the hosts were amazing at communicating which eases the whole experience. A simple instant messaging communication with a quick response time was the perfect touch. We will be visiting again most likely for a longer stay. Thank you very much.

Ja,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.alles war vorhanden was man benötigt.Auch Badetücher für den Pool wurden bereitgestellt.Alles war wie beschrieben und die Bilder sind genau so wie es dort aussieht. Wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen

We booked this villa for a chilled out family break for 4 nights and it was spot on for what we wanted. We used the 'shopping option' offered by Owl Bookings which meant we didn't have to worry about heading to the shops straight away on arrival. We chose the Breakfast & Fresh Fruit Packages. Although you do pay a bit above the odds, it was all really excellent produce, delievered on time as well as packed away by two lovely young men! The villa location means it's private and peaceful but only a short drive to the beach and the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa. Would definately recommend hiring a car (we collected from the airport on arrival) as not too sure how well the area is served by the bus route. Owl Bookings are responsive and very helpful on messages and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. It's worth noting the location of the villa is rural and with that comes plenty of winged beasts so pack the insect repellents! Lovely villa & pool in a very peaceful area.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Villa. The pool was exceptional, and the location was perfect! A short 10 minute drive to the Port, which is our favourite place to visit! Lots of restaurants, with the best top tier food! The villa was super clean, and the Owl booking team were super responsive and informative at all times! We will definitely be back in the future!! It was the perfect private villa, with Mountain View’s!

Brilliant stay at Can Plomer. The Villa exceeded our expectations and more. Beautiful pool and gardens, so private and relaxing yet in the heart of Pollenca old town. It was perfect to walk to restaurants and shops. The villa was immaculate. Would definitely return.

Be careful when booking! My confirmed booking was cancelled after the host claimed the price shown was incorrect. They offered to honor the booking only if I extended my stay after my flights were already booked. This left me having to find alternative accommodation last minute during peak season, at a higher cost. Errors happen, but a reputable company would’ve taken responsibility and honoured the original agreement rather than leaving a guest in a difficult situation.

Some friends booked the Villa we stayed in with Owl Booking, can’t recommend them enough. Their customer service is superb! We had an issue with A/C in our Villa as it kept switching off. We contacted Owl Booking and within about an hour they’d sent someone out. Amazing customer service, very friendly, the Villa was lovely, we will definitely be using them next time we visit Pollença. Bravo 👏

Wir waren im wunderschönen Örtchen Buger in einem kleinen Häuschen, welches keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder. Owl booking ist sehr zu empfehlen. Nette Kommunikation und bei Bedarf schnelle Hilfe.

Via Owl Booking een villa gehuurd en hier zijn we erg tevreden over. De informatie vooraf en aan het eind van de verhuur was perfect. En tijdens het verblijf waren ze uitstekend bereikbaar via WhatsApp. Veel verhuurbedrijven kunnen hier een voorbeeld aan nemen. Blijf deze kwaliteit vasthouden!

Villa Lloberina ved Pollenca: September 2024 Meget dejlig villa til os 5 piger. Skønt at der er 4 soveværelser med hver deres badeværelse samt et badeværelse nedenunder til brug efter pool. Dejlig have/pool område som vi brugte meget. Køkken veludstyret med det man har brug for. Eneste lille minus er madrasserne i sengene - de trænger snart til at blive skiftet. Ellers et meget fint og hyggeligt, rustikt hus med mange fine detaljer. Og i gåafstand til dejlige Hotel og Spa Resort Son Brull hvor det kan anbefales at spise.

Wonderful villa in Porto Pollença . Lots of space, pretty garden, lovely pool and so near to lots of wonderful beaches. Pollença was a magical place definitely recommend the market and climbing up all the steps to the chapel at the top.

Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Tolle Beschreibung und ein nettes Willkommensgeschenk. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und konnten so alles wunderbar erkunden. Wir kommen sicher wieder und können es nur weiter empfehlen._

Wir waren mit Owl Booking super zufrieden!! Das Haus selber war super schön und wir haben den großen Garten und die Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Wir waren eigentlich nur auf der Terrasse und im/am Pool und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. Wiederkommen nicht ausgeschlossen :)

Finca Moragues in Pollenca: Sehr idyllisch gelegene Finca mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt wird. Rustikal, aber gemütlich... Pool, Garten und der schöne Blick auf die Berge laden zum Seele baumeln lassen ein. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Für 8 Personen (zwei Familien) hat es gut gepasst. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft haben ein bisschen genervt, weil sie viel gebellt haben, aber das war weit genug weg, damit es nicht zu sehr gestört hat.

Znakomita lokalizacja, widok na morze i ścieżki do biegania i na rower cały czas, tylko 5-6km do portu w Polennsie, i blisko do kościoła św. Jakuba 1,6km , dostaliśmy Box prezentowy, przydatne rzeczy i mały poczęstunek, który jest bardzo przydatny jak wraca się z lotniska, świetny basen, widok na góry a po drugiej stronie na morze i to pare kroków tylko, jest lodówka, zmywarka, piekarnik, pralka, żelazko i mała suszarka włosów, przestronne dwie łazienki, jedna przy basenie, z dwóch stron domu stoły ogrodowe. Dużo dobrych ręczników. Są przyprawy cukier i sól. Dużo kubków szklanek i talerzy. Łatwe wejście na kod. Przemiła właścicielka, serdecznie pozdrawiam i polecam🌴

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Mallorca Urlaub werden wir das Haus wieder buchen.

Ich war erst skeptisch bei einer lokalen Ferienhausvermittlung zu buchen aber wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Super freundliches und gut organisiertes Unternehmen. Wir waren in der Villa Tarongers und dort sehr zufrieden. Ich würde wieder über Owl booking buchen!

Wir hatten sehr erholsame zehn VG Tage in der Villa ca‘n tofol. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alle notwendigen Utensilien waren ausreichend vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu Owl Booking war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die ruhige Lage mit schönem Pool und Blick in die Serra de Tramuntana war einfach traumhaft.

Wir waren im Oktober 2024 in der Villa Madrave. Die Kommunikation von und zu Owl Booking war perfekt inkl. schnelle Reaktion auf eine kleinere Beanstandung. Umfangreiche proaktive Informationen per WhatsApp, z.B. mit Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps, CheckIn/Out sowie zu akuten Wetterwarnungen (Wind). Schnelle Reaktion. Die Villa selbst ist gut gelegen zwischen Port Pollensa und Pollensa, es braucht hier aber zwingend ein Auto. Grosszügiges Grundstück, Küchenausstattung umfangreich und qualitativ gut. Einzig etwas wenig Werkzeug zum Reinigen des Aussengrills. Es bräuchte vielleicht noch eine Schaufel und einen Besen. Abends hat es reichlich Mücken, das ist wohl wegen der Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet nicht zu vermeiden. Alles in allem eine top Location, die ich sehr empfehlen kann.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor Küche mit dem Grill, den wir Dank des schönen Wetters 🌞 jeden Tag genutzt haben. Es gab sehr viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, die auch bei schlechtem Wetter klasse sind! Es gab auch Auflagen und Tischdecken, was nicht bei jedem Haus der Fall ist. Der XXL Kühlschrank ist genauso positiv zu erwähnen, wie die Tischtennisplatte. Das Haus liegt den ganzen Tag in der 🌝, genauso wie der toll beleuchtete Pool. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Team von OWL Booking👍👍👍 Schon beim letzten mal waren wir froh, sie an unserer Seite zu wissen. Gerne hätten wir sie in jedem Urlaub 😅 Einzig die Mücken haben gernervt, wofür niemand etwas kann, weshalb wir aber ein Fliegengitter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für dei wunderschönen Tage😀

Great host, awesome location we rented: acces from the main road but far enough from the noize. The house and garden were very well kept. Big rooms, big garden, big outside area near the pool. Oh yeah..not to forget, nice nice pool as well. All in all everything was great and we hope to return here for maybe a longer stay. Cheers :-)

Alles Tip Top. Dem gibt es eigentlich nichts hinzuzufügen. Alles entsprach den Angaben. Der Support per WA war für mich äußerst angenehm. Das Haus/das Anwesen samt Innenleben... ein Traum an den es sich zu reisen lohnt. Viele Grüße und weiter so!

Wonderful villa, pool is cool and shaded, the town itself is beautiful. Very close to the beach and some amazing restaurants. Good hiking too.

Wij hebben met een groep van 5 dames 50-60 jaar, genoten van alle comfort. Twee badkamers, twee wc's, goede matrassen. Drie slaapkamers met 2x 2 enkele bedden 90 cm en één slaapkamer 160cm bed. Veel privacy en goede snelle contacten met de eigenaar via WhatsApp met Owl. Mooi zwembad wat regelmatig wordt gereinigd. Op de poort staat duidelijk de naam. Je vindt de poort via een rechtste afslag op een onverharde weg. Staat goed omschreven in alle beschrijvingen die je krijgt toegestuurd. Dikke aanrader!

We had an amazing time at this location. Walking into town was such a delight and the views were incredible. Spending time at the home was also a delight between relaxing at the pool, playing table tennis, or using the BBQ. Thank you very much again and we hope to see you soon in Pollensa.

A lovely traditional villa, a little off the beaten track, with a delightful garden and pool. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative and that ensured a very pleasant and peaceful stay.

Perfect relaxion for 5 days. Everything went smoothly and such a gorgeous villa.

Prachtige villa in een rustige omgeving. Het huis staat in een mooie omgeving en op een paar auto minuten van het strand. De villa is van alle gemakken en voorzien en heeft een mooi zwembad. Een traphekje om toegang tot het zwembad te blokkeren zou overigens fijn zijn.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful 10 day holiday at villa Madrave in September. We visited Palma, Soller and some of the beaches on the south coast but in fairness it is not necessary to travel too far from the villa. The old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are reachable in around 10-15 minutes drive and are both packed with lovely shops, restaurants and beautiful historic buildings. The beach at port de Pollensa, a 10 minute drive, was our favourite beach. Clean soft white sand, crystal clear water, a spotless promenade with cafes, restaurants and shops leading up to and beyond its marina. The villa itself had everything that we needed and the Owl Booking Team were quick to respond and action our questions and requests. Daily trips to Eroski supermarket in port de Pollensa kept our fridge stocked with breakfast and lunch provisions, fresh fish, and great value wine. Excellent all round.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Plomer. Every thing was there that we needed and it was great having a kitchen area with table down by the pool. The villa is only a 5-10 minute walk to town. Perfect position as also near to walks. Owl Booking were extremely helpful to and would definitely book with them again if we came back to Majorca.

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 5 Personen. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out hat problemlos geklappt. Wir bekamen alle wichtigen Informationen rechtzeitig zugeschickt. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war Owl Booking stets erreichbar und gab uns die gefragten Auskünfte. Die Villa war sehr sauber. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Außenbereich, mit einer schönen Terrasse und verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war auch sehr schön! Auch von Innen war die Finca sauber und einladend ausgestattet. Der einzige „Mängel“ wäre das 3. Bad, dass man nur über die Terrasse erreichen kann. Somit teilt man sich für die 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Bäder drinnen, kann allerdings für den Aufenthalt draußen, das Außenbad benutzen, was auch von Vorteil ist. Im Allgemeinen haben wir alle den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen

Stayed at Villa Xisca with Owl Bookings for a week - lovely villa & the staff at Owl were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

Villa Romeu was lovely. The villa was very nice, lots of space inside, very comfy beds and good kitchen items. The fridge/freezer actually broke down but Owl got in touch with owner and he said what time he get a new one and he arrived at the time he said and the new fridge was up and running very quickly. The garden was beautiful and the pool was great. It was lovely to sit outside having meals and looking up and seeing the Puig Maria mountain right next to the villa - amazing. It was a 20 minute walk using a cut through right outside the villa, great for getting in and out of P0llenca Town and working off the lovely food eaten there. Owl were great all the way through, and I highly recommend them. The incredible mountains all around Pollenca are stunning. We will be back.

This villa was perfect. The photos are gorgeous, but really don’t do it justice. It was a perfect location and beautiful views. The check in instructions and communication from Owl Bookings have been great leading up to, during and at the end of our stay. There was everything needed for a weeks holiday and plenty of space for 6 adults and a child. We loved the pool and ping pong table and the outdoor table was perfect for evening meals together.

Villa Llenaire Petit is exactly as described. Really peaceful and set in a lovely garden. Equipped with all the home comforts. Short drive to restaurants and supermarkets.

Die 5 Tage haben wir fast ausschließlich auf der Finca verbracht. Fanden es wunderbar. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche war sparsam. Wenn man selber kochen möchte, bitte sich darauf einstellen, die Lebensmittel-Grundausstattung einzukaufen (Salz, Gewürze etc., Öl, Essig). KÜCHEN-Hardware ist ansonsten komplett vorhanden.

Perfect for Polenca! Amazing villa literally ten minutes from down town Polenca- great site - lovely pool that gets the sun most of the day - great outside space to chill in - already booked for next year - so if you need some chill time with amazing dining on your doorstep - tens from the coast - this is it - superb accommodation - great support in booking - can’t recommend it high enough.

Villa Siquier Fabulous views, great sized pool, good sized garden and excellent outside space, well equipped kitchen. Very prompt response from both Owl and the owner on dealing with a couple of minor issues. Booked for next year already!!

Dans un endroit paisible, grande maison avec un très grand terrain extérieur. L’extérieur est vraiment super, avec la belle piscine, tout est bien entretenu et la vue est magnifique. A quelques minutes de voiture d’Alcudia où Pollença (par contre voiture obligatoire). L’intérieur de la maison n’est pas très moderne mais la literie est très confortable. On recommande fortement, notamment grâce à la réactivité d’Owl Booking si besoin.

beautiful quiet place.. we stay for 5 days and we enjoy everything around and come back at noght and went back to the pool i recomend go with family more the 5 plp... much better that hotel.. we went to aldi or lild market .. and bring our food to prepare ... they have grill outside, oven inside.. you can cook your meal for family everyday.. and ha e the cats around the house asking for food we feed then too place we love that

This Villa was everything we had hoped for and was as listed. Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable accommodation. The Villa is around 10 minutes walk from Pollenca, which is a beautiful town. Owl booking were extremely helpful before and during our stay, sending clear instructions and answering any queries we had. Would certainly recommend and use them again.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Bernat, Puerto Pollenca. The villa has a great location, easy walk into town to shops and the beach. Lovely quiet location with a great pool which the kids loved. The villa was clean and had good sized bedrooms. Lovely outdoor eating area and a covered table tennis table which was a big hit with everyone! We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to come away for a relaxing time.

We have recently returned from the most beautiful and relaxing stay. We had 4 children with us and this place is just perfect for families. The outdoor space is amazing, the gardens are immaculate, the pool is fab (it would be even better if there was a small gate on the steps as my 1 year old is a little wild). The whole area is so peaceful you can hear local geese and goats in the distance. We felt so at home and the hosts were so quick to respond and helpful if we had any questions or needed anything. Could not recommend enough! The only consideration is that you do need a car to drive to Port de Pollença but the drive is so easy and lots of fantastic recommendations and advice is provided by the hosts! Thank you for having us, we will be back :)

_A lovely villa, that in my opinion was nicer than the photos! Was great for 8 of us to have a relaxing holiday. Had one problem with the shower and it was fixed and sorted immediately! Great communication from the host. A small shop a 10/15 min walk away and the big supermarket about 20/25 min walk. Port de Pollenca is about a 30 min walk (same way as the shop) but also close to a bus stop where you can go into the old town! No complaints really!

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Can Bregat. The house and grounds were very well laid out for our needs as a family and the standard of furnishing, and general presentation was exceptional. The support from Owl Booking was spot on and we would definitely recommend them. I spent time discussing our family set up with 2 daughters one a teenager and one with a partner and toddler so they helped us select the right villa and a location that worked.

Great holiday. Thoroughly recommend the villa (Villa El Blau) and the Owl experience! Equidistant to get to Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca and Alcudia old towns. So lots of opportunities to explore and eat out. Nice pool and gardens. All essential house equipment and facilities. Owl team were extremely friendly and helpful with any queries.

Lovely villa. Loved the outside space in particular - good mix of sun and shade and comfortable loungers. Kitchen well equipped. Good communication with Owl Booking throughout and would definitely book with them again.

We stayed at Villa Mateu in Pollensa in June 2024. This is our fifth visit to this Villa and the experience is always excellent. The Villa is only a ten minute walk to the centre of the old town where there is an incredible choice of excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this Villa.

Super tolle Finca mit perfekter Ausstattung und ruhiger Lage. Schöner Pool und großer Garten laden zum entspannen ein. Auch der Vermieter OWL Booking hat uns über vor- und während des Urlaubs ständig auf dem laufenden gehalten was die Schlüsselübergabe und die zusätzliche Reinigung der Finca angeht. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

We loved our stay at the Villa Cati. The Owl team and owner were extremely responsive and helpful with the few small issues we experienced during our stay. The upstairs bedroom is beautiful with a modern en suite bathroom, the floor boards a bit creeky but the kitchen is below so does not disturb other sleepers. Table tennis around the pool was great, lots of paddles for everyone to get involved! Quite a small basic BBQ is provided but did the job, and lots of kitchen equipment. We did get bitten by mosquitos a lot (it was quite humid on our visit so to be expected) and there were wasps drinking from the pool by the steps, but easily avoided by entering the pool from the other side. The location is right between the old town and the port, and not far from two supermarkets. The views were stunning across the mountains with all the villa plants, unfortunately the dogs next door did make a bit of noise but the fence is high so no risks really. Thank you for a lovely trip!

We went with the family, 8 people in total. The house is beautiful,it has plenty of space and it has an absolutely amazing outdoor space with a great pool and very private. We stayed at Villa Alejandra. My initial thoughts on the villa were one of disappointment . This was because of the layout . Two bedrooms are off the living area . The double bed has an en-suite . The other, a twin does not so you must walk through the living room/ hall/ kitchen then down the corridor to the shower room. The second twin is at the end of this corridor. Generally the villa was smaller than the pictures would have you think. The outside area is fabulous. A great size pool ( thought some tiles could have been a bit cleaner) and the patio and extra seating area a real treat. The garden is vast and private . The customer service from Owl Booking was excellent. The information brochures about the area are the most comprehensive I’ve had on a villa holiday. Problems with the wi fi ( it kept dropping on our first day ) were sorted two days later when a new router arrived . The air conditioning needs attention. The control units on the walls are tricky to operate and connect poorly with the actual a/c units . One bedroom didn’t work on the day we arrived but was fixed the next day. ( but why hadn’t this been checked) The water pressure in the en-suite is not the best, and we didn’t use the outside shower for the same reason. For both the showers the position of the head was not adjustable. The kitchen has all the things you need , is well equipped , with a good size fridge. There are beach parasols to use . One of my pet hates is when you rent a villa for 6 yet you are only given towels for the number of guests who actually stay. However ‘beach’ towels were provided… again a first. The twin bedrooms had their layout changed from the photos which meant light controls on the wall and lights were odd. Table lamps added to get over this didn’t work. By the end of the holiday we were used to the small bedrooms and odd layout but generally I think the villa is overpriced for what you get. Still we had a fabulous stay. My knit picking is just that. With a little bit of effort this villa could be so much more worth it. We would use OwlBookings again.

Haus, Pool und Garten sind großzügig angelegt. Die Außenküche ist toll, so dass wir mehrmals gegrillt haben. Obwohl Supermärkte, Städtchen und Strand relativ nah liegen, ist ein Auto notwendig. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Baby vor Ort. Das Baby hatte so sein eigenes Zimmer, was sehr angenehm war. 6 Erwachsene sind aber auch möglich. Insgesamt hat es uns super gefallen.

_The villa is located in a great area with loads of lovely towns within easy driving distance. It was spotlessly clean and has beautiful grounds, the inside of the villa is very spacious and has everything you need. I would 100% stay there again, by far the nicest villa in the area and Owl booking were very helpful with their contact. If you’re looking at this villa then book it! Also make sure you say hi to Moax the gorgeous dog that lives at the house opposite, he is the friendliest boy that loves strokes!_

We hired Villa Tofol from Owl bookings and their service was excellent. The Villa was very clean, in a good location and had a lovely pool and outdoor spaces. The finca is spacious and not as dark as many other fincas in Mallorca, wonderful garden with pool in a lovely neighborhood.

_We had a wonderful time with our family during our vacation at Owl's finca. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the charming town of Pollenca and with a large supermarket nearby. Beautiful beaches can be found about a 20-minute drive away. The house features a lovely garden with a separate building where the third bedroom is located. The garden feels like an oasis of tranquility, and the small pool is just perfect for a refreshing dip. The rooms in the house are well-furnished, and the simple kitchen is equipped with standard appliances. The team at Owl was very attentive and easily reachable. The price/quality ratio is excellent! We would love to come back again._

the house is very big, the swimming pool and the garden are impressive. Tennis table is a plus! Lot of space. The rooms are spacious, same as common rooms. The house is well equipped with everything you may need, and even more.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous. We were here for five nights and kept coming across new things in the property we hadn’t seen previously. The pool, grounds and views are excellent. Having a downstairs kitchen is so handy, especially for eating and drinking downstairs. A downstairs toilet is also a great addition. We had lots of fun playing ping pong - there are plenty of bats and balls to use. Please be aware, it’s a bit of a long walk into town if you’ve got mobility problems as I have at present. So, you may need to drive or get a cab. The cab can come into the grounds which is good. The nearest supermarket is a good 10 minute walk. Another thing to be aware of is that because the roads are quite narrow, all rubbish has to be taken to a public bin, 5-10 minutes from the property. All in all, we had a fabulous family holiday. We feel very happy and rested. Thank you!

Beautiful villa in a great setting with great views. We were 5 adults and a baby and it was a perfect fit. They provided a baby cot and baby chair, which was super helpful. We loved having the various dining areas, the BBQ area for evening dinners, the roofed area in the front for breakfast sunrises and indoor sofa area away from the mosquitos! We had 2 rental cars and found it easier to park on the street just outside rather than within the gates. To make this an even better stay, I would say better mattresses, that said, would stay again!

We had an excellent stay at the villa; everything was immaculate and well-maintained. The villa itself was stunning, offering all the comforts we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I rented the Mariner Villa with my friends for a few days getaway and we had a wonderful time! A welcome basket was offered to us and 3 towels per person were also included. Everything was super clean and spacious. The images on the website corresponded to the dream home we lived in for a couple of nights. Thank you so much!! I do not recommend owl booking travel agency.. Our recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff was arrogant, and we had to involve the police officer in Pollenca to help us provide an official consumer complaint form to the spanish authorities. Any business in Spain must provide costumer complaint form by law to the unsatisfied costumer. The villa, initially named in the past Finca Im Fincaland (see google)then Barrio (see booking)and now Rosa Gran, was neglected and dirty upon arrival, with garbage on the floor at the entry to villa, a dirty kitchen plates, cutlery and pots and broken accessories, broken bathroom pipesand doors, clogged drains. We had dirty, yellow old sheets and old towels and spiderwebs everywhere. The cables of night light were sticky!? My handicapped father even got locked in his room at night when a hook fell out!! Agency knew my father is sick before arrival and guaranteed everything is taken care in villa as before our arrival, quite the opposite! Moreover, the ground floor bathroom and pool area emitted a stinky odor. If we used the oven and 1 more device, caused the electricity go off. Usong only toaster, same, all electricity off. AC was working just in some rooms, even after intervention, no heating in bathrooms. they provided us after we had to request it, 2 mini heaters for 200m2 villa?! Despite numerous complaints, Owl Booking’s response was inadequate, and they behaved as if they were doing us a favor by sending us a cleaning team. The lady in the agency even pointed out loudly that we have to be happy wiith the villa condition as we paid just 2000 eur/week. Can you imagine treating a client this way?Furthermore, claiming that nobody has ever complaints before about the villa . Not true at all,. We demanded either a refund or compensation for the inconvenience during all the week, but they were dismissive. The unethical practice of changing the villa’s name during our reservation process from Barrio to Gran Rosa was particularly shocking , I guess this way clients cannot track easily bad reviews about mentioned villa that nentioned travel agency offers. . So my overall opinion is, do yourself a favour and avoid Rosa Gran villa In Pollenca and booking thru this agency. For us for sure Never ever again!!! See villa pics .

A really nice picturesque house accommodated with all the necessary equipment. A very handy outside bathroom after your swim in the pool is a big plus! Everything was nice and clean and you are not far of the main road that takes you to Pollença or the motorway. Only small note is that 1-2 of the mattresses probably are in need of a replacement in the near future. The parking space for your rental car (recommended to get one) is very big and also a lovely table tennis table is present! All in all, a very nice house with lovely views of the countryside and a nice outdoor area to relax. Ideal to stay in for your active relaxation Mallorca holiday!

Ein super Haus für mehrere Personen. Die Lage zwischen Pollenca und Port Pollenca ist spitze. Das Grillhaus ist Klasse. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen vom netten Hausbesitzer gereinigt. Wir 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Wir kommen wieder!!

We enjoyed a wonderful Easter week here - our hardy boys even enjoyed the pool. We loved the rustic feel. Between table tennis, the pool and games of hide and seek around the farm, this break in the spring sunshine was just what we needed. Pep and Melina could not have been more helpful and responsive. Stunning location, super peaceful and private but just a short distance in the car to Pollenca town or port and handy Lidl for groceries just up the road. We would highly recommend!!!

The Villa is in a fantastic location with amazing views of the Pollensa Bay. We also appreciated a lot of space inside and outside of the property. Its quirkiness also adds to the experience although it might not be to everyone's taste. Great pool area although unfortunately due to not a great weather we couldn't use it much. Must be fantastic in the high season though.

La villa Gabriel est une belle maison dans un bel environnement. Maison bien équipée. Draps, serviette de toilette et serviettes de bain fournies. Owl Booking a été très réactif lors de nos échanges. Les instructions d'arrivée étaient très claires. Petit bémol : la maison a mis du temps à se réchauffer (voyage en avril).

Villa Bella Fonte was a beautiful, peaceful home from home with plenty of space to relax and a large well equipped kitchen. Definitely a house I would recommend to anyone. Pollensa is a pretty town with lots going on and an easy jaunt to the sea.

Everything was good, we’ve liked this place so much. There a lot of space, big clean pool, a large terrace, many orange and lemon trees and in general the villa is very comfortable. Beds also were very comfortable, we slept like a babies. The only negative thing for us was that there were no bins to sort the trash, making it impossible to sort it out.

Owl booking was fantastic, we had three children under two and they were super helpful with cots and bedding, the Villa was the perfect size for two families and in a great location. The outdoor pool and garden was fantastic. We would highly recommended

House described as in the photos, beautiful place with an upper deck with 360° views, very well looked after externally (garden, swimming pool, barbecue area), super clean house with bed linen and towels like a hotel, clean kitchen items, refrigerator and impeccable ovens, well ventilated, no closed space smells. From fantastic and punctual communication, to a beautiful private and peaceful Villa stay, Villa Nadal was everything we needed for our first holiday with our 5 month old. So much room in the villa made relaxing and living there for the week absolute heaven. less then 10 minutes to Alcudia and Pollenca in opposite directions it was super easy to find with the above and beyond instructions from Owl Booking. If only all hosts were this attentive and proactive with their guests ⭐ They sorted the baby cot which she slept in perfectly and high chair for us during our stay. The pool was gorgeous and although a little chilly for our little one as not heated, it was great for us when she slept in the evening or to relax in during the day. If I was to return to Mallorca I would 100% look for a stay with Owl Booking as they were super quick, friendly and easy to contact should we have any issues. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the villa's great condition and its stunning exterior. The welcome gift basket was a caring touch and the Owl Booking team was very friendly and responsive. The villa was superb so we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you for a great holiday and a wonderful time!

Die Villa roch muffig was mit vielen Duftflacons versucht wurde zu übertuschen. Wir fanden an mehreren Stellen Schimmel, die Sofas waren klamm, die Ablagen in den Bädern waren kurz vorm Abfallen und konnten nicht benutzt werden. Selbst der Sockel vom Waschbecken war schief. Spinnweben in den Schränken. Ich habe sofort alles mit Fotos per WhatsApp gemeldet. Wir froren die erste Nacht, da es keine zusätzlichen Decken gab. Wir entschieden uns die Villa zu verlassen, da wir uns null wohlfühlten. Wir warteten bis 11.00 Uhr auf eine Rückmeldung, die nie kam. Erst am Nachmittag sah ich eine Nachricht über Booking. Ich hab dazugelernt, das "morgens" auf Mallorca 12.00 Uhr ist und die Bearbeitung sich dadurch bis in den Nachmittag zog. Ein Entgegenkommen für diesen Empfang und den vermiesten ersten Urlaubstag seitens OwlB. gab es nicht. Wer den Urlaub mit Mängelbeseitigung starten möchte, ist hier richtig. Aber wer will das schon. Häuser sollten vor Anreise geprüft und Instand gehalten werden und nicht erst auf Meldung der Gäste. Die Bilder auf den Plattformen sind stark bearbeitet. Die Räume und Außenanlagen nicht so schön gepflegt und groß wie abgebildet. Den Terrassentisch mit Bestuhlung gibt es nicht. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich alle im unteren Stockwerk. Aufenthaltsraum und Küche in den oberen Stockwerk. Die Garage war verschlossen. Parkplätze in den Nebenstraßen schwierig.

This was our first time booking a villa in Pollensa through Owl booking. The experience has been first class, emails answered the same day by friendly and very efficient staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. I am not someone who is easily pleased, but would highly recommend booking with them. We have used other local agents in the past few years, but nowhere near as good. The villa was great, clean, charming and very well equipped, better than described on the website, I will not mention the villa name as we will try to book it for next year!. We found a wasp nest in the grounds and the owner arrived and dealt with it the same day. Good service Thank you to all the delightful staff at Owl David and Claudia

I don't normally write reviews(but selfishly the one that reads them..) I just felt in this case the need to take my time to share my thoughts on Owl Booking, they are simply amazing! This is our third year in the island and they've always been supper profesional and responsible with all aspects relating to our accommodation and stay in general, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, whom we find an extremely honest and genuine person, they are local from the area too, so they have extensive knowledge of the island! They are MUCH recommended!!!

The Location was great, anything was as announced, the pool seemed to be even larger 😁👍. We Had a great time. Additionally the service was outstanding, Owl even booked the Airport Transport for me 😁

Decor very shabby, bathroom facilities old and out of date. Bedroom linen gross. Kitchen same, old fridge which didn't chill properly. Grotty old bathmat left for us in the "family bathroom" plus a knackered old showerhead which forcibly sprays water in any direction other than you want; soaking the floor before you manage to get into the tired old cubicle. Tv utterly useless, pool quite nice. Ants everywhere but no fault there. 3/10 would never return.

My family and I stayed in a villa last week rented to us by Owl. I have to say that their service was excellent from booking to departure. This was particularly evident when I pointed out a couple of small niggles with the villa upon arrival. The team dealt with the issues very quickly and with good communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had a wonderful stay in a lovely Villa in the countryside near Alcudia booked through Owl. There was an issue with the shower tray leaking in the Villa, we reported it to Owl, and it was fixed within a few hours which was great. Communication was excellent in general, messages were replied to very quickly on the few other occasions contact was made. Will definitely use again.
