Very disappointed with this rental agency. Incessant noise without any prior notice, and virtually non-existent customer support. Avoid at all costs !

Unfortunately, it came from a neighboring property and was completely beyond our control, although we did our best to minimize the disturbance. As a gesture of apology, we proceeded to reduce the price of your stay, even if we know this does not truly compensate for the discomfort caused. The only point we do not agree with is regarding our customer service, since we were always available to answer your questions and support you throughout your stay. Our room for maneuver was very limited due to the dates when the incident occurred, as we could not offer satisfactory alternatives because of the lack of availability. We sincerely regret the situation and thank you for sharing your feedback.

Stayed at Can Marti Bea in Sa Pobla. A fantastic villa for a private family holiday with everything you need and beautiful grounds/pool. Foravila and the host made us feel very welcome and I would definitely recommend. A car is needed but supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away.

Dear Foravila Team, We had a wonderful time at the clean and well-maintained Finca Can Suau. The support from guest managers Giorgina and Francisca was always professional, helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented, both before our arrival and during our stay. Assistance was provided quickly and competently. Although we never met the ladies in person, we always felt well looked after whenever we needed help. The cleaning staff, Marga and her colleague, whom we met on the day of our departure, were also very friendly. The finca is perfect for those seeking seclusion and privacy, and with a few small improvements, it could be even more enjoyable. The artificial grass, while practical, becomes very hot during the day and can cause grazes if someone falls while playing. The outdoor plants and flowers, which can add so much charm, were unfortunately past their best; a proper irrigation system could help keep them fresh and vibrant throughout the season. It would also be nice if the leaves in the outdoor areas were cleared a bit more regularly during longer stays, ideally without needing to request it. An air-conditioning unit could help cool the rooms before bedtime, and while the sound of airplanes is always present, it soon blends into the background and did not significantly disturb us. Dear Foravila Team, you are doing a great job and are always reachable! We would love to come back, and thank you again for making our holiday such an enjoyable experience.

We loved our stay in Campanet. The villa is super spacious and the pool is massive. It was the perfect base for exploring other towns and beaches across Mallorca. Even if you don't have a car there's a few restaurants, local coffee spots and a tiny bakery walking distance. Hosts are super friendly and were always very responsive. Would def recommend!

Check in check out you do by your self, very simple and easy. Apartmant was very clean, big and exactly like on pictures. Air condition, grill, balcony.. everything was great, we will come back for sure👍

Fantastic service and communication. The account portal makes everything simple. We will definitely book through Foravila again and highly recommend. We stayed at Berganti in platja Muro and it was fantastic! Great location. So clean and good amenities.

La nostra estada a la finca "Es Rafalot" va ser una experiència molt agradable. La finca es troba en un entorn tranquil i preciós, envoltada de natura, ideal per a qui cerca desconnectar i gaudir d'un ambient relaxant. Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft Villa Mar und können nur Positives berichten. Schon bei der Ankunft war der Empfang herzlich und unkompliziert – die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das Haus selbst hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist nicht nur großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und das gesamte Anwesen war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage der Villa. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen, aber gleichzeitig sehr gut erreichbaren Gegend, was uns ermöglichte, sowohl die Ruhe zu genießen als auch die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände bequem zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den komfortablen Schlafzimmern und dem schönen Außenbereich, der ideal zum Entspannen und Verweilen einlädt. Dank des exzellenten Services, der uns während unseres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung stand, fühlten wir uns rundum betreut. Die Gastgeber waren stets hilfsbereit und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir bereits für das nächste Jahr erneut gebucht haben. Villa Mar ist definitiv ein Ort, an dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlt, und wir können es jedem empfehlen, der nach einem luxuriösen und gleichzeitig gemütlichen Rückzugsort sucht. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Meine Erfahrung im Casa Sol Crestax war einfach unvergesslich. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen, und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und einladend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da sie in der Nähe verschiedener Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt, sodass man leicht verschiedene Orte besuchen kann, ohne lange Strecken zurückzulegen. Auf jeden Fall würde ich diesen Ort jedem empfehlen, der einen idealen Rückzugsort sucht, um sich zu entspannen und die Natur zu genießen. Ich werde sicherlich in der Zukunft wiederkommen!

Beware! This company hosted an Air Bnb we stayed at. There were cameras all over the unit. This is not allowed by AirBnb. We had to find another place to stay as a result. They did not disclose the fact that there were cameras when we booked then they changed the listing after the fact to disclose cameras present…when they knew we were working to get a refund. Deceptive. They will go to any length to take your money. I do not recommend. They still owe us.

To clarify, the cameras inside the property were disconnected and certified by an official security company. These devices are only present in some of our properties for security reasons and are never operational or recording during guests’ stays. They are there to ensure the protection of the property when it is unoccupied, without compromising our visitors’ privacy at any time. In other properties, Airbnb has allowed the use of these cameras under official security certification, provided they are clearly disclosed in the listing and meet the requirement of being deactivated during stays. We take your comments seriously and will review our procedures once again to ensure all information is communicated as transparently as possible.

Wir waren in der Finca "Es Rafalot" untergebracht. Leider eine Katastrophe. Alles war dreckig und völlig abgewohnt. Wir haben sogar Hautausschläge bekommen (die Fotos können wir leider dank der Google Richtlinien hier nicht posten). Nachdem wir uns dann beschwert hatten, versprach uns Foravila Rentals eine Lösung zu finden. Aber passiert ist nichts! Hier kann man fast von Betrug sprechen. Unmögliches Verhalten der Company gegenüber zahlenden Gästen - immerhin haben wir über 3000€ (!) für die 7 Tage Erholungsurlaub hingeblättert. Einfach nur frech! Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden uns rechtliche Hilfe holen müssen. EDIT: Die Antwort von Foravila ist erneut unwahr. Wir haben zu keinem Zeitpunkt eine komplette Rückerstattung gefordert, sondern lediglich eine prozentuale Kompensation für den deutlich niedrigeren Standard der Finca als beworben. Die Fotos sprechen hier wohl für sich. Zudem haben wir dem Unternehmen nicht gedroht, sondern lediglich eine realistische Beschreibung unserer Erfahrung in dem Ferienhaus angekündigt, die anhand der Bilder wohl objektiv nachvollziehbar ist. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr unfair behandelt und sind sehr unglücklich über diese Handhabe.

Wir waren in einer Unterkunft von Foravila Rentals untergebracht. Leider war diese in miserablen Zustand, alles war dreckig (Geschirr, Gläser, Polster, Betten) und völlig abgenutzt oder kaputt (z.B. defekte Toilette, Dusche). Nach unserer Beschwerde bei Foravila Rentals wurden wir über Tage hingehalten und sogar bezüglich einer Entschädigung oder möglichen früheren Abreise belogen. Wir haben über 3000€ (!!) für eine Woche in diesen Zuständen bezahlt! Uns wurde in keiner Form geholfen. Ich kann nur abraten, hier zu buchen!! EDIT: Die Antwort von Foravila ist erneut unwahr. Wir haben zu keinem Zeitpunkt eine komplette Rückerstattung gefordert, sondern lediglich eine prozentuale Kompensation für den deutlich niedrigeren Standard der Finca als beworben. Wir haben über Foravila Rentals eine Stadtvilla in Ariany angemietet für unseren Sommerurlaub 2023. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen auf der Website haben der Realität entsprochen und nicht zu viel versprochen. Der Service war überragend. Vorher konnte ich alle möglichen Details über einen bekannten Nachrichtendienst an die Mitarbeiter richten und auch während des Urlaubs standen die Mitarbeiter per Nachrichtendienst zur Verfügung und haben uns unterstützt. Eine rundum überragend gute Betreuung! Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub über Foravila Rentals! Immer wieder gerne!

I had a very poor experience with Foravila Rentals through air bnb. They would not consider my special situation I had to cancel our rental due to serious health issues of one of the travelers, they do not accept to provide any reimbursemtn even the cleaning costs. This is irrespectable.

You sent us a message two days prior to your arrival informing that you could not travel, but we never received a formal cancellation. In case of having received the cancellation, the cancellation conditions stipulated in the reservation would have been applied. Regarding the cleaning costs, we do not charge any cleaning fee to our guests at this property. This cost is assumed by us, and I must tell you that the cleaning work had already been done for your arrival. I hope you understand that we have acted in the most correct way possible. BE CAREFUL! This property owner or his staff stolen our money in apartment. We have arrived to property at evening, slept one night and next day left property at morning for 1 hour shopping. Unfortunately I have left wallet in the apartment on bedroom table. There was 250 euro (and next 300 euro in different currency), all money were stolen. When we returned back and called the company, they told us that nobody was in property, but they will check it with real property owner and call me back. Nobody called back, so I called them again and they again promised to called back, but nothing happened for 3 days. Also we are 100 % sure someone was in property, because we noticed that swimming pool was cleaned (there was some rubbish in our arrival and next day it disappeared and it was few snack bar packages which couldnt just disappear or fly away by wind + the pool was much cleaner) - it happend the same day our money got lost. The company still claims that no one was in there. The lock was not broken and no one got into the apartment by force, so the thief had to be someone with keys. Also because we werent feeling safe in that property we asked them to cancel our booking and we have left property after 1 nights from 4 nights. They told us that they will check if it is possible to return us money, but again no one called us. I understand that leaving money in wallet on bedroom table isnt really safe (but we thought it will be just us there), but if they stole money in 1 hour and not even trying to find solution or even communicate... I highly recommend you to never try this place (or company). EDIT Based on reply of Foravila: We have checked pool at the morning and later that day, so we are sure there was someone cleaning the pool. I dont say that this person had to stole money, but I m 100 % sure you are lying, that there was no one. Also we havent asked for finding this money, we have just asked about cancelation of rest of booked nights, so nothing what actually hurts your budget. But your non-active communication and this lie about visit leads me to thinking, if you really dont know about it nothing as you say... But let other potential customers decide, who is wrong... -

Dear Thomas, First of all, I would like to tell you that we are very sorry that you had this bad experience and remind you that we are available to help you with whatever you need. We want to make it clear that we acted from the first moment, but you decided to leave the house a few hours after notifying us of the incident, leaving us with no margin to try to clarify what could have happened. We even advised you to report the incident to the police, giving you support on that if needed, but that seemed not to be relevant for you. That said, we want to assure you that only you and the owner had the house keys. No one from our agency or the external staff that we work with has keys to any of the properties that we manage. Our agency is a small company of three people and we have never had any incident of this type in our more than eight years of activity. Of course, we fully trust the owners of all the properties that we manage. They are all experienced owners and there are tons of guests who have left their testimonials to verify it. The last thing owners want is to have unhappy guests, which is clearly against their business. After your call, we asked the owner, and he assured us that no one had been on the property after your arrival. No one came in to clean the pool or the terrace. This task had been done the day of your arrival, as always. He also checked if any of the windows or the main door had been forced by any means, but he could not find any evidence of it. The owner has also proceeded to change the door lock and lockbox code for extra security. Having said all this, of course, we cannot doubt your version of the story, and we do not doubt your word. On the other hand, we cannot guarantee 100% that no one would have managed to enter the property in some way that we do not know. What we can guarantee you with complete certainty is that neither the owner nor any of the three of us has ever carried out an action similar to the one you describe. This is proven by years of honest management and is portrayed by hundreds of guest reviews from all over the world. We would ask you to please change your attitude and qualify your words since it seems to us that your review does not match the truth and is extremely unfair to us and to the owner.

Las bebidas bien como todo bar de pueblo. Pero la atención al cliente por parte de los camareros malísima, la dueña mala educada, mira por encima del hombro con arrogancia, contestando muy borde y de malas maneras. No hay comunicación, no te sientes agusto. No volveré nunca más, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Solo vale la pena ir para tomar una copa un rato nada más.

Stayed in villa Mussol in Sa Pobla with our friend group and we had an amazing time! The place was very clean, big but still cozy and simply a great place to spend your vacation! Everyone was so nice to us and helped with anything that was needed. Our broken fridge got replaced immediately as soon as we reported the issue. We made some unforgettable memories thanks to Fora Vila! Definitely would come back here again!

Anfangs machte das professionelle Auftreten von Foravila Rentals und dessen Eigentümer Gabriel Nadal einen guten Eindruck. Im März 2017 haben wir für den Zeitraum vom 23.07. bis 30.07.2017 (Hauptferienzeit) das Objekt Sol Crestatx (181736) gemietet. Es war damals klar das die Villa noch im Bau ist (Bauherr: Gabriel Nadal), sie sollte im Mai 2017 fertig werden. Ich habe regelmäßig nachgefragt wie den der Stand ist und ob noch alles im Zeitplan bleibt. Es kam dann auch immer wieder die Antwort hier und da noch die üblichen Problemchen (viel Blablabla) aber alles in Ordnung. Ca. 2 Wochen vor Mietbeginn dann die Nachricht, es wird nicht rechtzeitig fertig ! Von Gabriel Nadal wurde uns von der Fewo Seite eine Alternative angeboten, da haben wir dann auch Wohl oder Übel zugesagt (Abwicklung lief komplett über Gabriel Nadal), da es sehr schwer war so kurzfristig etwas anderes zu finden (mit Hund). In der Woche vom 16.07-23.07 waren wir auch schon auf Mallorca in einem anderen Haus. Wir haben uns dann natürlich auch mal das Haus Sol Crestatx angesehene (das ja im Mai fertigt werden sollte). Wir haben dort wirklich einen Rohbau vorgefunden, es waren nicht einmal die Fenster verbaut (die laut Aussage Gabriel Nadal schon im Mai eingebaut wurden). Es war schon Monate früher 100 % klar das das Haus nicht rechtzeitig fertig werden würde. Wir wurden ganz bewusst belogen, obwohl ganz klar sein musste das es zu großen Problemen führt. Ich kann die Bewegründe hier nicht nachvollziehen, für mich ist das vorsätzlicher Betrug und absolut unseriös. Aber es kommt noch besser, ca. 5 Tage vor dem Einchecken in das Alternativhaus, kommt die Meldung: „Sorry das war eine Doppelbuchung, das ist doch nicht frei“. Da standen wir dann auf der Insel und mussten noch kurzfristiger eine Alternative finden. Gabriel Nadal hat uns dann noch eine Alternative (diesmal aus seinem Portfolio) angeboten. Die war allerdings für uns nicht akzeptabel (u.a. waren hier auch noch die Handwerker zu Gang). Ab dem Zeitpunkt war für Herrn Nadal die Sache erledigt, es kam nur noch mehrfach die Zusage (auch mehrfach schriftlich) die Mehrkosten für ein alternatives Haus zu erstatten. Wir haben dann mindestens zwei Urlaubstage damit verbracht selber eine Ersatzunterkunft zu finden. Die Mehrkosten betrugen 147 € !! bis heute laufe ich diesem Betrag hinterher, regelmäßig kommt eine neue andere Ausrede von Herr Nadal wann den Betrag angewiesen wird , mal wieder nur Blablabla ….. Ich kann nur raten: Finger weg von Foravila Rentals und Gabriel Nadal, sobald es Probleme gibt, eine absolut unseriöse und betrügerische Handlungsweise. Herr Nadal steht nicht zu seinen Fehler und übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung. Im Übrigen wird das Haus Sol Crestatx weiterhin als fertig angeboten … unglaublich der Vogel.

Dear Uwe Sieben, We want to thank you for sharing your experience, it helps us to improve our service every day. Every situation has different points of view and we will try to explain ours: We must mention that we offered a property under construction. The end of the work was scheduled for May 1, 2017 so we opened the calendar from Jul 1, 2017. We thought about some reasonable delay and left two months just in case. Even that, there were a lot of problems with the building process, and the end of the work was delayed again and again by the Building Company. They promised us delivery dates, which they constantly breached. Here we want to accept our biggest mistake, this was not being realistic enough about the delays of the building process, and trust in constructors promises. When we decided that the house wouldn’t be ready for Mr. Sieben we started working in searching for an alternative house for his stay in Mallorca. The easiest solution for us would have been to refund the deposit of the original reservation (30% of the total amount) to Mr. Siebens and apologise for the situation. Doing this we could say it was noticed that the property was under construction and against our will we couldn't rent the house. But again, we believe in giving to our clients the same treatment we'll expect for ourselves so we started working to find another accommodation to Mr. Sieben. At all times we made it clear that we would bear the costs of this relocation so our intentions were to solve the problem giving the best service we could. We found a similar house (not from our portfolio) that Mr. Sieben accepted as an alternative. We booked and paid for this house and everything seemed solved. Suddenly we received an email from the alternative house manager saying that due a mistake with the availability calendar she must cancel our reservation. We showed the documentation about this situation to Mr. Sieben and proposed another option in a personal meeting that took place on our office. The alternative (https://www.foravilarentals.com/en/mallorca/can-picafort-marmi-79b) was a brand new house near to the beach and with the same facilities that the original one. Over the extremely difficulty in finding a place in this short term in the middle of summer, the most difficult part was to convince the owner to allow the dog in the house. In order to convince him, we dealt a higher caution with the owner, that of course we would take care of it. Even though we were paying for the price difference in between the original house and the new one, Mr. Sieben ask for an extra discount of 465 € to take this alternative house and we accepted it. The total price for the original house was 2093 € and for the alternative house is 3150 €. So we accepted to spend 1522 € + electric consumption. Mr. Sieben accepted the offer in first instance, but then he decided that it was not good enough for him. We offered not once but twice an alternative house, took care of all arrangements and payed extra cost for the house and insurance we felt like anything we could do was not enough and then decided to refund the deposit he had paid for the reservation.
