AMAZING service and person, i could not ask or ever find better! Alina found me the house of my dreams, super professional, from owners side and mine. I could not recommend, anyone better than her. *** LIARS BE WARNED *** Moved to Mallorca from the UK with 1 kid and 7 month old pregnant wife, made it perfectly clear to AGENT that needed to rent a place for min 2 years as didn't want to be moving twice in 2 years especially with small young children. Found me a good place to rent but was told was short term let (11 months 28 days),.... but that I could extend for another year at the end and if I did I wouldn't have to repay their fees. Get to the end of the year, I can't extend, the landlord I am renting off was never told of my intention to rent for 2 years from the beginning and if had known wouldn't have done so and E&V now unwilling to help me find a new place unless I pay their "fees" again. Extremely poor customer service + straight up liers, be careful!

I have just completed a luxury lease with Carlos at EV, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end! I reached out to him when I found the perfect property for me and my family to lease in Bendinat, and he immediately began communicating with me, did a walking video tour so that I could decide to move forward sight unseen, and then handled every aspect of the transaction with professionalism, attentiveness, excellent communication, and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We leased from the United States for our upcoming move, and when I was in Mallorca recently, he met me at the house for a personal tour. He continues to be a great resource for me as I make this intercontinental move! I would highly recommend working with Carlos on any deal in Mallorca. We are very thankful for him!

He was super quick to respond, very accommodating with my requests, questions and calls and eventually very efficient and customer friendly, when it came to negotiating the contract and the move. So I would absolutely recommend both the agency, but also Toni personally and will go back to use their services in case of further need.

We were searching for a property in Portals Nous, Palmanova or close by. El servicio funcionó bien, encontraron unos inquilinos con rapidez y todo fue muy fluido. Rebuar fue el encargado de las gestiones por parte de Engels quede muy satisfecha con el servicio que ofrecieron.

Herr Wentz hat uns kompetent begleitet. Von der ersten Besichtigung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss der Mietwohnung hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Herr Rebuar Wentz hat unser Haus in kurzer Zeit vermietet. Herr Wentz hat zwischen uns und der Mieterin vermittelt.
