My husband and I moved to Palma from Canada in April, 2025. Our temporary rental was coming to an end and we were under pressure from our lawyer to get a more permanent home so that we would qualify for the padron. As first-time non-EU renters, many agents wouldn't have anything to do with us. Anja took us under her wing and helped us to get a rental on Calle de Blanquerna. We are the first renters in a completely refinished suite and we love it. We can walk anywhere we need to go, we have beautiful trees outside our windows and we can learn about Spanish culture by watching those passing by on the traffic-calmed street below. It is very hard to retire to a foreign country and having Anja on our side made all the difference. We are very grateful to her and to Engel & Volkers.
