I love how Antonia Torrandell has made all her friends leave positive reviews which are fake!!! Do NOT trust this woman. We sent her money in error which she stole and we had to take her through the courts to get it back. She is NOT trustworthy!

Conveniently located for a relaxing beach holiday ; great for couples with young children too.

No recomendable si no eres alguien con "prestigio". Les comunicas qué buscas para luego decirte que te llamarán y no solo no lo hacen, sino que cuando les llamas (después de esperar eternamente) te dan largas. Lo dicho, si eres un mindundi que te has quedado en la calle y no tienes dinero no merece la pena ni preguntar, pero eso solo ha sido mi experiencia.. .

Disappointed at the lack of support from this agency. I would avoid using. Misled regarding APARTMENTOS CALA PUERTO POLLENSA. Apartment is nice inside, lots of space & very well looked after. Albeit a few teething problems on arrival. HOWEVER, we were not advised what is beneath and behind apartment. Underneath is an apartment that has a very messy smelly yard which you can clearly see into with dogs mess (you can imagine what that would be like in the sunshine), 2 large dogs that bark, and a temporary pool with stagnant water. Different people coming and going all the time…… At the rear where the balcony/patio area is the apartment over looks a main road and an open water tunnel with smelly stagnant water. Which has honestly spoilt our holiday. We were unable to use the outside facilities a lot of the time because of the unsanitary smell which made us feel quite ill. It is also next to a supermarket. The lorries that deliver to the supermarket are very loud. When at APARTMENTOS CALA PUERTO POLLENSA we have had to spend most times inside which is a shame because it was the balcony/patio area that really appealed to us!! Should anyone like photos before they book please message me as we were NOT told this and feel the photos provided are deceiving. I have raised this with the agency but received passive abrupt emails dismissing this and not wanting to resolve certain situations. Please think twice about using this agency as they were quick to chase for payment but any other information that was needed for APARTMENTOS CALA PUERTO POLLENSA I had to continually ask for to include a confirmation of balance of payment which was sent abruptly just with two exclamation marks!! Other things we had to ask for as we were waiting for them to arrive once full payment was received were, key code, and even address of the property (which was wrong and ended up with us knocking on a neighbours door at early hours of the morning.) We had a local delivery to our apartment booked and they confirmed it was the wrong address too! No welcome manual in APARTMENTOS CALA PUERTO POLLENSA explaining how to operate things or who to contact in an emergency. Again I had to pre-empt this question by asking in advance for it. There was also an old water bottle that we had to keep emptying each day that the air conditioning would leak into. If this was not emptied it would leak all over the patio. (No instructions asking us to do this in advance.) Please also be aware that the bed is the most uncomfortable bed EVER! It was so hard. We barely slept for 10 nights we were relieved to leave because we were so exhausted. I did also mention to the agency that the kettle was dangerous to use as it would not switch off. Lid also falls off easily. They said I should have told them straight away on our arrival we told them approximately 36 hours after our arrival, however it was not replaced the whole 10 nights we were there. It saddens me to leave a review like this, The agency do not have a review facility on their FB page, which makes me feel like they must often get negative feedback. Such a shame that we felt that they were only interested in getting the reservation and taking the balance. I feel this honest & accurate feedback is important for anyone else who is planning spending their hard earned money on booking with the agency and APARTMENTOS CALA PUERTO POLLENSA alike.

Excelente Serviciio.Antonia y Eva son muy profesionales y simpáticas.Nos alquilaron un apartamento en primera linea por un mes y durante todo la estancia estuvieron atentas con nosotras. Sin duda, volveré a contratar sus servicios cada vez que vuelva a Pollensa.

Después de llegar a la inmobiliaria a las 9:30 para recoger las llaves del apartamento y NO acompañarnos, no conseguiamos encontrarlo ya que la dirección de su web era errónea, pasada 1 hora intentando localizar el apartamento y numerosas llamadas decidimos volver a la inmobiliaria para que nos llevasen ellos y de esa manera al fin lo conseguimos. Decir, que por parte de las 2 mujeres de la inmobiliaria que nos atendieron, muy poco o nada de tacto y educación con el cliente, llegando a colgarnos el teléfono al decirles que íbamos a poner una reclamación y también decirnos que no podían perder el tiempo con nosotros. Inaceptable

This company appeared on You and Yours (Radio 4) today, it would appear that the women in charge of the company is incredibly dishonest and is refusing to transfer £7000 which was accidentally sent to her by an individual who made a simple online banking mistake.

La atención es correcta aunque dejar el apartamento a las 10:00, no reponer las bombillas estropeadas (unas cuantas), y echar la culpa al Ayuntamiento del problema de cucarachas en el apartamento (más concretamente en los dormitorios) cuando otros edificios si han solventado el problema sin duda no es el mejor trato a los clientes.
