We bought a property in July 2022. From the first phone contact , the agent Jose was fantastic, friendly, efficient and professional. Within 1 hour of the first call we had a personal meeting at the property. We placed an offer and he quickly co-ordinated a reaponse from the owner. He answered all of our questions and introduced us to a competent and friendly lawyer. She then held our hands theough the peocess if getting a local identification number, identifying a Notar and introducing us to a local bank. The whole process was simple and pleasant.
