Super friendly and professional. Great service and big help even after we signed a contract. Many great tips to make our life in Palma much easier. Sabine was always there for us. I can give only 5 stars but they deserve 10.

Keep away! First of all, Morcas is asking the tenants to pay the agency fee. This is according spanish law illegal since 2023, this has to be paid by the owner. I didn‘t care at this moment because i really needed an apartment. Just be aware, that this is not legal at all and they will try to make you pay one month as agency fee. Second: The son of the owner was threatening me after 1 week living in the apartment. I reported this to Morcas and the owner and they did absolutely zero. Third: I‘m waiting since 2 months now to get my deposit back. Even after I told them they did a mistake with my deposit they didn‘t react. Fourth: They sent me a bill of water and gas for a timeframe I was not even living in the apartment anymore. I told them about this and Veronique (agent in Morca) was sending me wrong calculations trying to sell me as stupid. Fifth: They showed me my apartment and told me everything is silent, new and without problems. In real life there was a shop downstairs which was playing music everyday from 9-22h and it was impossible to live a normal life. Also as I said i was threatened by the owner‘s son and someone was pressing the bell multiple times during the day. After all this complaints they just told me to talk to the owner because they literally don’t care anymore. Apparently one would need a lawyer in order to get money back. I can everyone highly suggest to stay away from them.

Super Service. Ich habe direkten Kontakt über WhatsApp mit Sabine gehabt vor und während meinem Aufenthalt, eine sehr sympathische Frau. Sie hat sich um alle Angelegenheiten sofort gekümmert. Übergabe der Wohnung und Abgabe der Schlüssel sind reibungslos verlaufen. Das Loft mitten in Palma war super. Immer wieder gerne 🙏🏼

Muy buena atención y rapidez a la hora de conseguir el piso. Nos atendió Verónique y fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, nos ayudaron con todas las gestiones y nos agilizaron todo el papeleo. Sin duda hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia.

Trinidad Moreno is a highly unprofessional, arrogant and unfriendly person and takes money cash from the tenant behind the back of the owners. WHY do owners mandate such a person to rent or sell their property. PLEASE be careful and rather work with other highly professional brokers in Mallorca together! We had to contact our lawyers :( in order to get our money back! Reply to the answer of the owner: First, that’s another lie. My ex-wife made the appointment in 2020 and because we didn’t sign any contract my name didn’t show up. You lie to the owners as well to potential tenants to get your money and the deal. 26 years of experience isn’t a sign of quality…honesty, reliability, quality, and professionalism are a sign of quality. Minkner, Remus, E&V, Kensington, Livingblue,… instead provide an excellent service.

Immobilienkauf im Ausland bedeutet immer das man absolutes Vertrauen in die Kompetenz des Maklers haben muss. Wir haben bereits 2 Geschäfte mit Frau Sabine Löser von Morcas erfolgreich und problemlos abgewickelt. Alles wurde im Vorfeld perfekt präsentiert, alle unsere Fragen wurden lückenlos beantwortet. Wer auf Mallorca eine zweite Heimat sucht, findet sie hier. Ich habe über Morcas eine wunderschöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Palma gemietet. Von Anfang an wurde ich herzlich und sehr persönlich von Trinidad Moreno und Sabine Löser betreut. Obwohl es bereits einen Tag vor Urlaubende war, wurde noch ein Besichtigungstermin organisiert. Alle Beschreibungen aus dem Angebot passten zu 100 Prozent auf das Objekt. Alles war exzellent vorbereitet, sogar den Vertrag gab es parallel in deutschsprachiger Ausfertigung. Auch um die Anmeldung von Strom und Wasser hat sich Morcas gekümmert. Der Unterschied zu den einschlägig bekannten Maklerbüros der Insel: Ich habe in jedem Moment gespürt, dass es nicht um ein reines Vermittlungsgeschäft geht, sondern darum, mich bei meinem Traum von einer Wohnung auf Mallorca zu unterstützen. Fantastisch. Meine Familie und ich sind hier angekommen.

My experience with the realtor Sabine was simply amazing. First of all, it was possible to see the house via WhatsApp Videocall, since we were not in Mallorca yet. Then we could reserve the house of interest for one month by paying a fee and meanwhile, decide whether we want to rent it. This fee was completely accredited for the realtor provision later. Moreover, Sabine was completely correct and transparent about all information she had and very soon gave me the contact of the owner to talk in person. She was always available to help and answer all my questions. And on top of that, Sabine helped out with many other very useful advices about how to get an empadronamiento, NIE number, house insurance, and so on. When arriving at the airport, she welcomed us to hand over the keys. The house was in a great condition as promised. Next day, she came to the house to let us sign the inventory of the house including pics of it. She took care of the electricity and water contract without any complications. Sabine was an amazing support to start our journey here and I am deeply thankful to her.

Extraordinario trato muy profesional , se implican en cada operación ,he tenido trato con ellos desde hace cinco años y tienen la ilusión del primer día . Trinidad y Sabine son muy buenas profesionales

El día 22 junio la inmobiliaria Morcas nos enseñó un piso en la Avda. Argentina por un importe de 1300€. El piso estaba muy sucio, y unas cristaleras correderas de la terraza que dan a la calle no se podían ni abrir ni cerrar, el piso era para una señora de 83 años y se comprometieron a limpiarlo y arreglar dichas cristaleras. Firmamos el contrato el día 30 de Junio pagando 1300€ para la inmobiliaria, no nos quisieron dar recibo...dos meses de fianza, y eso que es sin muebles y el mes en curso. La firma se hizo en la inmobiliaria sin conocer a los propietarios, conocimos en una de las visitas al piso a un representante de la propietaria, asegurándonos que el piso se entregaría en perfecto estado. Nuestra sorpresa fue al entrar en el piso, que seguía sucio, sin reparar cristaleras y lo peor, sin contador de gas...por lo que a día de hoy día 13 de julio, la nueva inquilina no tiene gas, no puede guisar, no tiene agua caliente, no puede abrir ni cerrar ventanas y varios desperfectos más. La inmobiliaria no atiende a nuestras llamadas, han cobrado en negro y no se han responsabilizado del piso que han alquilado. Espero que la ley nos ampare lo mismo que la Organización de consumidores y usuarios.

I agree with all the negative reviews. They are 100% true. I'd say Trini is the most rude proffessional we've found in all the entire city of Palma. She'll talk to you each time as rude as she possibly can. After more than 5 floods and other problems in the property, after accusing us about them (which is crazy because the electric and water installations of the property were very poor and she knew it of course), she has even arrived at accusing us about "duplicating bills". There have been several times that we have needed an EMERGENCY PLUMBER at home to stop the floods (thing that by the way NOBODY WANTS AT THEIR HOME! AND MUCH LESS MORE THAN 5 FLOODS IN 3 YEARS!!), each time with a different bill, AND A DIFFERENT DATE IN THE BILL, OF COURSE. But nonetheless she preferred accusing us with no basis about duplicating bills and CRAZY THINGS, because of the chaos they have in the agency I guess (probably she wasn't finding one of the bills previously right and in perfect time sent to her or something, and it was easier accusing us customers). After realising that she's wrong with all the proves of course, won't expect even apologies from Trini please. She's and she'll be rude and unprofessional from the start to the end. I've read all the comments and I can say too that for the "administration fees" you pay to Morcas once you enter in one of their rental properties, it was not declared or appeared IN ANY PAPER OR CONTRACT. She asked me to pay it with cash, and made me a 50% reduction in the price for that. That was a fact. Now each person should believe what they want. As a personal point, I'd like to add too that I don't know so much the rest of agents that work there (Sabine, I think it was another one also called Steven or something like that... Or X) but none of them would be worth it as a professional, since they are working with a person like Trini and they're learning every day from her. 👎 There's a say in Spanish.... "Cuando el río suena, agua lleva". -> If the river makes a noise it's because water is running. IF THEY HAVE SO MANY REVIEWS SAYING THE SAME, MIGHT BE BECAUSE THEY'RE TRUE AND "WATER IS RUNNING" 😉 (Personally I think It's enough looking at the answers she writes to the bad reviews. She needs to fight dirty with threats because the accusations are true and she has no better or cleaner defense than that... If I didn't know her, I'd thought she's guilty because of her answers.) PS: Save yourself the threats, false accusations or comments with lack of respect to this post Trini. We know you.🐁🐭 The truth will always come to light one way or another. We were the customers and there's no justifiable reason in all the world you can invent or imagine to talk like that to the customers. Ever. Lots of luck. Trinidad Moreno es una maleducada. Trata al cliente con una enorme falta de respeto. Cuando uno intenta consultar una duda tiene muy poca paciencia. Además de ser totalmente antipática. Deja mucho que desear su forma. Inaceptable.

Achtung achtung ich habe eine wohnung über morcast gemietet in palma city. Ein reiner reinfall, mir hat mann eine garage und pool versprochen im internet. Als ich ankamm mit maklerin und Wohnungseigentümer gabe es weder ein pool noch ein vertrag für die autogarage. Nun habe ich vom spanischen recht gebrauch gemacht und nach sechs monaten gekündigt. Was gescha kaum zu glauben, die beiden Damen kamen mit der nebenkostenabrechnug von hand geschrieben obschon mir versprochen wurde dass die umschreibung auf meinen name für gas uns strom von morcas gemacht wurde. Der wasser verbrauch ist vertraglich festgehalten im vertrag als inkl ......... sie verlangten doch sage und schreibe 149 euro für wasser von mir. Sabinchen du solltes dich schämen. Grüsse aus der schweiz vom fritz Nie mehr Morcas Update v. 21.02. nach dieser unfassbar frechen Antwort: die inhaberin von morcas versucht ihren schlechten ruf zu gläten. Ich rufe alle auf diese arrogant agentur, mit lügen übersäte agentur zu meiden. Ich habe die betrügerische schlussrechnung einfach bezaht weil ich mit diese betrüger nichts mehr zu tun haben will. Wenn eine maklerin eine handgeschriebene nebenkostenabrechnung als korrekt bezeichnet ist das einfsch nur betrug. Ich bin gerne bereit mit dem anwalt gegen morcas vorzugehen. Indirectamente he tenido relación con Morcas y hasta el momento tengo constancia que trabajan muy bien y que son muy serios. Son muy proactivos y sus consejos siempre nos han sido útiles. Hemos probado varias agencias en Palma, para mi ésta es la mejor. He visto algunos comentarios negativos anteriores, no conozco todos los casos pero alguno sí. Creo que se tratan de reacciones por situaciones puntuales y no me parece que éste sea el canal adecuado para exponerlas. Ya se sabe que a veces hay gente muy reaccionaria no muy dada a la comunicación "normal".

Schreckliche Immobilienmakler. Meine Freunde nutzten diese Firma und als sich die Probleme stellten, hat sich der Inhaber der Agentur zu den Vermietern begeben und war wirklich unhöflich gegenüber meinen Freunden (ihren Kunden). Geld ist für dieses Unternehmen eindeutig wichtiger als die Kundenzufriedenheit.

Shocking behaviour from the ownersMijn Duitse vrienden hebben dit bureau gebruikt om een woning te krijgen. De eigenaar van het bureau was erg blij om het geld te nemen, maar zodra er problemen ontstaan, geeft ze mijn vrienden de schuld. Ik probeerde te helpen onderhandelen en ze noemde mijn vrienden gewoon problematisch en weigerde meer te doen. Er zijn veel goede agentschappen op Mallorca ... gebruik ze ... niet deze.
