Wir haben vor über einiger Zeit ein Apartment in Illetas für einen längeren Zeitraum gemietet, alles lief perfekt ab und normalerweise ist damit die Tätigkeit des Maklers beendet. In unserem Fall aber übernehmen Jaqueline und Diego auch bis heute die komplette Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern, die ausschließlich Spanisch sprechen und sind sich auch nicht zu schade, für uns auch mal einen Klempner oder den Stromversorger anzurufen. Das ist ein Service, den ich weltweit noch von keinem Maklerbüro gesehen habe. Daher kann ich dieses liebenswürdige und motivierte Ehepaar nur zu 100% empfehlen, speziell nachdem ich auch bei meiner Suche erlebt habe, wie überheblich man auf Mallorca von manchen "großen" Maklerbüros behandelt wird.

Es dificil encontrar profesionales hoy en día como ellos; no solo les ampara su gran experiencia profesional sino la actitud con la que cada día afrontan su trabajo y sus conocimientos. Mi caso era altamente complejo, se mezclaba la valoración de los inmuebles en una zona que sin experiencia era imposible obtener un buen resultado junto con un tema de propiedad y cargas. Sin ellos hubiera sido imposible. Siempre agradecida.

La compra de mi vivienda en Calviá a través de Didac inmobiliaria fue un excelente negocio para mí. Desde el primer momento me sentí bien acompañado ya en la selección de propiedades que pudieran interesarme y también antes, durante y después de la cita ante Notario. Te explican muy bien cuáles son los pasos a seguir; conocen bien las leyes inmobiliarias Españolas. Después de la compra me ayudaron con el papeleo infinito de cambios de nombre titular en los contratos de suministros, la póliza de seguro y ante el Ayuntamiento de Calviá. En muy poco tiempo encontraron para mí vivienda unos buenos y serios inquilinos que me pagan una buena renta mensual. Ya estoy pensando en comprar una segunda vivienda en la misma zona y no tengo ninguna duda de que me volveré a dejar guiar por los de Didac. Muchas gracias a Jacqueline por su profesionalidad.

In December 2021 I rented an apartment for a twelve month period from these people . Furnished , a bit dated , no AC, but nice. Rent and utilities paid on time and in full. Plus a deposit of €1400. I was told I could only rent it for one year. However, the owners decided I could continue my tenancy. This was based on how the property had been looked after and prompt payment. The owners wintered there. And I took the tenancy for a six month period…May to October 2023 inclusive. I signed the agreement and returned same forthwith. Jaqueline ..managing partner at Didac Estate Agents . Advised me that she had been unable to send the photographic inventory as the owner was too busy packing up to leave and couldn’t afford the time to see her. I therefore assumed the contents would be similar to the previous year. This was not the case . I visited early May for the first time . The apartment was absolutely filled with the owners personal belongings. Every surface had something on it . Even the WC cistern had a picture standing on the top. The master bedroom had the owners clocks on the side tables etc etc . Their printer was on a table in the second bedroom still switched on . There were a myriad of terracotta jugs standing around . I had agreed they could retain the use of wardrobe in bed two for storage . In reality we were left with half of the hall cupboard and the master bedroom wardrobe for our storage . Every draw was filled to the brim. We had a lot of our own things which I had had to remove for the period the owners were there. No room left for any. I visited Jacqueline at her office. Her opening words were “what do you think ? “ referring to the contents. I told her the apartment wasn’t fit for the purpose we had rented. A holiday home . We were now renting someone’s personal home . Additionally the owners had asked us not to let our family and grandchildren use the apartment unless we were there!!! This was really the final straw. The previous year our families had spent time there . Left it spotless and not even a cup broken. As with the previous year I had driven my car down to Mallorca. We were totally committed to spending our summer there. However , based on the above I asked to be released from our tenancy. Jacqueline eventually replied saying the owner had agreed to our request but would retain our €1400 deposit . I have tried relentlessly to recover the above . To no avail. And let me add at this juncture. It isn’t just the €1400. It is the very principle that they believe it is there right to keep it . I had paid the first three months in advance . And settled my utilities account prior to leaving. . I shall not relent in my request for return of the deposit. And would advise caution to anyone considering dealing with Didac . .
