Although we have not completed our home purchase in Alicante, so far in the process, our experience working with Florin has been excellent. In terms of the search for a home in Alicante: our search began long distance and we initially contacted several realtors online and by phone. Of these we found Florin not only to be the most responsive, but his fluency in English and his understanding of the differences in the home-buying process between Spain and the USA made his assistance invaluable. After figuring out the type and features of the flat we sought he provided us with multiple options to view. As we refined our search- based on factors like location and price- he was able to continuously offer new options. Browsing on-line realtor listings supplied us with some information; however, Florin, who is very conversant with all Alicante area neighborhoods, subdivisions, and ‘urbanizaciones’ was able to add additional salient details- not evident on-line- that helped us narrow down and pinpoint our search to just the areas that represented the best fit for us. In terms of the purchase process: Once we had chosen a flat, Florin drafted the LOI and, subsequently, the Arras. He worked with both our attorney and the seller’s so the paperwork process has gone quickly and smoothly. While we are still in the process of completing our purchase, Florin has always been present as a resource and always willing to answer questions and problem-solve to make the process easy. We will update the review once we close on what we expect to be a smooth and happy process.

Po wysłaniu maila do Lucas Fox otrzymałem niezwłocznie odpowiedź od Pana Florin Lungu, który przygotował dla nas odpowiednie oferty poprowadził mnie przez cały proces wizyty i prezentacji nieruchomości na miejscu. Oglądaliśmy z żoną jeden dom z drugiej ręki oraz dwa nowe w okolicach Gran Alacant. Pan Lungu prowadził prezentację w sposób profesjonalny z odpowiednim dystansem, neutralny i kompetentnie odpowiadał na wszelkie nasze pytania. Był punktualny, schludnie ubrany i nie nachalny. Poświęcił nam więcej czasu niż oczekiwaliśmy. Nie mieliśmy odczucia jak u innych agentów, że chce nam koniecznie coś sprzedać niezależnie od tego czy nam to w pełni odpowiada, czy nie.
