First Mallorca

Moving to another country is always stressful & worrying. Daniela at First Mallorca made the transition as smooth as possible, as well as being personable & helpful at any time. I can’t wait to get settled in my new apartment. Will definitely use Daniela Plamenova if you are looking for a new home.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jose Luis Iglesias Cerdeira, and we cannot recommend him enough! From day one, he went above and beyond to help us find our dream home in Palma, Mallorca. His knowledge of the local market is outstanding, and his professionalism, patience, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only did Jose Luis find us the perfect property, but he also guided us through countless practical questions — from legal details to local tips — always responding quickly and with a smile. Moving to a new country can be overwhelming, but thanks to his support, it felt exciting and easy. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated real estate agent in Mallorca, Jose Luis is the one to call. Thank you for making our dream a reality!

We have had the difficult task of finding an apartment to rent in short time, in the centre of Palma, and in the middle of the summer. To help us with this we turned to First Mallorca and were lucky enough to be looked after by Jose Luis. He did this in a most friendly, caring and professional way, giving us his time and advice, keeping us informed and showing us suitable properties. It is so good to know, that in the busy, complicated world of real estate there is someone to guide you through the maze, and Jose Luis is that person. We can thoroughly recommend him to help you rent, or buy, your next home in Palma.

Thank you once again for your professional support ! Always a pleasure working with great people like Junior de Miranda ! We got exactly what we were looking for 🙏

Muy profesionales

Karim Laribi is an outstanding person and a great profesional, with much values and integrity. Honnest and reliable, he will always go the extra mile and get all parties happy and satisfied. With Karim you always know where you stand.

My husband and I retired in Palma Mallorca in 2024. During our search for an apartment, we met Elena from First Mallorca and she guided us through the process from start to finish. She was knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel very comfortable renting a place from the U.S. prior to moving here. She took care of every detail and has been a great source of information ever since. We highly recommend Elena and First Mallorca.

Sehr empfehlenswert

We had a wonderful experience of working with Arianna! She was super communicative and attentive-- going far out of her way to help us through the process. We would definitely recommend working with her!

Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente.

A five-star service from Claudia von Holst! She provided a friendly, honest and professional service throughout, had a real understanding of what I was looking for and offered great advice. She speaks brilliant English, which was good for me and also made the process of trying to find the right apartment fun. In fact, I have now rented two properties though Claudia and would thoroughly recommend her if you’re looking for a property in Mallorca.

Saludos Un motero

There are not many moments in life, when you experience the present and know for a fact that you made the right choice! My journey with "First Mallorca" was just such a moment. The service, the kindness, the patience, the quality, the ability to cooperate with the customers and above all - the availability. All these features and advantages - made my stay in ILLETES, MALLORCA - a one-of-a-kind experience, that I have no doubt that I will return to again. I will return to the property, and I will certainly return to First Mallorca. A winning horse is not replaced! Yaron Meiri

NOT SUGGESTED! - since 25 March, 2022 I want to rent a property in Mallorca. Sent several advertisements of First Mallorca to an agent of First Mallorca. NEVER received any opportunity to see any of them. There were so many excuses... luckily I could see some of them with other real estate companies (with no excuses). - I phoned the office on 8 May, 2023 to ask for another agent. Explained my problems to 3 different people. Promised to call me back. NEVER happened. - on 14 May, 2023 I wrote an email to their email address with all above information. NEVER received an answer. - on 23 May, 2023 I wrote an email to the owner with the summary of the above. NEVER received an answer. Do a favour for yourself! Do not keep in touch with them! They do not care their potential customers at all (only if they can earn tremendous money). They do not care about 10-20.000 euro to earn.

Very professional and friendly! I haven't found what I'm looking for yet, but I've been provided with the newsletter and that always gives me a great look at the website!
