Among all our travels, this company is the first AirBnb disappointment. They openly admit, and provide in writing (in their review), that they spy during your stay—and exaggerate massively in their review: "[...] did NOT maintain a basic level of order and cleanliness [...]". Despite one could argue that this NOT your business when you rent out, it is simply a bold lie. And thus, the gardener is actually a "spy" who enters the property several times unscheduled and reports to the company. The outrageous accusations in their review is made out of thin air. I assume we provoked their narcissistic behavior by complaining about their non-functional registration website. It's one of those many new companies in Mallorca with the strategy "Blame the customer. It's never our fault.". And of course, the mass-tourism let's them get away with it. Breath-taking how little criticism (yes, my tone became more firm after multiple attempts of trying to register guests online) it takes to make someone spin-up lies in a review in such a magnitude - non-reflective of their own doing. Insisting that their behaviour is at all time "professional" and "cordial". Not even asking the guests to leave at 0500 a.m. is a topic to reflect about. A distorted view of reality. Anyhow, we assume that is a rare exception on AirBnB.

Our evaluation on Airbnb was posted before we saw their comment and was based solely on objective and verifiable facts, as clearly shown in the messages exchanged throughout the reservation. We would like to clarify that we never “spy” on our guests. Garden and pool maintenance are standard services necessary to keep the property in perfect condition and are always carried out with the utmost respect, discretion, and professionalism, as stated in each listing. Throughout the entire stay, we always replied to the guest with polite and respectful messages, even though many of their responses were disrespectful towards members of our team, often unclear, and in several cases wrongly assuming our personal opinions about them or tourists in general. Despite this, our communication remained professional and solution-oriented at all times. The accusations made are completely unfounded, and we regret that this review has been written in retaliation. We invite anyone interested in knowing the truth to contact us privately — we will gladly share the full communication history, from the first to the last day of the stay, so everyone can form their own opinion based on real and transparent information. We are a small local company made up of three people, dedicated to providing 24/7 assistance to all our guests, always striving to answer questions and resolve issues as quickly and professionally as possible. Thousands of positive reviews on major platforms support our ongoing commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. It saddens us that some individuals choose to distort reality for reasons we truly do not understand, but we will continue to act with honesty, respect, and transparency, as we always have. I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. I booked two nights via Airbnb without any issue – the calendar showed availability and I was immediately charged over €800. Shortly after, the host asked me to cancel the booking myself because they only accept stays of more than six nights. This condition was not visible or enforced in the booking process, otherwise I would never have been able to book in the first place. As a result, I’m currently waiting to get my money back, but I also lost the Airbnb service fees and the travel insurance costs, which were never refunded! This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating, and it leaves me with a very negative impression of both the host and the property.

Unfortunately, there was a mismatch between our property management software and Airbnb’s platform, which allowed a reservation of fewer than six nights even though our minimum stay requirement is six nights. As soon as we noticed the error — your reservation was for May 2026 — we contacted you within minutes, cancelled the booking on our side, and ensured that 100% of the amount you paid was refunded. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, and we have already updated our listing and informed Airbnb to help prevent this from happening again in the future.

Rented the townhouse 'Casa Torres' in the old town of Pollensa, a beautifully presented property,spotlessly clean,everything you could possibly need is there. Masses of space,lots of nice touches to a obviously cared for property. Had an issue with the WIFI resolved by the owner in a matter of hours.Lovely short stroll into the old square,Casa Torres is a gem of a place. Highly reccomend

Sun Villas and especially Josep is a super friendly and well organized agency to get you a great place to stay in Mallorca. We went to the Villa L’ull de La Font near Pollenca to spend 4 weeks of cycling. This was the best choice ever :) Josep was verry helpfull for everything that you could think of. As well the owner family of the house was lovley as well. The house is wonderfully beautiful! It is restored in an authentic manner and has a marvelous garden, really everything looks like in the images. The house got cleaned every week an towels got changed twice a week so that we always found ourselves in a clean and peaceful environment. Would definitely love to go back and enjoy the pool under the sun and meet up again with Josep and the Family.
