When looking for a long-term rental of a country home on Majorca, we came across RentaHome with Ms. Antonia Schüssler. Accompanying the search was highly professional and proactive throughout the entire process. Communication was very simple and always characterized by a quick response. The mediation between the landlord and us was very personal and nice, at the same time purposeful and very transparent. We cannot imagine better support than experienced with Ms. Schüssler - it was really perfect and was crowned by the move to a beautiful finca.

Please find another agency if you would like to rent a decent apartment with nice costumer care. We never got our deposit back and the apartment was full of mold. I developed asthma throughout our stay. Antonia was not helpful with this issue and it was impossible to handle ongoing problems with the apartment with our landlord Giuseppe. If you see this name as your landlord please stay away for your own good. The answer to your comment: No unfortunately your response is simply not true. We paid 2 months worth of deposit and yes for one month we didn’t pay rent but the other half of the deposit was never paid back to us. (1200€) Also regarding the mold issue we asked you many times but it was never resolved throughout our stay.

If you would like honesty and transparency I would suggest using another agency. Antonia was deliberately misleading causing stress to those involved in the process. There is lots of choice in Mallorca, I would suggest using someone else.
