Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa La Sort etwas außerhalb von Pollenca, war aber kein Problem mit einem Mietwagen, 5 Minuten in die Stadt oder bis zum Supermarkt. Die Villa ist typisch für Mallorca gebaut, hat einen Pool und eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit und Grill. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Es regnete recht häufig und da das Haus keine Heizung hatte, wurde die Wäsche teilweise etwas feucht. Vielleicht sollte man in den Herbst- und Wintermonaten zusätzlich einen Ölradiator und etwas dickere Zudecken bereitstellen. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und die fehlende Heizmöglichkeit kam es im unteren Bad zur Schimmelbildung. Aber genug der kritischen Worte. Es hat uns trotz allem sehr gut gefallen. Zur Anreise stand ein Willkommens Paket mit erster Verpflegung und Getränken auf dem Tisch, zwischendurch wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, was für ein Ferienhaus nicht überall üblich ist. Wir können die Buchung über Nordvillas nur sehr empfehlen, beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder.

Wir verbrachten 9 wunderbare Tage in der Finca Can Ferragut. Ruhige Lage, tolles Gelände, großer Pool und eine Finca, die vieles zum Wohlfühlen bietet. Ein Schlafzimmer ist nahezu barrierefrei zu erreichen, was es mobilitätseingeschränkten Menschen einfacher Macht. Die Küche ist nach unserem Empfinden komplett ausgestattet. Ein Stern wurde abgezogen, weil an einigen Stellen der Zahn der Zeit ordentlich nagt und die Räumlichkeiten muffig riechen (ließ sich auch durch intensives Lüften und Nutzen der „dry“ Funktion der AC nicht beseitigen).

Die Villa ist toll geeignet für 1-2 Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage zur Stadt Pollença sowie zum Strand ist ideal. Verbessert werden könnten die Betten und die Türen (quietschen recht stark). Wir waren zum 2. mal hier und hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Great accommodation….. good position near the beach, and close to restaurants, bars and shops. Well equipped, with everything one needs to prepare meals if required. Thoroughly recommend the apartment , and would definitely book again.

Wir hatte eine sehr tolle Zeit in der sehr schönen Finca Magdalena. Es passte alles. Der Pool wurde in der Mitte der Zeit noch einmal gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Es war alles sehr sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das war unserer 2. Aufenthalt in einer Finca die über Nordvillas vermietet wird und sicher nicht unser letzter.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Leider wirkte der Garten nicht so gepflegt. Im Haus gab es auch ein paar kleinere Mängel. Leider war unsauberes Geschirr und Geschirrhandtücher am Anreisetag da. Das Besteck an sich wirkte sehr sehr alt und fleckig, teils rostig. Auch bei uns funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht einwandfrei. Die Sofakissen im Haus waren schmutzig teilweise und auch die Kissen draußen wirkten alt und fleckig. Da sollte man auf jeden Fall nachbessern. Richtig wohlfühlen konnte man sich so leider nicht.

We spent a fabulous week at El Cano and it was great to have to have such a spacious villa close to the centre of Port de Pollenca and all its lovely restaurants. Although located in the town it is only a short walk to the beach, and beach towels were provided. We were with our adult children and their partners so we really appreciated having three bathrooms with large walk-in showers, a lovely open plan living area, and outside space where we ate breakfast and had a barbecue one evening. The communication with Nord Villas was very good and the breakage deposit was refunded promptly. On arrival we were delighted to find a welcome pack of milk, bread, eggs, butter, tea, coffee, sugar and other small items. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable.

Fijn verblijf gehad in een van de villa’s. Villa was van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij aankomst stond er al een aantal basis etenswaar en drinken klaar wat erg fijn was gezien onze late aankomsttijd. Zeker een aanrader om hier een huis te huren.

We've just had a family holiday in Can Singala, lovely villa, 3 good sized bedrooms and a great pool and outside area. Good communication from Nord Villas and when we asked about more bbq gas it arrived in less than an hour. Great service - thank you

The accommodation was perfect. Nord Villas had a welcome pack waiting for us. Snacks, musli, eggs, milk and many more things to have a welcome start to the holiday. We arrived very late (12am), so the pizza was very welcomed. The flat was very spacious, close to the beach and next to the restaurants. Thank you Nord Villas!!

Wir waren 1 Woche vor Ort und total begeistert! Die Finca hatte alles, was man braucht; Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster usw., genug Geschirr und Besteck, aber auch Spül- und Waschmaschine waren da. Sogar ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett fehlten nicht. Die Finca war gepflegt und sauber, der eigene Pool lud bei herrlichem Wetter zum Schwimmen ein. Bei Anreise lag sogar ein Begrüßungspaket mit allem, was man für den Abend und den nächsten Morgen brauchte, vor. Es wurde sich sofort erkundigt ob alles ok ist, und man solle sich nicht scheuen, sich zu melden, wenn es nicht so wäre. Die von uns geleistete Kaution wurde sofort nach dem Urlaub zurück überwiesen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert 👍!

We had an amazing stay in Can Picassa and can’t recommend the villa enough! We arrived late due to our flight being delayed and there were no issues with this, we also had late checkout which worked better for us with a baby. The hosts were more than accommodating, helping us get a taxi and being super responsive when we had a blocked drain, it was fixed within a couple of hours! Any minor issues were dealt with very quickly. The drive up to the villa is quite narrow so if you are renting a car, I would recommend a smaller one to be safe. The villa was incredibly spacious and there are so many seating options outside so you won’t go stuck! The pool is a great size and although it is surrounded by trees the pool was still so clean every day! We had a lovely holiday and hope to be back in the future!

Einfach klasse. Wir waren in der Finca Can Picassa. Ganz ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse. Ein paar hundert Meter zum nächsten Haus. Oben am Berg mit einer bezaubernden Aussicht nach Pollensa. Top ausgestattet. Das Begrüssungspacket mit Brot,Butter,Schinken und Käse war mehr als erwartet. Die Besitzer haben sich sehr dezent um alles gekümmert, wie u.a. einenErsatzgrill. Wir waren und sind total begeistert. Viele Grüße

Absolutely lovely apartment with everything you need for self catering! Great gift box with essentials for the stay! Excellent WiFi! Fabulous communication throughout our booking and holiday! Lovely villa (Tintorer) and a fantastic holiday. Villa was clean and tidy, in a great location within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The outdoor space was fantastic! Peaceful with beautiful views. The pool was amazing. Thanks!

Wir hatten die wunderschöne Finca Magdalena in toller Lage! Toller Pool, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, ganz netter Support vom Vermieter. Die defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort gegen eine komplett neue ausgetauscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wynajmowaliśmy apartament MOLINS7 Jestem zadowolona z dużej ilości informacji, jakie zostały mi przekazane przed przyjazdem, łącznie z kodem do apertamentu. Jednocześnie było dużo formalności online, ale potem odbiór kluczy jest bezkontaktowy. Przed przyjazdem dodatkowo była konieczność wpłaty depozytu 150€ na wypadek zniszczeń. Kontakt z Nord Villas - był dobry, choć niestety nie odpowiadali w dni wolne od pracy. Na szczęście udało nam się rozwiązać problemy we własnym zakresie. Apartament oceniam pozytywnie. Ma dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Miłym dodatkiem jest na prawdę duży zestaw powitalny z artykułami spożywczymi oraz akcesoriami do kuchni i łazienki.

Wir waren in der Finka LA TORRE nahe dem Ort Pollensa. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir von außen sehr prositive überrascht, schönes Grundstück mit tollen Pflanzen😍 in der Finka ging es dann genau so weiter, es war alles super sauber und ein kleines Begrüßung Geschenk gab es auch. Der Pool wurde in der Zeit des Aufenthalts auch gereinigt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder über Nord Villas buchen!!! Danke 🤗

Delightful. Better than the photos. Beautiful garden. Very well equipped. Small areas for improvement - the room with a single bed would be better served by a double; and an outside shower would also be helpful. But these a v v minor quibbles.

Wie hatten zu 10 die EL VILA 133 im Pollensa / Pollença El Vilar und es war einfach genial. Die Villa befindet sich in einer erhöhten Lage in den Bergen von Pollensa. Die Aussicht einfach atemberaubend. Die 2 Pool auf verschiedenen Ebenen waren auch super, den Preis der Villa ist auch verdient. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Lovely villa, everything was absolutely perfect. Good welcome packs with essentials such as household items and bread etc. The staff were very kind when they came to clean and do the pool. Villa was very clean and in excellent condition when we arrived. All communications were very quick and easy. Would definitely recommend! Thank you ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at one of the villas from Nord villas in Pollensa Mallorca. The villa was beautifully maintained with all the necessities you would need for a family stay. The ping pong table was a big hit with kids and the pool was also exceptionally maintained. The location was very close to the port of pollensa with wonderful beaches. Would love to return.

We had a wonderful time in Pollenca staying at Casa Llobera 8. There were some minor issues regarding amenities within the property, pool lights and the hand rail into the pool. These were fully resolved very quickly by the Nord Villas staff and Pablo. Nothing was too much trouble. I would like to thank Katarina and her team for their help in making sure we had a fantastic holiday. You offer a first class service and I would, without hesitation, consider booking future holidays to beautiful Pollenca with Nord Villas. Fred

2 families have just spent the week at Can Giro in Pollença. This is a lovely villa with plenty of space, a large pool and a great choice of outdoor seating areas. The kitchen had everything you needed plus there’s a bbq outside. The house is usually for 8 but if you pay a supplement you get to use the 5th bedroom, a downstairs double. The position is right at the end of a quiet lane so it’s very tranquil. No road noise. Only 1 of the 5 bedrooms is en suite but there are 2 upstairs bathrooms (serving 3 bedrooms) and 1 downstairs stairs bathroom so not a problem. The house was super clean on arrival. Lidl and Eroski supermarkets are 5 mins drive. Pollenca is 5 minute drive to one of the car parks on the edge of town (don’t attempt to drive into the centre) we used the Pont Roma car park. 10 minute walk to the centre. Puerto Pollenca is a 10 minute drive. Lovely area with mountains and beautiful beaches. The only real negative was the pool chlorine turned all our swimming costumes yellow. Nord Villas were excellent at communication though so we’d definitely use them again.

We’ve just come back from a great stay in Pollenca. Lencis was a perfect villa for a family of 5, the pool was incredible and facilities just perfect. Location was great for Pollenca old town, port Pollenca and surround activities (we went to hidropark and Ranxo sea roques horse riding), all in easy reach. We had an issue with the gas hob on the first day and the team at Nord villas were extremely responsive and fixed it the next day. Super friendly team and staff. We will definitely book again through Nord Villas!

Perfect from start to finish. A wonderful place where couples can relax and reconnect in the privacy of the Majorcan countryside. Definitely take insect spray as they are active early evening in July. Staff at Nord Villas are brilliant

We had a wonderful stay at the Can Corretja last 2 weeks in Jun2 2025. It was very clean, all the beds were really comfy, pool was clean and garden was very well landscaped and beautiful with fresh oranges and lemons every day from the orchard. We had a problem with the hot water and they came out immediately and fixed it. The cleaners came in every few days and that was lovely to get fresh towels. I would only ask that they change the table tennis bats - they weren't very good. We would really recommend this place. It's quiet neighbourhood, and fantastic for exploring if you are a cyclist, the roads are beautiful to ride.

A fantastic villa. We lived there for 10 days and couldn't have had a better time. Right by the sea, so you could go swimming in the sea, or in your own pool. A 5-10 minute walk to restaurants.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold sammen med storfamilien. Huset hadde store gode rom med egne bad. Gode senger å sove i og aircondition som holdt en behagelig temperatur inne. Kjøkkenet var stort og manglet ingenting. Utendørs var bassenget flittig i bruk. Reint og fristende i 30 varmegrader. Solsenger til alle med parasoller etter behov. Vi hadde frokost ved det store fellesbordet utendørs. Noen kvelder tok vi i bruk den store utegrillen og hadde middag hjemme. Barna spilte en del ping-pong om kvelden når sola var på hell. Området rundt er et eventyr. Gangavstand til de beste restaurantene og bare et steinkast til strand og hav. Der ble det morgenbad etter joggetur og kveldsbad før middag. Kan anbefales til alle. We had a great stay at Villa Quiros 2 just outside the promenade at Port de Pollença. The Villa was big and practical with many bedrooms and connected bathrooms. Outside there was a big pool area with sun beds, and outside the kitchen area there was a large dining area with a pavilion, coal grill and a ping pong table for the kids. Just over the main road you can take a morning swim in the ocean. And with a short walk you will enter the beach promenade of Port de Pollença. Lots of good restaurants and shops in the Pollença area and Alcúdia old town

We had a fantastic experience of NordVillas and the villa we booked - Can Oli was first class. We've been holidaying in this region of Majorca for about 15 years and this was probably the best experience in terms of service and communication. Super helpful staff. We only had a week - wished we'd booked 2. We will definitely use NordVillas again.

Nos alojamos en Villa Quiros 2 con mi familia y realmente fue excelente. La casa súper completa con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Además, ofrecen servicios adicionales espectaculares, fuimos con niños así que hasta un cerco para la pileta nos montaron. Das Haus montelago in Alcudia war einfach nur perfekt! Noch besser als erwartet! Extrem freundlicher Besitzer, immer erreichbar, hat uns sogar Kuchen vorbei gebracht. Das Haus war Riesen groß, die Aufteilung top. Der Pool und der Außenbereich wunderschön. Große Küche ausgestattet mit alle. Und viel mehr als man braucht! Große Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder! We had a wonderful stay at Punta Pericas with our 1 year old. Wonderful villa with a great pool and outdoor area including ping pong table. 5 minute drive from pollensa and port de pollensa. Despite some early teething issues, Nord Villa were easy to contact and quick to fix issues. Would recommend for those looking for a relaxing family holiday.

A group of 6 of us spent 8 nights at Molins 1. The village of Cala Sant Vicenc has its own charm -> beautiful beaches, views and tranquility all in one. Wir hatten die Finka Coster del Puig am Rande von Pollença, eine Woche Pfingsten 2025. Die Finka war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Zustand des Geländes und das Haus waren sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war freundlich und professionell, bei Fragen wurde uns jederzeit weitergeholfen. Klare Empfehlung!

They kept in contact and supplied beach towels and a welcome hamper which included all you needed for 24hrs it was such a great touch as we arrived to the villa at midnight and had nothing. 10/10 ! would definitely recommend booking with them

Lovely apartment with everything you need and in an excellent location - easy access to the beach! The pool, whilst communal, almost felt like our own private pool. The kids enjoyed finishing their days with a swim. Cleaning staff were very efficient and when we requested a few things (sheets, towels etc) they ensured delivery very quickly.

We had towels replaces twice a week, a parking spot available during our stay, and the most lovely condo near Pollenca. We have stayed with Nord Villas before and will stay with them again. Reibungsloser Checkin, sehr gute Kommunikation zuvor und auch direkt vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung in Cala San Vincent (Bon Dia) hat eine Top Lage sowie eine schöne Terrasse. Das Inventar ist nicht das Neueste und man muss erstmal ordentlich lüften, um die Feuchtigkeit raus zu bekommen. Sonst alles super :)

Je recommande vivement Nord villas Pollensa vers qui nous avons loué la villa CAN Canaves. Alors que nous avions réservé une villa pour 6 sans option d’annulation, ils ont accepté d’échanger contre une villa plus grande lorsque nos enfants se sont finalement décidés à nous rejoindre ! Sur place la villa etait parfaite, très propre, et la communication avec l’équipe était vraiment top , ils sont aux petits soins ! Exemple : on a pu trouver des petites courses de premières nécessité dans le frigidaire en arrivant, et cela a même été jusqu’à nous appeler pour savoir si on était pas concernés par un accident arrivé aux portes de la ville ! Vraiment si je pouvais mettre plus d’étoiles je le ferai ! Merci et j’espère à bientôt !

Mollins 4: De locatie was is erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kijkt echt uit over een gedeelte van het dorp, de bergen en de zee. Het strand op 100meter afstand is 1 van de mooiere in de wijde omgeving. Het dorp zelf is vrij rustig en er zijn toch goede voorzieningen en er is genoeg te doen. Uitstekende uitvalbasis om het noorden van Mallorca te ontdekken en tot rust te komen.

We have just returned from a week in Con Nico just outside Pollenca. We had the most wonderful time. The villa is outstanding, spread across two buildings so absolutely masses of space. All mod cons available. Fantastic pool with sun pretty much the whole day with lovely shaded areas around. Gigantic garden/olive grove. Can imagine little ones having the time of their lives. We had a small problem with lack of hot water which was rectified immediately. Lovely friendly lady came to change towels mid week. Lovely gentle stroll to shops, restaurants and bars in Pollenca. If you have bikes there’s a covered workshop area for cleaning or drying stuff off. Plenty of parking. We even had a couple of visits from a small heard of goats!! The villa was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Now we’ve found Nord we won’t be using Air BnB anymore. Thanks so much to the whole Nord team.

It is ok, looks nice and I can recomend it. There are few stuff to improve : door in general bathroom downstairs were not closing and would be good to have automatic ventilation in bathrooms

Wir waren zu elft in der Finca Morell Vells bei Pollença. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes war gut und auch die Information für die Finca selbst war detailliert. Die Finca selbst war sauber und mit allen benötigten Utensilien und Maschinen ausgestattet. Während des Aufenthaltes hatten wir ein technisches Problem, welches innerhalb kürzester Zeit durch den Hausherren gelöst wurde. Die Anlage selbst ist geräumig und bietet Platz für viele Autos. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Nachdem es für Doppelbetten nur eine große Decke gibt, wäre es gut, eine Einzelbettdecke als Reserve zu haben. Wenn wir mit dem Baby zu dritt im Bett liegen, ist eine Decke etwas unpraktisch.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Molins 7. We stayed during the Easter holidays so the sea and unheated pool were rather cold. This did not diminish our enjoyment. The villa with it's balcony was excellent and Cala Sant Vicenc was a lovely quiet resort with a clean sandy beach.

Das Haus hatte eine super Lage direkt am Strand und einem schönen Spazierweg. Wir wurden herzlich mit ersten Lebensmitteln willkommen geheißen. Zudem war es allgemein sehr komfortabel. Das einzige was uns jedoch etwas gestört hat waren die ganzen Käfer dort die schnell ins Haus gelangen konnten. Ansonsten haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen!

Все сподобалося, в помешканні були всі зручності для комфортного перебування і вид на море. Ми відпочивали не в сезон, тому в помешканні було трішки холодно, але думаю влітку це круто 👌🏼 Рекомендую 👍🏼

We stayed at Mollins 3 in March’25. The town itself is a little too quiet but the apartment itself is top class. All you need for a family, clean, safe and modern. Parking in front of the door and a pool. Perfect

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Ferienhaus „Molins 6“ verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr gut in etwa 100 m Entfernung zum Strand und hat geteilt mit 6 anderen Häusern einen Pool. Ist daher sehr gut auch mit kleineren Kindern geeignet. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe und die etwas größeren Städte Pollenca und Alcúdia liegen ca. 6 bis 15 km entfernt und bieten weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Darüberhinaus gibt es gute Wander- und Fahrradstrecken. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Spülmaschine und der Tür wobei uns sehr schnell und kompetent geholfen wurde.

Sehr gute Vermittlungsagentur von Ferienhäusern. Wir haben eine Finca gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief schnell und zuverlässig und die Kaution habe ich am dritten Tag nach der Heimreise zurück erhalten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The directions to our villa had a mistake in them, which we managed to correct via the help of local residents. The description of the villa when booking was slightly misleading in that no mention was made of it being between two high hills, so around 5 hours of daily sunshine were lost. The grass needed cutting, and we saw neither a Gardner nor a pool cleaner for the two weeks we were there. Also, the inside handle of the toilet came off in the first few days, yet despite reporting it, no one came out to fix it! Toilets were cleaned, and towels replaced twice in the first 4 days but not again until the 3rd last day. Also, the manual for the villa was generic for the island and gave no details of when cleaners would arrive and little in the way of information on local points of interest or eateries. The pool looked much better in photographs than in real life. What looked like an appealing pool to cool off in turned out to be just bug enough to reach my waist and was very short in length. Also, the area for sun loungers was greatly restricted- beside the pool and could only be used half on the pathway and half in the grass. The local team in the office were helpful several times, but due to the lack of repair to the bathroom door, my review can only be given 3*. It was my first time in Majorca. However, based on the villa and a dirty looking port (dog poo all over the main road into the port), I don't think we will be back any time soon

We had a great stay at El Cano Villa right in centre of Puerto Pollensa. The location of the villa was terrific, beat to all of the local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa itself was really spacious and clean with plenty of towels (including beach towels). The outside area was nice with a very small pool and a nice barbecue. Would definitely recommend Nord Villas - El Cano for a stay in Pollensa

We really enjoyed our stay at Encis - fantastic villa, really good outdoor space and well equipped kitchen. We walked in to town (15 mins) but road is quiet busy.

We spent three nights at “Can Bisquera,” and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location, standards, and cleanliness were impeccable, and the staff provided excellent support during check-in and check-out. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful “welcome box” containing everyday essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, and cleaning supplies, which saved us from buying larger quantities at the supermarket. We will definitely reach out to this agency for our holidays next year, most likely for a longer stay.

We had a great stay in Cala San Vicenç, ideal for our family of five. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the area felt peaceful even during peak season. We loved the private balcony and the clean, nearby pool. Although one bedroom had a slight damp smell at first, airing it out solved the issue. The kitchen was well-equipped, though a larger pan would help. Communication with Nord Villas was smooth, and the area felt safe for evening walks with kids. Overall, it's a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation.

Wir waren vor kurzem in einer Finca zwischen Alcudia und Pollenca. Die Finca war einfach super. Es war alles wie beschrieben und es gab keine Probleme. Wir waren in der Finca Malagarba und es hat uns bestens gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch sehr nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (5-7 Min. mit dem Auto). Man ist schnell an den schönen Stränden vom Norden und die Lage ist sehr gut, um die diversen Attraktionen des Nord-Westens zu entdecken. Sehr schönes Haus und insbesondere der Garten ist wirklich traumhaft. Sehr schönes, sauberer und grosser Pool. Genügend bequeme Liegestühle. Essen kann man draussen in der überdachten Terrasse. Die Inhaber kamen sogar während dem Aufenthalt vorbei, um uns frische Handtücher zu bringen. Top-Service. Vielen Dank!

We had a good time there. The inside is quite basic ( really limited cooking ustensil / not even salt and peper) but the garden and the pool are Lovely Be aware of a few things not mentioned in the description: only 2 rooms have AC, the last one doesn’t. The access to the villa is very narrowed and complicated for normal car. The villa is also very isolated.

We had a lovely time at the villa we rented. The villa was very tranquil and in a great location. However we were very aware that the pool was not the cleanest and our swimming costumes had a green tinge to them whenever we got out the pool. The pool also had green all around the top tiles. We also had issues with ants around the villa despite being very aware to clean up after every food preparation and meals.

Hello Jason, thank you for the feedback. We have spoken to the owner and after your departure he scrubbed all of the edges of the pool and cleaned it. There was a lot of sunscreen in there. As the weather is hotting up he is going to attend the pool more often. The green is not dirty it is sunscreen which has reacted with the chlorine. Ants are also to be expected in the countryside. We have fed everything back to the owner and they are more than happy to help with these things. even with this issue, we hope you had a lovely stay with us and that we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa Can Blanco, la maison est spacieuse, fraîche et bien équipée. Le jardin est bien entretenu, la piscine grande et très agréable. Proche de Pollensa, ville sympathique avec tous les services et commerces. Voiture indispensable. Emplacement parfait pour suivre des cours de kite surf à 10min de route dans la baie de Pollensa. Stunning villa in a perfect location, ideal for families and large groups. We had a wonderful time and all the Nord Villas staff were kind, helpful, efficient and friendly from first booking through to checkout. The house and garden were perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean, the pool was wonderful and we loved being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach and to a restaurant. Highly recommend. Thank you for giving us a lovely week’s holiday in one of your traditional villas, Tintorer, 15 minutes from the supermarket (and recycling bins) and 20 minutes walk from Port de Pollenca promenade. The setting has a backdrop of dramatic hills, beautiful trees and shrubs, zero traffic noise. We awoke to the sound of birds singing and horses grazing in the field behind us. We lived outdoors under the huge covered area or on the grass - perfect for my baby granddaughter. Unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm containing tons of red Sahara sand. The following day the pool received an unscheduled extra clean, which was very welcome. The villa was spotless and we found all the equipment we needed. Coincidentally, we stayed in the same villa 10 years previously, although few won’t leave it as long next time!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus Pericas verbracht und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Finca ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Leute. Besonderes Highlight ist natürlich der ruhige und abgeschiedene Gartenbereich mit Pool und Außenhäuschen, wo man es sich sehr gut gehen lassen kann. In der Umgebung sind die wunderschönen Orte Pollenca und Alcudia, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden. Da die Autobahn auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist, kann man auch andere Ziele auf der Insel bequem mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Nord Villas war immer sehr freundlich und konstruktiv, bei Problemen wurde uns schnell und kompetent geholfen. Sehr gerne wieder!

We stayed in a villa in Polenca, the villa itself was absolutely stunning! Huge inside and very well equipped for a relaxed holiday in the sun. Nice bedrooms, great bathroom and the kitchen was perfect. Gas or charcoal option for BBQ, ping pong table for the kids to play with and an absolutely beautiful garden with a stunning view of the mountains. We had a maid service come in twice in our 12 night stay to clean the bathrooms and changed of bedding and towels. Amazing! The only downside and suggestion would be the pool area could do with some TLC. The pool itself was plenty big enough for us and two kids, and was lovely at the start of the week. However no one came in to clean the pool and with the “blood rain” we had mid week it was pretty filthy towards the end of the week. The surrounding patio was very course and rough on your feet. We would go as far to say it hurt to walk on it. And it was covered dirt and moss which didn’t help with keeping the pool clean. Other than that we had an amazing stay!

Great location just outside Puerto pollenca. Massive rooms each with en-suite and lovely pool and gardens. Couldn’t have asked for more. Nord villas super quick to respond to dishwasher issue and the welcome pack was a wonderful friendly touch!!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Ruime woning, prachtig uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Toen we kwamen rook het beneden isd, maar kwam uit het bidet vandaan. Deze afvoer dicht gestopt en probleem was verholpen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Jedoch hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass die Unterkunft etwas sauberer gewesen wäre. Das heißt nicht, dass sie dreckig war. Es war aber staubig und eine Decke hatte beispielsweise unzuortbare Flecken. Zudem fehlte unserer Meinung noch ein Pfannenwender oder Ähnliches. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

We stayed ten days at Villa Can Boi, Pollenca. What a nice villa in a wonderful environment. We had a car and made tours to nearby bays and hiking trails in Formentor and Serra de Tramuntana. Thanks also for that welcome package and fresh fruit. Neighbor's dogs were irritating.

For the second year we stayed in villa Can Romani. We really enjoyed the the house again. Modern, clean and a brilliant secluded location, but at walking distance from the the center of Polenca. We loved our stay at Can Picassa. The house was spacious, with everything we needed. We received a little care package on arrival, which was very thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable. The highlight though, was the garden surrounding the property. The pool, the flowers, the forest, the view over the little vineyard - it was a dream. Everything was wonderful. Thank you!

Alles bestens. Wir haben als 4köpfige Familie 10 Tage dort verbracht. Tolle Lage, man kann abends einfach in den schönen Ort Pollensa spazieren, die nahe Straße hört man zwar, ist aber nicht störend. Pool und gesamtes Gelände schön und geräumig, Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

My wife and I have returned from a wonderful break at the Jesus townhouse in the centre of Pollença. It was quirky and eclectic and we had an excellent experience living in a real loving Mallorcan home. The house was on many levels which added to the charm of the property, with a number of different gardens to explore and a fabulous swimming pool area with BBQ and dining facilities. Considering the location in the centre of town it was peaceful and very relaxing. We found everything to our expectations and didn’t encounter any real issues. A tiny tip should you want to watch British TV, admittedly we were on holiday and hardly put the television on, but if you did want to watch something I’d recommend you watch via the TV signal and not the satellite box. The TV signal had a greater number of British speaking options. This is the second time we have used Nord Villas Pollensa and have had two excellent and enjoyable experiences.

Thanks to Nord Villas Pollensa we had two wonderful vacations near Pollensa. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful reacting fast to any questions that came up. At each Finca a basic set of cleaning as well as things for every day needs was there. Even very small details like firewood for the chimney or a simple dishwasher tab were taken into consideration. We really enjoyed this because especially on the first day we sometimes arrive late. And of course on vacation you don’t want to buy every little match or knife. Amazing. Both fincas were in very good condition and located at beautiful spots. During our stay the gardener and a pool guy took care, that everything stays sound. So if it would be possible I would give 6 stars. We will be happy to be your guest again! Thank you, Nord Villa Pollensa Team 😊

Wir waren 1Woche im Apartment Molins2, sehr schönes Apartment mit Gemeinscahftspool im schönen Ort Cala Sant Vicenc. Wir haben dort Workation gemacht, das W-Lan war für 3Personen ausreichend und Checkin etc. war super einfach und problemlos. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus (Can Cremat) mit einem wunderschön angelegten Garten in der Nähe von Port de Pollença gemietet und haben dort einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war super. Die Mitarbeiter von Nord Villas Pollença sind sehr nett und antworten schnell. Dank genauer Anfahrtsbeschreibung haben wir den Weg dorthin auch gleich gefunden. Ankunft und Abreise waren mit der Schlüsselbox und den detaillierten Informationen sehr gut organisiert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses sollte für diesen Preis allerdings verbessert werden. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen sind leider eine Zumutung und sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert, die Waschmaschine war voll mit übel riechendem Wasser und in der Geschirrspülmaschine wurde das Geschirr auch trotz Reinigung des Siebs nicht wirklich sauber.

Wir waren eine Woche auf der Finca Magdalena in Pollenca mit der Familie. Der Kontakt mit Nordvillas war von Anfang an perfekt und verlässlich. Maria hat auf emails immer schnell geantwortet. Wir konnten auf Anfrage auch am ersten Tag früher als 16 Uhr in die Finca, das war unkompliziert und top. Die Finca war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht war vor Ort. Der Pool, das Inventar sowie die Innenräume und Ausstattung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Handtüchertausch und Poolreinigung wurden zwischendurch erledigt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es nur empfehlen. Gruss Roland

This was our second visit to Villa Salou and we had a fabulous time. Nord Villa were excellent in every way. Their communication was outstanding and they sorted out a few minor issues immediately. I cannot fault their customer service and would definitely book through them again

Just back from three glorious weeks in Pollenca staying at one of Nord Villas fantastic properties there. The house had everything you would need for an extended stay whether it's for relaxing, eating or just day to day living. Made having a great holiday so easy. Wir hatten eine Unterkunft am Playa de Muro. Sehr tolles Haus in ausgezeichneter Lage zu einem fairen Preis. Die Kommunikation vor und während der Reise und die Organisation haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten habe ich auszusetzen. Es war nicht alles 100% einwandfrei sauber (z.B. der Filter der Klimaanlage, der Griller) und ein paar kleine Dinge haben nicht, bzw nicht so gut funktioniert- z.B. der Whirlpool oder der Geschirrspüler. Alles in allem aber wirklich toll und ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We have just returned from a weeks stay in Villa Carrussillo, Lloseta. The villa was absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would want. Bedrooms were spacious with ensuite bathrooms and loads of wardrobe space. Kitchen was lovely and modern and a lovely outside eating area. The pool area was stunning with a big pool, bbq area and outside shower/toilet. Air-conditioning throughout the villa which was brilliant. Lloseta itself is quite quiet but there are trains every ten minutes to Palma and other nearby areas. Couldn't fault this villa and the communication and information provided by Nord Villas was exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

Wir haben über diesen Anbieter im September 2022 die Villa Les Murteretes auf Mallorca gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Kontakt (auch auf deutsch) verlief immer sehr freundlich. Jedes Anliegen wurde schnell (über WhatsApp) bearbeitet. Würden immer wieder dort buchen.

We had another fantastic week in Pollenca and Villa JESUS (ETV/2260) ref. CS13.. The pictures doesn't do the villa justice. Its fare better than the add. The Villa had all we wanted for a week in the middle of old town Pollenca. Lovely pool, clean house and fantastic location. We will be back.

We have just returned from 12 amazing nights staying at Villa Cathy in Alcudia. It was the perfect accommodation - clean, comfortable, all the things you could need and a great pool. There was also little packs with soap, shampoo and some toilet rolls to get us started which helped before we went to the supermarket. The views from the balcony were amazing, the area was nice and quiet but close enough to a quiet beach and old town too (short car journey). You can walk down to the 5 Océanos restaurant and bar which we did a couple of times (approx 15 mins walk). The communication from Nord Villas was excellent throughout, from when we had booked, as we approached our holiday and when I had a couple of questions during our stay. I can’t recommend this company and this Villa highly enough and really hope to return soon! Thank you for all your help and support and a very memorable stay.

We had a superb experience with Nord Villas. It was our first time travelling with our baby and they were extremely helpful and responsive to any queries I had. Their relationship with a local hire company meant we could hire a baby bath and wooden cot which made a real difference to our holiday. When we come back to Mallorca, we’ll specifically look to stay at a villa looked after by Nord Villas. Highly recommend!

We stayed at a villa (Aina Fransisca) offered by this company via booking.com in April. Beautiful place, clean, organised, with stunning gardens and the perfect backdrop for a family holiday. The only thing was some confusion over a replacement dishwasher that wasn't needed, plus another unorganised visit, which to be fair the company wasn't aware of (from the owner) and did apologise. In addition, I think some more basic provisions on arrival would make it even easier. Other than that, excellent stay, beautiful villa, can recommend.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Ferragut. The villa was beautiful, very authentic and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and well used! We enjoyed using the bbq twice too and loved seeing the goats in the field next door! The villa is in a great location near a range of towns but we would definitely recommend having a hire car. Towels were changed mid week and the pool was also tended to. We had a few ants in the bedrooms, wasps around the pool and also mosquitos during the evenings but this is probably due to the rural location of the villa. We also had a problem with one of the air con units tripping the electricity but the owners were very quick to come out and the air con unit was replaced the following day. The communication with Nord Villas was great throughout. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend :)

Wir haben uns in der Finca La Torre sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt: alles sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, schenkt Geborgenheit. Die Frösche waren manchmal putzig, manchmal nervig. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, wir waren ganz ungestört. Unseren Sundowner haben wir auf dem Turm getrunken und die fantastische Aussicht genossen. Es war ein Traum! Weil die Küche so gut ausgestattet war, konnten wir leckere Sachen kochen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Would very much recommend booking through Nord Villa’s. The Villa we stayed in (Villa Cathy) was beautiful, great views very modern just what we wanted. The booking was easy, communication from Nord Villas was excellent. We asked to extend our stay for a few hours as we had a late flight back to the UK, Nord Villas were very accommodating. We will definitely look to use this company again. Only downside, we had to purchase our own toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid - it would have been nice if these had been provided and the pool was unheated (we stayed in April 2022) the water was so cold we barely used it, hence why I’ve rated as a four not five star. We had a great holiday though.

Normally we leave only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, the amenities (such as dishwasher soap, hand soap, sponge, laundry soap, etc) we usually leave them in the houses as a courtesy, but in April we had a problem with the stock and that is why we couldn't give them to you, we are very sorry. The pool at this house is not heated, however we keep it clean and ready for use, but in April it is quite normal that the water is still cold :( We hope you will come back to Mallorca soon and choose us again, so we can get the star we are missing :D Yout Nord Villas Team ★

Sehr schöne Fincas, mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Die Finca Can just hat uns begeistert. Klein und doch viel Platz, auch in der kühlen Jahreszeit angenehm zu wohnen, da mit Klimaanlage, elektrischer Heizung und Ofen beheizbar. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Toll ist auch das Begrüßungspaket für das erste Frühstück. Jederzeit immer wieder.

Muy buena gestión de incidencias. Disponibilidad casi permanente. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado (acababa de haber una ola de calor y la casa era un horno) y en menos de 24h nos prestaron 2 ventiladores sin coste y un A/A nuevo a las 48h. Muy buena atención. Fiabilidad en el proceso de reserva y recogida de llaves in situ

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Es stimmte alles: Ferienhaus, Service und Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus war sauber, gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr gepflegter Garten und befindet sich in einer tollen Lage (1 min. zum Strand). Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Der Service klappte super! Kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar. Cala Sant Vicenc ist eine sehr hübsche Bucht mit einem schönen kleinen Sandstrand.

Habe bereits mehrfach (direkt oder über atraveo) bei Nordvillas Pollenca gebucht und war eigentlich immer recht zufrieden mit den Häusern. Diesmal war es eher ein Reinfall (deutlich mehr Schein als Sein, euphorische Beschreibung, am Ende aber eine alte, muffige und abgewohnte Hütte mit einer Zufahrt, bei der das Auto höchstens die Dimension eines FIAT 500 haben sollte); dies habe ich in einer Bewertung hinterlassen, die der Firma aber nicht zu passen schien und die sie daher zensiert und nicht veröffentlicht hat! DAS IST INAKZEPTABEL! Deshalb jetzt hier!

Estuvimos en la casa una semana , los dueños fueron muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, la casa esta muy bien y la piscina es perfecta, encontramos a faltar un aseo en la planta baja pero por lo demas es muy recommendable.

In August this year, I stayed for 12 days with six family members, children and grandchildren in villa Ca Na Francisca. What a luxurious and attractive villa was that! We enjoyed it with all senses. The manager of the villa, Nord Villas Pollensa, made our stay careless. Clean towels every four days and clean sheets every seven days. Dishwasher tablets were placed in the kitchen cupboard for the entire stay. BBQ was spotlessly clean and we used it often. The manager was easily accessible by telephone and immediately responded to our wish to change pool towels one extra time. The whole house was spotless, the beds, the kitchen, the floor; we could all enjoy in such a pleasant atmosphere. The pool was regularly maintained (cleaned with the vacuum cleaner) every four days. Garden and swimming pool were the pearls of the stay. The views from the veranda, during morning coffee and evening dining, to the mountains and starry sky were beautiful. We booked quite last minute with Nord Villas having lost our previous villa due to waiting to hear re travel restrictions. We were all however very happy with the new choice. Perfectly situated, well kept villa just as described and pictured. The communication from the villa company couldn't have been better, with all the relevant information we needed and more provided. Overall so impressed we will definitely use Nord Villas for our next trip to Mallorca.

We are very satisfied with the collaboration with Nord Villas and our stay was beautiful and clean. The pool and outdoor area is fantastic. Also thanks to the owner Gabriel from whom we got fresh tomatoes. Definitely recommended. Greetings family Naessens

Ich kann Nordvillas nur empfehlen. Während des Lockdowns haben wir immer einen Ansprechpartner gehabt, Danke an Katarina. Durch die Streichung unseres Fluges können wir nicht nach Spanien. Nordvillas - unser Ansprechpartner war Katarina- hat unseren Aufenthalt um ein Jahr verschoben.

We had booked a Villa for Easter 2020 but due to the CV19 pandemic we were unable to travel ( flights cancelled and Spain in Lock down). Nord Villas acted in a professional and honourable way which was much appreciated as I can totally understand the financial pressure this would have caused to a holiday business. Once the world has returned to some sense of normal we will 100% return to use Nord Villas Pollensa, as we won't forget how helpful they have been. Take Care and keep safe

Meine Familie und ich durften 10 Tage in der Villa Pericas verbringen. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Eine tolle Unterkunft! Tolles Außengelände mit großem Pool... Die Buchung, sowie die Übergabe funktionierten problemlos.... Einen Stern Abzug wegen der Spülmaschine. Diese sollte ausgetauscht werden!

He pasado una semana fabulosa con mi familia en esta casa. Lo tiene todo. Un lugar muy tranquilo y bien comunicado con el resto de localidades. La casa estaba muy, muy limpia. La piscina está muy bien. La barbacoa con todos sus accesorios. Sólo tengo recuerdos positivos.

Ein schönes Haus... … aber noch Luft nach oben. La Rafal ref. VP 26 Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat super geklappt. Für jede Frage ein offenes Ohr und eine schnelle Antwort. Zu den Mietunterlagen gehört u. a. eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung, die wir in dieser Ausführlichkeit und Genauigkeit noch nicht gehabt hatten. Die Lage ist herrlich. Ruhe und ein toller Blick auf den Beginn der Serra de Tramuntana. Das Grundstück, Haus und Inneneinrichtung wirken auf den Fotos etwas größer, aber für 2 Personen ist mehr als ausreichend Platz. Kommen wir zu dem Aber: die Ausstattung der Küche lässt leider einige Wünsche offen, wenn man selber kocht. Es fehlt an grundlegenden Küchenutensilien wie z. B. Kochlöffel, Salatbesteck und vor allem wenigstens ein scharfes Küchenmesser. Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sind ausreichend vorhanden. Ein weiteres Aber: aufgrund der Jahreszeit (Ende Oktober) wurde es abends im Haus schnell kalt, klamm und muffig. Leider konnte da auch der Heizkörper keine Abhilfe schaffen, so dass man morgens klamme Garderobe anziehen musste. Im Badezimmer war Schimmel in der Dusche und an der Außentür. Von daher bekommt das Haus von uns keine volle Punktzahl, da das Gegebenheiten sind, die bei diesem - nicht gerade günstigen- Mietpreis nicht sein dürfen.

Stayed in a ridiculously beautiful beachfront Villa in Playa de Muro and had an extremely relaxing long weekend. Gorgeous location and a hassle free stay, would definitely return.

wir haben schon mehrfach mit dieser Agentur unsere Fereinhäuser gebucht und hatten immer eine wunderbare Zeit. Ein Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde umgehend behoben. Die Mitarbeiter sind generell sehr gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

La localización de la casa de NordVilas en Cala San vicente es extraordinaria, con vistas a la playa y a menos de 100 metros de la misma, es inmejorable. La casa está en un estado de funcionamiento excelente, y perfectamente equipada, los servicios de limpieza, cambio de toallas, sábanas, etc. puntuales y de primer nivel y la piscina perfectamente cuidada. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones en familia de auténtico ensueño y la atención personal igualmente de primer nivel. Muy recomendable para los que busquen tranquilidad y al tiempo deseen tener en menos de 500 metros excelentes restaurantes, vistas impresionantes, paseos al lado del mar y todos los servicios.

Ich kann Norvillas Pollensa nur die Bestnote geben!!! Super Service, immer nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit Freunden in einer sehr schönen Finca und haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Wir haben im letzten Jahr ein tolles Stadthaus gemietet und waren damit äußerst zufrieden. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und so vorhanden und nutzbar wie beschrieben. Leider gab es ein Wasserrohrbruch, wodurch wir das Haus nicht mehr nutzen konnten. Uns wurden kostenfrei sofort Alternativen angeboten, von denen wir dann eine nutzten. Diese finca war ebenfalls wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Die Mitarbeiter von Nordvillas waren sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Urlaub dieses Jahres haben wir uns entschieden, erneut dort zu buchen. Auch hierbei war der persönliche Kontakt wieder sehr positiv. Wir können Nordvillas wirklich empfehlen. Schwierigkeiten in den Objekten können durchaus mit dem jeweiligen Eigentümer zu tun haben.

Wir wurden nach einem Wasserrohrbruch gut betreut und haben zügig Alternativen angeboten bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sprechen hervorragend Englisch und Deutsch. Für 2020 haben wir erneut gebucht.

Wir haben eine Woche eine tolle Unterkunft gebucht. Beschreibung der Unterkunft, Anreiseinformationen, Abwicklung und ebenso Reinigung von Finca und Pool waren perfekt. Ein toller Anbieter mit charmanter Betreuung.

Kommentar: Alte zusammengesammelte Möbel, die Matratze durchgelegen , nur eine Matratze und eine Zudeckmöglichkeit für zwei Personen, alter knackender Schrank sowie Esszimmertisch. Das Bad ist extrem verschimmelt. Unter der Holzablage in der Dusche wurde nie gereinigt, wir mussten sogar den Siphon reinigen damit das Wasser abfloss. das war eklig. Haben uns ein neues Küchenbrett, 2 größere Gläser,ein neuer Grillrost gekauft(der alte war rostig und schmutzig sowie die Grillpfannen)Alles minimalistisch eingerichtet um den größten Profit zu erreichen.Trinken noch den Likör aus Eierbecher. Die Maße des Pools sind keine 4x8 m sondern 3x7 m und es ist ein Salzwasserpool und das wollten wir nicht. Bilder sind ausreichend vorhanden und und und kein Kontakt zum Vermieter . Ein klares Nie Wieder.Haben über las Islas Reisen gebucht die sind nur der Vermittler Gruß Familie J.Schöneberger PS:Waren vom 20.07-04.082019 in dieser Barakke

Excelente experiencia. La villa excelente relación calidad/precio, además fue exactamente como habíamos visto en las fotos. La gente de la oficina fue muy atenta y con muy buena predisposición a ayudar para hacer todo más fácil. Repetiremos seguro con Nordvillas !

Be warned. Super poor experience with Nord Villas. (Molins 3) No understanding of service. WiFi continuously down, staff pretending to be fixing it but nothing happened and they do not respond with any sense of urgency despite having contacted them several times. Using communal services (cheap) instead of a fixed per villa connection. Villa also not great, super bad/cheap beds in all rooms, poorly equipped house. You can tell the owner only bought it to rent it out. No bedside lamps, poorly equipped bathrooms. Such a shame as could be a great vacation house. We come to Mallorca a lot. We won't be using Nord villas again.

Schlechtester Kundenservice den ich bislang erlebt habe. Man wird im Urlaub im Stich gelassen und um die eigentlichen Probleme wird drum herum geredet um Zeit zu gewinnen. Ich kann es niemandem empfehlen.

Kein guter Service. Wurde im Urlaub allein mit meinen Problemen gelassen. Eigentliche Probleme werden nicht bearbeitet. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und für mich wirkt es so, als ob die Mitarbeiter nicht kompetent sind.👎🏻

Agencia vacacional muy professional, trato muy cordial en español, inglés y aleman. Villas y casas muy bonitas y acogedoras para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones en el norte de mallorca con familiares y amigos.
