Stayed at villa hort middle of August villa is fantastic great space and location pool is good size and was used every day, air conditioned bedrooms was also a great comfort at night as was very hot that week, the inside is quirky and traditional which we like if you're looking for a modern villa maybe not for you, position wise to pollensa is you can walk in but is quit a hike in hot weather we would use the cars and park in the car park by the roman Bridge and walk from there about six or seven minutes into center, the lane from the main road is also quit narrow, there is a lidl and aroski five minutes drive towards pollensa port which is very handy, over all we had a great week and would definitely use best villas pollensa again as the where fantastic throughout the hole process we had a couple of little niggles during our stay like the dishwasher broke but this was fixed with in a couple of hours by best villas, another great option is the free car which you can pick up from the airport this is extremely good for your departure day as you have to leave the villa by ten but if you have a late flight you can keep hold of the car until you drop back of at the airport this gives you the opportunity to make the mosy of your last day as you have somewhere to keep you luggage. Stayed in a BVP Villa in 2019, absolutley superb, booked for 2020 of which because of Covid we could not make, our booking was then moved forward to 2021, again because of Covid we could not make this either so BVP have moved our booking to 2022. I have not incurred any costs whatsoever. 100% trustworthy company as well as having a big presence in Pollenca. Look forward to seeing the BVP crew in 2022!

Wir waren gerade zum ersten Mal zwölf Tage in der wunderschön gelegenen Villa Huguet und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Ein, zwei kleinere Dinge haben uns gestört aber wir haben sie vor Ort gar nicht gemeldet, weil sie nicht so gravierend waren. Wahrscheinlich hätte Best Villas Pollenca aber sofort reagiert. Denn die ganze Abwicklung durch das Team war wirklich hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt und auch mit dem kostenlosen Mietauto durch Vivecars gab es keinerlei Probleme und ein völlig unkompizliertes Handling. - Von unserer Seite eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Wir werden hier sicher wieder buchen.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, highly recommend booking through them. We recently stayed with them at Villa Mariposa which was perfectly located within walking distance of the old town. Cleaning and pool service excellent, car hire easy and all done by their office and overall cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer une semaine dans la villa Malena. La villa est vraiment très bien, au calme (attention si vous aimez effervescence de la ville il faudra prévoir une voiture car c'est à environ 3km), très bien entretenue les extérieurs sont superbes (même si la décoration intérieure est un peu ancienne, mais nous sommes censés passer du temps dehors et pas dedans). La prestation de thebestvillaspollensa est vraiment au top. Tout s'est bien passé et quand nous avons eu des questions à leur poser pendant notre séjour la réponse était très rapide et efficace. La piscine est parfaite. A faire et à refaire....

I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Villa Lleida, nestled near the picturesque town of Pollença, Mallorca. Booked through Best Villas Pollença we had an absolutely amazing experience, despite a few minor hiccups! Their website was easy to navigate, with stunning photos and detailed descriptions of each property. The booking process was seamless, and their staff were prompt and helpful in answering all my questions. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the beautiful villa, which was spotless and well-maintained. We encountered a couple of small issues during our stay, but the customer service was outstanding in addressing our concerns. Even with my demanding nature, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect – handling each issue promptly and professionally. The location was ideal, just a short drive from both Pollença's charming old town and beautiful nearby beaches. I can't recommend Best Villas Pollença enough – our holiday was truly unforgettable, and I'll definitely be using their services again for my next Mallorca trip! Their excellent customer service and ability to handle any concerns make them stand out in the villa rental industry.

The worst house I've ever rented. Air-conditioning didn't work in master bedroom The upside bathroom had a horrible smell The drain in the shower hardly worked The lighting is horrible and bulbs have different colour temperature The beds are way way too hard and to small The cutlery is the cheapest ever and not enough, so is the China The whole TV section is a big mess The garden is almost a wilderness The outdoor furniture is of the worst quality and in very poor condition This is just a small selection of everything which does not meet normal standards. The whole house should have had a make-over 10 years ago!! The whole house is not suitable to rent out and to call it a villa is absurd.

We recently used Best Villas Pollensa for the first time, saying at Villa Luz. I cannot fault this company. The communication, from very first contact, right through to the end of the holiday, was exceptional. All of the communication and paperwork beforehand was extremely efficient with very quick replies to all emails. The villa itself was outstanding. It was in a lovely peaceful area, was extremely clean throughout, and a lovely welcome pack greeted us on arrival. The added touches of things like pool towels and the table tennis table are all bonuses. It should be said that we took a flier and actually arrived about an hour before the designated time of 4pm – the villa hadn’t yet been cleaned, but seconds later the maid service arrived, so we apologised and left them to it and returned at about 4.45pm, when they were just finishing off. This didn’t inconvenience us at all, as it was our fault that we had arrived early anyway, but later in the week when the maid came for the mid-week clean, she presented us with another bottle of wine from the company ‘as an apology for the late cleaning on the first day’ – a gesture which was definitely not needed, but shows the level of customer service of this company. Check-out was at 10am on the last day, but our flight wasn’t until the evening, so I contacted the office and they were more than happy for us to store our suit-cases with them during the day, even offering shower facilities for us to freshen up before leaving for the airport – amazing! The villas also include a hire car which comes from Vives Cars, which is located in the same office. The communications regarding the car was also first class. We had an issue with our car at one point, causing it to break down while we were out – I contacted them and in less than 1 hour, they had arrived with a replacement car which we then kept for the rest of the holiday – outstandingly fast service and certainly better than the 8 hours I had to wait for the RAC when we broke down during our UK holiday in 2020! We have visited Mallorca 15 times in the last 20 years and have used various different villa companies during that time, but I have to say that the service from Best Villas Pollensa is by far the best that we have ever experienced, and I would not hesitate in using them again in the future and in recommending them.

Couldn't come to the rented villa because of Corona (first wave, March 2020). They just cashed the whole amount. No refund, no postponing, no nothing. I vowed to never book there again. And to leave this negative review, to let them feel it (a bit, I'm not that influential 😊).

Positive comments to start:..Aina is in a brilliant situation just outside Port dr Pollenca with great views. Big pool which was maintained very well. Nice garden. Welcome pack of wine, water, olives, milk and snacks. Negative comments:...The chairs and sofas have been there for at least 15 years. That was our first visit. Now the chairs are covered with bad fitting covers and the sofas need replaced. The kitchen floor was dirty, Debris in the corners and I don't think that any of the floors had been washed. Washing machine had a very bad smell. Basin marked. Cigarette butts on the floor of sitting room. Ironing board has seen better days. Cover held together with nappy pins! Hairdryers need replaced...one held together with tape. The owners should spend some money on this villa. It could be very comfortable. The photos in the gallery are not like the real thing!!!

Stayed for a week in Villa Natura. Well appointed, clean and well kept. The garden and pool were in pristine condition. This was maintained during the week by a visit from the gardener and a maid service (once). The affiliated car hire was straightforward and reliable. I'd thoroughly recommend this firm. We've now had 3 villas through them and intend to return.

Very friendly staff, let us leave luggage for day as we had late flight, bonus was letting us all use their office shower... All 10 of us!! Muchas gracias.

We rented the finca lleida for new years eve and it was very disappointing! First the water came only brown in the whole house so we couldn't take a shower or cook in for the first night and day. But there are several other things: The pingpong table is only a wooden table and unusable,the tennis square is old an full of plants,the indoorpool not warm enough and after using it u smell for 2 days,the billard table is cheap and too small,none of the darts were working,dirty hairdryer and the kitchen is really not what we expected (no sharp knife,mold on some things,really poor and cheap equipement)... Ok,the thing with the water is one thing: the reaction was really nice; as we phoned because of the water and a cookingplate,the technical support was in the finca one hour later and fixed these things...great and thank you for that! But over all,when you pay a price like that you could expect a great villa with furniture that works and can be used! It's a shame and we don't understand why this finca is that expensive! We expected much more fore this price and it was a pity because we wanted to rent something really special for these holidays...

Formidable

2018 was our second year using Best Villas Pollensa - from the first contact to leaving the villa everything is so simple. Car hire is seamless and villas are always perfect with all we would need. We are already talking about our 2019 holiday. Pollensa is such a beautiful area and the whole island so easy to navigate. Thank you for all you do and keep up the good work.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Malagarba. Very helpful staff when making booking, emails replied to promptly. Villa was immaculate and extremely comfortable and spacious. Great holiday experience. The service provided was excellent. Communication was always clear and and any questions/requests that were made by us were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner. Car hire was simple and when the car we had requested wasn't available we were provided with an upgrade with no problems. What was really useful was having the car available until late on the final day without any extra cost which was a real bonus. The villa was as described and impeccably clean. The pool was spotless and although it was very cold being so early in the season we did manage a few dips - it was hard to resist! The area around Villa Relax was very quiet and peaceful and the gardens very pretty especially with the backdrop of the hills. The area of Pollensa was beautiful and as we hired bikes we were able to explore much of the local area. We didn't venture out much in the evenings but a walk into Pollensa town was doable. Ive rated this a 4 after my last holiday. Ive used them 5-6 times and always found them to go above and beyond. However the last villa i used we had the owner coming i and out. There were things she was clearly not happy about us using. It made our stay a little uncomfortable. We asked the office if we could stay at the villa until 4pm because of flights and were told that would be fine but at 10am the owner arrived shouting in spanish and shaking her head telling us to leave. Obviously we hadnt packed thinking we had plenty of time. Really spoiled our holiday.

We have just come back from a stay in one of the BVP villas 2 weeks ago. Absolutely brilliant! Booking service and communications (all by email) before we went were clear and reliable - no problems at all. The free car hire included was first class - the easiest pick-up and drop off ever experienced. The villa was beautiful - in our case an old farmhouse of great character in a good sized garden wityh secure access, surrounded by agricultural land, lemon trees, olive trees etc, modernised with lovely decor and with everything we could possibly want for a week or two stay. The owners were friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. Lovely welcome pack with basic groceries, eggs, wine etc. Could not fault anything. Fantastic place in one of the most beautiful parts of Mallorca. Would return there without hestation!
